【Subscription Requested】_1 Now, humanity was truly panicking!

The number of refugees in every country had skyrocketed.

Strange sects and organizations sprang up among the refugees.

Some people started to worship the metal monsters, mysterious flying saucers, and even the Giant Mosquito Monsters – which had appeared in the human world a few times but had shown relatively friendly behavior.

The spread of these bizarre beliefs fermented at an astonishing speed.

By the time some countries noticed and began to react, it was already too late!

“Charge, kill these foolish rulers!

These metal monsters came because of them!

If they are gone, the metal monsters will forgive us humans.

Kill them!”

In a city of the Stars and Stripes Country, crowds composed of citizens who worshipped the ‘metal monsters’ surged towards the residences and office areas of the city officials.

This was a country where carrying firearms was legal, hence almost all of these individuals were armed.

They attacked the rulers who were part of humanity in an organized manner, showing no mercy whatsoever.

The Stars and Stripes Country, the most powerful country on Earth, was thrown into chaos in an instant!

The speed at which the situation escalated far surpassed anyone’s imagination!

Within a day, several countries announced that they had entered a state of nationwide emergency management!

The public’s distrust towards the government and the constant pressured steps of the metal monster made it seem like humanity had suddenly arrived at the brink of extinction within a few days!

Boom, boom, boom, boom!!!!!

A massive explosion echoed, as a black figure executed an elegant maneuver in mid-air, effortlessly weaving through the impact radius of the explosion.

Whizz, whizz, whizz!!!!—-

Shortly after setting off the explosion in the rear of the metal monsters, the Giant Mosquito dashed towards another group of metal monsters without any hesitation!

But a few of these metal monsters were already prepared to self-detonate!

The barrels on their heads turned into an eerie color, and then, once the Giant Mosquito got close enough…

Boom, boom, boom!!!!

Several red explosive waves appeared all around!

A massive explosion was about to unfold, but before that, the body of the Giant Mosquito suddenly flapped its wings at the moment right before the explosion occurred!

Whizz, whizz, whizz!!!!—-

At that moment, the Giant Mosquito suddenly took off at an insanely high speed, heading straight towards the sky once again, right before the bright red explosion began to shine!

The red light of the explosion shone brightly, but it could only pitifully kill the monsters’ own kind, leaving the Giant Mosquito completely unhurt!

The light in Jia Yan’s compound eyes grew even more intense.

The Giant Mosquito had accumulated some insights and experiences on the self-detonating characteristics of the metal monsters during the continuous battles!

“If these metal monsters want to self-detonate, they will freeze for about a second before doing it.

I just need to closely observe their movements, then I can spot the signs before their self-detonation!”

“The more I fight them, the better I understand their tactics and movement patterns.

Individual metal monsters don’t seem to be that intelligent, so it’s getting easier for me to predict their movement patterns and respond accordingly!”

Jia Yan was suspended in the air, watching the metal monsters below him, a gleam of determination flashing through his compound eyes.

At this point, it had been two days since the Giant Mosquito started battling the metal monsters.

He didn’t pay much attention to the significant events that had occurred in the Earth World the previous day.

He had spent almost the entire day and night in battle.

After detecting the characteristics of the metal monsters’ self-detonation, Jia Yan felt a certain degree of improvement in his experience and skills.

Finally, as dawn was about to break,

Boom, boom, boom!!!!

Under the immense pressure of Jia Yan’s attack, the last Metal Monster had to self-detonate.

However, before that, Big Mosquito had already risen from the ground, with the glow of the explosion sparking behind him.

By this time, the ground was a scene that resembled the end of the world, with the wreckage of Metal Monsters scattered everywhere, laying there seemingly telling a tale of how powerful Jia Yan, their brutal attacker, actually was!

This was a group of up to a hundred Metal Monsters!

This was the first time Jia Yan had eliminated so many Metal Monsters.

His attack was launched the moment he reached above the group of Metal Monsters.

He detonated several green-grey pebbles in the sky, causing many of the Metal Monsters on the ground to die or get injured.

He then immediately launched an attack downwards while they were unable to organize an effective counterattack.

“Finally, they’re dealt with.

There were at least a hundred Metal Monsters this time.

I wonder how much I’ve gained from them,” Jia Yan sighed a breath of relief after finally dealing with this Small Metallic Monster Army, while his flying body seemed to relax.

After fighting for a whole night, although his initial gains weren’t much, after wiping out two small armies of Metal Monsters, his haul had reached about thirty.

This was the largest band of the Small Metallic Monster Army he’d eliminated, so he was naturally excited about the results!

“One, two, three, four…eleven, thirty-two, thirty-three…thirty-three?!”

Looking at his haul this time, Jia Yan felt pretty satisfied.

From a hundred Metal Monsters, he had harvested more than thirty green-grey pebbles.

These pebbles were not easy to come by.

He had to kill the Metal Monsters before they could respond, otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to obtain these pebbles.

Having obtained thirty-three at once, it meant Jia Yan had gathered more than sixty pebbles in total.

Added to his previous stash, he was not far from the amount he desired!

“It seems that the chances aren’t small.

If I keep fighting day and night, I’ll have a chance to collect the amount I need!”

Big Mosquito’s Compound Eyes sparkled brilliantly!

As long as he could gather these pebbles, he could start his next mutation.

It was unimaginable to think how strong he could become at that point!

“If I mutate and become extremely powerful, I will always protect Shanghu.

Family is there, although I don’t really want to help other humans, I may as well lend them a hand!”

With that thought, Big Mosquito’s Compound Eyes shone even brighter.

However, he also realized that his idea was a bit far-fetched.

After all, against the red light emitted from the Metal Monster’s constructions, Jia Yan knew he could not defend.

If the Metal Monsters used that light beam attack, he would have no other choice.

He guessed that this light was more formidable than the rays the UFO used to attack him, and he would have to surrender!

But before he dies, he must protect his family!

That was Jia Yan’s determination.

Even with the prospect of mutation in sight, the future seemed bleak, with not a glimmer of light to be seen.

Before knowing about the Metal Monster’s capability of emitting red light and the existence of the mysterious UFO, Jia Yan thought he was extremely powerful.

On this Earth, aside from a few things, there was practically nothing that could threaten his life.

The appearance of the formidable constructions of the Metal Monsters, as well as the UFOs that could release a white light beam, had filled Jia Yan with a sense of powerlessness!

“I’ll make an effort quickly for the next mutation.

Although I can’t say I’ll be as powerful as these creatures, at least I’ll have a bit more ability to protect myself!” Jia Yan encouraged himself.

Big Mosquito went on to search for his next target, the Metallic Beast Squad!

He didn’t know whether the Metal Monsters didn’t share his intel or they just thought that Big Mosquito wouldn’t have much of an impact on them.

So, when Jia Yan encountered the next Metallic Beast Squad, they appeared unprepared as usual.

“If you’re not taking any precautions against me, then I’ll just keep attacking!”

Jia Yan wouldn’t be friendly with the Metal Monsters.

After seeing the Metallic Beast Squad below, he directly descended to attack them!

While Jia Yan was still attacking the Metal Monsters,

high in the sky above him, two objects far surpassing the technological creations of Earth World were rapidly approaching each other.

They were also in a fight, and their battle was far more intense than the one between the Giant Mosquito Monster and the Metal Monsters below!
