Surviving The Fourth Calamity

Chapter 456: Chapter 255: Coron Cleaning Up the Mess for His Foolish Son

Not just Hill, everyone on the cloud ship was looking at the King of Saral.

Only he might have a hint of the inside story.

The incident in the Forest of the Elves was too sudden.

”I don’t know exactly what she did,” William said bluntly, ”But I do know one thing, the most treasured divine artifact of the elves has been messed with by that queen.

To be honest, considering today’s events, it’s quite normal for that queen to want to control the most important divine artifact of the elves.

We didn’t know the Elven God King had this ability, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the elves didn’t.

No one wants to toil away for a hundred thousand years, only to end up making wedding clothes for another.

But she failed.

I don’t know if she’s still alive or not, but there’s definitely been a major shake-up in the Elven Royal Family, with at least half of them gone.

As for the broken divine artifact, it’s probably the World Tree Artifact that can protect all elves in the starry sky, something that, in the eyes of the elves, is more precious than a whole world.

The Elven God King himself can’t fix it, probably only able to seek help from his father.

That one is not someone who tolerates any wrongdoing; if there’s a neutral but evil presence in the Forest of the Elves, the Elven God King is likely to be beaten half to death.

Of course, if the internal strife among the elves is severe, then he would probably be very angry to see it.

Even that Divine Child who’s always been holding him back wouldn’t go against the Elven God King at a time like this.

Therefore, he took the opportunity to change the name of the elves, and then took a Child of Nature as his wife.

He may not have other skills, but his instinct to please his father is pretty strong!”

Suddenly, he raised his head and stared intently at the starry sky.

And in the starry sky, all the divine kingdoms of the deities began to gleam suddenly, sensing a colossal threat.

Hill turned and walked into the study, clutching Agleya’s ice crystal in his palm—unsure if the little girl would be scared. Though he couldn’t help much, with Hill around, she might feel a bit more at ease.

Hill turned and walked onto the deck, his gaze fixed on the location of the star ladder beyond the starry sky.

A powerful being was making an appearance there.

Agleya felt Hill’s presence and began to whisper Hill’s name, calling out ”Dad,” facing a frightful existence!

Hill gently caressed the ice crystal with his finger, whispering softly, ”It’s okay! It’s okay! I’m here!”

”Is it coming in?” William asked softly.

Hill held the ice crystal close to his chest, listening to the whispers of the Natural Consciousness: ”A mighty being is coming~ No sense of threat~ It won’t harm Hillhill! Still so scary~”

Hill silently lowered his head: One Hill is the world; the other, himself?

The soul he merged with back then, who was it exactly?

Above the Forest of the Elves had risen countless young maidens, dressed in blue gauze, playing their instruments and singing a holy song.

A blue radiance shot straight through the heavens of all divine kingdoms, flickering beyond the world, softly knocking on the door.

Although it seemed polite on the surface, the door that then opened immediately made Hill realize that the World Will had almost instantly given up resistance.

Coron had arrived.

The Elven God King, hand in hand with the Elf Queen, bowed his head in silent respect.

A figure draped in a sky blue cloak slowly descended.

The pale blue light was bright but not blinding, obscuring his features from the eyes.

Coron paid no attention to the countless gazes this world cast upon him, but spoke directly to the Elven God King in a no-nonsense tone, ”You truly are my most foolish child!

The World Tree Artifact has even been damaged by someone!

Why didn’t you just get damaged along with it?

You’re blaming it on Rose!

Her laughter from the Abyss is practically reaching my ears!

You should know that whatever happens, Rose isn’t likely to keep a secret for you; she’ll only exaggerate the truth, right?

A world belonging to the World Tree! What a great opportunity! If you advanced with the world, you could have returned directly to Alberia!

And look at the result! If it weren’t for your status, you would have been banished from this world!

A child of Coron! A Child of Nature! Banished by the World Tree!

All of Alberia would be shocked by you!

Do you think I’m too idle and wish to make me the laughing stock of all the deities?”

Coron paid no more attention to the Elven God King, who was dispirited from the scolding, nor did he focus on the Elf Queen who continued to kneel in salute.

His finger lightly tapped, enveloping the entire Forest of the Elves in a circle of blue light.

Then, with a swirl of his cloak, he headed straight towards the starry sky: ”Westaria, you have completed the task of the Star Spirit Guardian, so I will give you three chances.

You’ve already used one, and I hope not to see you using the second one anytime soon.

The destruction you’ve caused to this world over the years, I will repair on your behalf!

Stay in this world obediently!

Don’t make me ashamed to face the World Tree!”

”Stay away from those dwarves heading to the Abyss!”

The blue light beings exploded outside the starry sky.

Brilliant meteors streaked across the sky.

The world began to experience a gentle rain of light.

Hill seemed to be bathed in the light rain, his Law Lines were changing.

Nature rejoiced, and the Earth laughed.

Coron returned the Wood Element to the Earth and conveniently reclaimed half of the Metal.

In Hill’s hands, the Law Lines of Wood and Earth entwined, slowly wrapping around the Metal.

Hill rushed back to the study, no longer caring about the outside world: The fusion of the three Elemental Laws was happening, they were returning to the Earth!

Adrian stood up abruptly, looking at Hill’s frantic appearance, quite anxious.

”Don’t worry,” William said with a pale face, but still offered comfort, ”That one returned the Wood extracted by the elves back to Earth, and the unoccupied part of the Metal System Laws has also been returned.

Hill’s Laws are reconfiguring, and he needs a quiet place for meditation.

You see many Legendaries have fallen to the ground, reconfiguration of Laws affects them greatly.”

Adrian was still a bit worried, ”Wasn’t Hill originally a Legendary of four Elemental Laws, doesn’t this turn him into three?”

”It’s fine, if he understands the Metal too, one Earth System will be enough to surpass all of the past.

That is the Main Law of the world.”

Adrian was stunned for a moment, not quite understanding what the Main Law of the world was, but he grasped that the Law of the Earth was probably stronger than several ordinary Laws combined.

William glanced towards the direction of the Forest of the Elves: ”He’s lucky to have a dad! I’m so jealous! The curse of bad luck from the World Will on the elves might be lifted.”

”What?” Adrian was truly surprised this time.

”Who else but them should be cursed if they casually change the composition of the World Rules? The stronger the World Will, the unluckier the elves. But, the protector god of this elf compensated for the damage to the world done by the elves, then took half of the Dwarves’ Laws as interest.

The World Will, as long as it abides by the rules, is bound to lift the curse.

The Empress chosen by the Elven God King will also regain the favor of the Natural Consciousness.

Though the Dark Moon Elves are done for, the Elves can start walking the Druid’s path again.

Coron truly is the biggest boss when it comes to protecting his own!”

William sighed, ”When will I ever become such a powerful deity? Just one incarnation comes out, and all the deities fall silent.”

Adrian’s pupils shrank slightly; was an incarnation really that powerful?

He gently closed his eyes then reopened them. Adrian, who once thought that just living longer in this world was enough, became enlightened in this moment.

If the deities outside are so powerful, then the world outside must also be terrifying. Yet, he wanted to see it.

He did not know what the Main Law of the world was, but since William spoke of it so casually, he was certain that he could figure it out.

Just like Fran said, Adrian knew he might not be able to comprehend multiple Laws.

But he would try with these Main Laws!

Maybe just two would be enough for Adrian to clench his fists, and then he could take a look beyond this world!

The wedding of the Elven God King had completed all his goals.

But labeled by Coron as his most foolish child, his face numb, his body stiff.

He didn’t acknowledge Trenna Tedel, who was looking at him with concerned eyes anymore, dismissively gesturing for her to handle the affairs of the Forest of the Elves and disappeared dejectedly.

Seeing his vanishing figure in the air, William scoffed coldly, ”I’m heading back too. Now, we just need to deal with the Dwarves.

After being scolded by Coron like that, the Elf Emperor will probably be quiet for a long time.

There won’t be any problems with the Forest of the Elves for a short period either.

What Coron did was not only mending their Divine Artifact.

Elves who slid into evil have just been directly expelled from this world.”

Adrian, surprised, asked, ”Expelled?”

”Coron doesn’t like killing elves, even if they’ve become what he loathes most, part of the Evil Faction. The method he always uses is exile.” William looked at the few confidants surrounding him, ”He is kind and formidable but being a deity of the Chaotic Faction, he’s truly self-willed and stubborn. As long as these evil beings don’t take the lives of their kin, he will absolutely not hurt them.

As for the harmed being humans or some other race, he actually doesn’t care.p>

He feels sorry for this world because it belongs to the World Tree, he respects the World Tree and doesn’t want to harm its branches.

If it were an ordinary world, he wouldn’t be so gentle.”p>

”What will happen to the Dwarves after losing half of their Laws?” Spencer asked with some worry, ”Won’t they become desperate?”

William nodded, ”Recently, stay alert about your own safety and don’t wander far from Central City. I’m worried the Dwarves will go mad and dispatch all their assassins.

Adrian, remind Hill that if he masters the Law of the Earth, those Dwarves will want to kill him more than ever.

It’s better not to leave this area. The protective isolation here isn’t just powered by the Gods of Time and Space, the day, the moon, and the human deities are all in it.

I hope the Sea God Agleya joins too, the protective abilities of the Water Element are very useful.”

No sooner had he finished speaking, a bluish divine light shone out from the study, accompanied by a young girl’s crisp voice: ”I’m in! Make sure to protect my dad!”
