COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

[Information to all students: two students were injured and had to withdraw from the exam. The school retracts its previous statement and will no longer allow robbery and attacks on others.

So from now on, if you find any students using violence, you can actively report it. The school will punish them, and the worst case scenario is expulsion or handing them over to the police.

The exam will continue.

The school will add patrol officers to protect everyone’s safety.]

Everyone received a notification on their tablet.

At subject point, Ryuen and Hosen also saw the notice.

The school seemed to be doing okay with it, and each student was given 2,000 supply points, which were deposited into their respective accounts.

“Ryuen, you are so lucky!” Hosen frowned at the bad notice. Then he turned and walked away.

He planned to go back to starting point to replace the bracelet he had broken.

“It looks like Gorilla’s gone,” Quoted by Kōhei Katsuragi, who is bald.

As a senior, he knew there was a jerk in first year class D. It seemed that he was from the same place as Ryuen.

And this jerk even went directly to Class C of Grade 2 to cause trouble last month.

Although in end, the class evaluation score of other first-year class D was greatly reduced, and even became 0 points.

But he looks like a difficult person to deal with.

Especially when the exam rules were announced, Acting Chairman even allowed small conflicts.

Therefore, Katsuragi was also worried about the possibility of violence, so now he was actually quite wary of Hosen Kazuomi, and used offensive words.

“Is it safe?” said another member of Class A, Hayabusa Kito.

Kito-san has great physical strength and is an athlete in Class A, but he also looks like a ghost, is usually quiet and follows orders.

But now, he also took the initiative to join the topic.

“No, Although it seems that Hosen is gone, we can’t be sure. He could be hiding among the trees. Just now in the tent, I have been using supply points to search for location of Hosen, but unfortunately, GPS does not show it. So I guess he may have broken the bracelet on purpose in order not to show his location. Then it’s possible that he suddenly rushed out and attacked me when I was alone.” But, Ryuen denied it on the spot and looked towards Katsuragi with some interest.

“Do you mean we can only continue to stay at this subject until Hosen has reached starting point to replace the bracelet. Then his location will be retrieved and we will be safe?” Look, Katsuragi understood it in a glance.

That’s why Ryuen likes having subordinates with good brains.

“Is Hosen so difficult to deal with?” Ishizaki Daichi was a little surprised.

’Because Ryuen-san’s words sounded like Hosen might just be pretending to leave, but in fact he might be guarding nearby! Just wait until we are out of the teacher’s sight at the subject point, and then attack!’

“He will.” Ryuen said firmly.

’Because, I myself am this type of person. Although I conquered Albert, I did not defeat him. Instead, used harassment and attacked Albert at various times, even when he was going to the toilet, and finally made surrender. So to speak, why can’t the plan for a group fight be implemented? All the other boys in my class were transferred away. If it wasn’t me, then only person who could command such a group of people could be Hikigaya Hachiman!’

He can only hide here.

’Why did Hikigaya shake all the people away? Or is it that notice prohibiting violence that I just received is related to him? The fact that Hikigaya could use a large number of boys’ actions seemed to indicate there might be something wrong with group of Koenji and Albert, but judging from GPS and score, there was no problem with these two people. So……Could it be for other reasons? And if you can make Hikigaya Hachiman, then other students will obey your orders...that is to say. Damn, the school notified two students were dropping out due to injuries. They are from my class, right?’

Ryuen began to search for the information of students in his class one by one.

It was discovered that Komiya had given up.

’So, it turned out that students in my class were being targeted!’

“Who is this fucker?!”

Other side.

E8 area.

Because Chairman showed up and cancelled the violent measures, safety of all students was improved by half, and other party also said they would arrange for more patrols.

Then safety performance should be able to be improved to 99%,

Then exam was able to continue.

Two first-year students from Class C reported Takuya Yagami in front of Hachiman.

It is said that Yagami is spreading rumors.

For Hachiman, this saves him the trouble of arranging to lure Yagami into spreading rumor, so he can deal with it together with the incident of Isshiki Iroha.

At the same time, evaluation of Takuya Yagami can continue to decline.

’It is important to note that I just saw a look in Utomiya Riku’s eyes, which was a look very similar to Ryuen’s, a look that wanted to climb up. It seems this year’s first-year students are working very hard. There are also areas that need attention. Representative of first-year C is Tsubaki Sakurako, a student whose evaluation on OAA system is average or even at the bottom....According to previous inquiries, Yagami Takuya’s team partner is this Tsubaki Sakurako. So, three of them were surrounded together because Yagami returned to the team, and Utomiya, who was operating as a single-man group, also teamed up with them, so they were surrounded together....’ As a senior human observer with years of experience, Tsubaki couldn’t escape from Hachiman’s camera.

[Do you want to use 1 resource point to check the location of Utomiya Riku?]

[Do you want to use 1 resource point to check Tsubaki Sakurako’s location?]

Yes!

’It has now been an hour since Utomiya and Tsubaki left. However, the search location showed that two were still acting together. The direction of action is starting point A7 area. Obviously, It seems that Utomiya wants to send Tsubaki back to the starting point first. After all, her team member Yagami had already given up, so she was the only one left. If she also encounters problems, then her and Yagami’s team will explode directly, and finally points will be deducted to 0, and they will have to compete with bottom 5 for the last place....Then, due to even more bad luck, you were placed in the last three groups, but still had to pay class evaluation score. That would be a huge loss. Therefore, Utomiya Riku could only give up the opportunity to score temporarily, and then send Tsubaki back, and then consider letting her join another group to survive.....’

Only, Hachiman had a vague feeling that perhaps the relationship was more than just this.

“So, Vice President, what are we going to do next?” As everyone left, Hashimoto asked using his title.

He and Kamuro-san were arranged by Princess Sakayanagi to protect Hikigaya Hachiman.

Prevented things from getting dangerous and Hikigaya getting hurt, but now it has been resolved.

“Continue to take the exam. I will continue to be with Ibuki, and you can go to your own routes.’

“That’s fine,” Hashimoto nodded. ’In this exam, Princess Sakayanagi is in a group with Kamuro-san and me. If Kito had not been assigned to team up with Ryuen to compete for second or third place, this kind of physically demanding work should have been Kito’s task....However, as an old member ofSakayanagi faction, I still wanted to gain some points and show my usefulness. I knew very well that little princess would decide whether to use you based on your value. If you don’t want to be abandoned, you can only prove your strength!’

The topics have gradually been marked on the map, which means that it is time to start improving your scores.

Thus, temporarily separating from Hashimoto, others continued on their way.

Although that’s what I said.

“Why are you following me?” Hachiman looked at her and Ibuki walking forward, then other person was chasing both from behind.

It’s like having a bodyguard on each side.

“My grades are just average. I can’t get any points even if I take part in the projects.”

So you don’t go, Then you are quite prescient!

“Besides, Sakayanagi asked me to follow you. Hashimoto will be responsible for scoring, and even if he fails, there are still plans to team up with other groups,” Kamuro-san is now being paid handsomely to be a bodyguard.

’After forming teams, scores of the two groups are divided equally. So for the low-scoring groups, this is a free opportunity to get high scores. Of course, this will also reduce the chances of high-scoring groups teaming up with them to get a good ranking. In this exam, only scores of the first three groups are meaningful and valuable, others are garbage. So apart from competition for the top three, rest of the people should just play around and be useless. But, Sakayanagi asked Kamuro-san to follow me instead....In other words, is she worried about me?’

“.....” Hachiman felt like being kept.

’You know, if Tsukishiro shows up and exam is terminated, then Sakayanagi, as Student council president, will demand that competition end with current score ranking. If this is done, I need to give 10% of the proceeds to her...But now since exam can continue, there is no need for her to do this. Then 10% of my income can be saved from giving to Sakayanagi. I thought this was a good thing. As a result, while I was thinking of being selfish, other party still arranged for Kamuro-san to protect me...It even makes me feel a little uneasy. After all, relationships are relationships and money is money, and they have to be calculated separately.’

“However, school has increased the expenditure of 2,000 material points for each student, which may affect the business of your canteen.”

A 500ml bottle of mineral water costs 600 personal points at Sakayanagi’s store, and it would be a waste if supply points are not used, so students will first buy supplies from the school’s 2000 points....So there will definitely be some impact on convenience stores.

“Maybe. But it shouldn’t be a big problem, because it’s only the sixth day of exam. There are still 8 days to go. So students definitely need to buy things.” The atmosphere suddenly became silent, and Kamuro-san looked at Ibuki, who was found to be very quiet.

Um....Although, clouds were tense, none of the three felt uncomfortable.

Because they are type that no one actively approaches others, so all feel that it is good to be alone.

Hachiman took out his tablet to check the topics displayed on map.

There is a topic that is relatively close to them, which is of other projects, and content is to examine some film knowledge.

For a weirdo like Ibuki who collects school movies, this project should be acceptable.

So, three of them started moving towards this topic.

However, on the way, Hachiman checked GPS of his schoolmate Ichika Amasawa several times.

’I noticed this girl had been staring at Yagami’s back yesterday, but after he gave up this morning, she started walking towards H9....According to the map, there is also a topic there. But only worth 5 points, so if you were going to improve your score, you shouldn’t go for such a low score. There is something strange in your behavior.....’

“Registration for this course ends in ten minutes. Only one student can be assigned from each group.”

The teacher in charge of subject said to students who arrived.

As expected, as time went by, students’ enthusiasm was greatly affected due to the physical consumption, so now Hachiman and his team arrived at the question point where the first place is worth 10 points, only three or four groups of students who have signed up.

If you observe the direction of movement of students’ wristbands, you can see that a large number are starting to return to their starting point.

Since the school had just distributed 2,000 supply points, it would be meaningful to go back and spend.

Hachiman and his friends arrived at the film knowledge topic, and after waiting for a while, only three groups of students showed up.

Among them, Hachiman and Ibuki’s group is one.

Kamuro-san originally thought she would not get many points by joining Hachiman’s fishing group. ’But now the project is almost finished and there are no new people coming. If I also participate, wouldn’t I just get the worst third place for nothing?’

Kamuro-san can get 3 points.

Obviously it’s good.

“Hikigaya-senpai.”

Another group of students who participated in this project took the initiative to greet Hachiman.

Generally speaking, students who greet Hachiman are first-year students in Class D.

Looked at the other person and it was indeed a first-year student in Class D, Nanase Tsubasa.

???

“Are you following me?”
