The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 369: Chapter 369: Young People Are Naive_1

Johnny Gross is actually back!

Carson Flores was surprised to discover that Johnny Gross had returned to his seat, and now, facing Carson’s gaze, there was no longer any hint of evasion.

What’s the deal with this guy?

This time, Carson didn’t walk over because it was almost time.

The Divine Cloudy Sect and the Acevedo Family had already arrived at the Martial Battle Arena. Josephine Harrison, Jensen Meadows, and others were all glaring fiercely at Carson, their eyes filled with hostility, and a schadenfreude anticipation.

Checking the time, it was almost ten o’clock, so Carson took the initiative and walked to the center of the Martial Battle Arena.

Seeing Carson step onto the stage, Nash Acedvedo naturally didn’t want to show any weakness and also stepped out of the crowd to confront Carson.

Nash Acedvedo said in a deep voice, ”Today’s battle, regardless of victory or defeat, life or death, shall settle the grievances between the Acevedo Family and you. How about that?”

Carson responded with a slight smile, ”Just as long as you don’t run away halfway through.”

The crowd erupted into murmurs.

What a bold statement!

This shows he’s completely confident that Nash Acedvedo is not his match.

Nash Acedvedo sneered, ”Young man, oblivious of the immensity of heaven and earth, victory or defeat, the fight will make it clear!”

Carson laughed, ”Let’s not waste any more time with words, come on, let’s fight and then we can talk!”

With a cold and stern countenance, Nash Acedvedo’s gaze turned sharp and piercing, like a hawk eyeing its prey on the ground.

”Swoosh!”

In an instant, Nash Acedvedo vanished from his spot, turning into a shadow that appeared at Carson’s front side — launching a punch.

That punch was like thunder, like a swift arrow.

The wind from the punch howled, with a muffled sound like a sonic boom, striking at the hearts of the spectators, swift and heavy.

Carson slightly shifted his body, gliding to the side as if weightless, effortlessly dodging Nash’s tremendously powerful strike.

Carson’s shoulders slightly shifted, and his body suddenly sprang back like a coiled spring, or as if he had never moved at all.

Carson’s fists moved as if he was embracing a giant tree, directly slamming horizontally towards Nash.

”Giant Ape Embracing Tree!”

”Giant Ape Eight Strikes!”

Many experts in the audience immediately recognized that Carson was executing Andrew’s famous technique, the Giant Ape Eight Strikes.

Nash’s pupils contracted slightly. Such fast speed!

Nash, having missed his strike, did not panic; he counterattacked with an elbow, attempting to collide with Carson.

”Bang!”

Carson and Nash collided. Nash staggered and tumbled backward, while Carson merely took a side step and steadied his stance.

The onlookers watched with amazement, involuntarily gasping out loud.

Could it be that Carson is actually stronger?

The expressions of Rocky Stein, Zayne Shepherd, and others from the Divine Cloudy Sect sobered slightly, while Jensen Meadows, Josephine Harrison, Lennox Acevedo, and others showed drastic changes in their expressions.

In this head-on clash, Nash Acedvedo was at a disadvantage?

Carson had only advanced to Great Grandmaster a dozen days ago, yet he was more formidable than Nash?

Nash’s face reddened, a turbulent flow of Qi and blood surging within him, his heart in utter shock.

How could this young man be so formidable?

Having been a Great Grandmaster for many years, after painstaking cultivation, could he still not match up to this young man who had made a breakthrough barely a dozen days ago?

But Carson gave Nash no time to be shocked or to think. Carson stepped back half a step to firm his stance and then, with a powerful burst, rocketed forward like a cannonball, instantly appearing in front of Nash, and launched a punch like a lion pouncing on a rabbit.

So fast!

Nash was greatly alarmed, having no time to dodge, he could only extend his arms in defense.

”Bang!”

Though Nash managed to block the punch, both of his arms trembled violently, and the redness on his face deepened by three shades.

After delivering the punch, Carson spun his body, sweeping out a leg in a wide arc.

”Bang!”

Nash’s body was sent flying and smashed heavily onto the ground.

Carson landed, stepped forward, and leaped, bringing his foot down hard.

Nash, without regard for his image, rolled away on the ground, narrowly avoiding Carson’s stomp.

”Buzz!”

As Carson’s foot came down, the solid steel platform on the ground instantly caved in, and a low hum resonated from the platform, a testament to the viciousness of the stomp.

Carson charged forward again, immediately closing the distance to Nash, and delivered another punch.

Nash, unable to evade, could only block with his arms again.

”Bang!”

Carson drew back his fist and struck down once more.

”Pff!”

A spray of blood spurted from Nash’s mouth, but his hands were still locking into a defensive guarding position, desperately withstanding the onslaught.

Carson’s blows were ruthless and unhesitant, his fist moving like a lightning strike.

”Bang!”

”Bang!”

”Bang!”

...

The fast-as-lightning punches continued to fall, and with each impact, another spray of blood spewed from Nash’s mouth. He was utterly unable to mount any effective counterattack.

When Carson’s next punch came down, the bones in Nash’s arms made a cracking sound of shattering.

Carson transitioned his punch into a palm and struck down towards Nash’s Dantian.

”Stop!”

A figure shot out like an arrow, aiming directly at Carson; before reaching him, a punch was thrown from mid-air, Gang Qi resonating like a bell, booming towards Carson in an instant.
