[Please Subscribe]_1 The article was full of speculation about the monsters’ attack on Earth, backed by precise data.

Were it not for the title “Invaders Wearing the Cloak of Friendliness” at the section about the Giant Mosquito Monster, Jia Yan would have almost believed this article!

He himself knew that he was not an invader, just a pitiful little mosquito, struggling to survive between the cracks of this monster-ridden world.

Outside of self-preservation, his only aim was to constantly get stronger!

Now, the continuous appearance of that UFO made him realize his signs of individual combat power were still not high, hence he needed even stronger mutations!

“If these Earth people continue to behave unfriendly towards me, I don’t need to think too much.

In future, all I need to do is just to take care of my own family and ignore everything else!”

In that article, the author portrayed him, the Giant Mosquito, in a very negative light.

Jia Yan wondered if some relative of the author had been killed by him.

Regardless, the article depicted the Giant Mosquito as being friendly, deceiving humans, and having committed numerous bloody crimes.

In other words, Jia Yan was not a friendly monster!

In addition, Jia Yan had indeed killed four humans yesterday.

Although the investigation eventually proved that the four humans seemed to have attacked the low-flying Giant Mosquito first, causing the resultant casualties, the fact remains that the Giant Mosquito had killed.

Therefore, the arrival of this article pushed the fairly positive reputation that the Giant Mosquito had gained to a freezing point!

However, Jia Yan did not care.

At this point, he did not pay much attention to what humans thought of him!

Unless a massive weapon was deployed against him, his concerns about the human army were diminishing.

“I just need to step forward!

Another step, and perhaps not just the Metal Monsters, but even humanity’s strongest weapons would be helpless against me!”

Thinking of these, the light in Jia Yan’s compound eyes became even more fervent!

The appearance of the UFO and the weird large structures of the Metallic Beasts made Jia Yan’s sense of crisis increasingly intense.

At this time, he could not imagine if he could survive should these few phenomena launch an attack on him.

Even if he could barely hide his presence in times of crisis and hide somewhere for his own protection, his family would definitely be beyond hope.

Therefore, his only solution was to become stronger!

So strong that even the UFO wouldn’t frighten him!

The body of the Giant Mosquito trembled slightly on the ground!

His wings fluttered gently.

At this moment, Jia Yan was unable to suppress his urge to become stronger!

Buzz buzz buzz!!!—

The same sound, the same pitch, just like that little mosquito buzzing a few months back.

However, this sound became unbelievably loud after a moment!

Hum hum hum!!!

The sound echoed through the vicinity!

The villagers nearby came out to inspect upon hearing the noise.

What they saw was a colossal figure, roaring in the sky!

His exterior was pitch black.

His massive body was covered with intense, solid defense.

Underneath it was his exoskeleton, seemingly forged from metal!

What no one knew was that within the exoskeleton defense of the Giant Mosquito, there was a faint azure color hidden.

If a strong attack were to hit, this layer of defense would reveal itself to protect his body!

“The Big Mosquito!

Run!” The townsmen, each filled with indescribable fear, began to scream.

As the people of the land of China, they had some understanding of the Giant Mosquito Monster.

After all, this beast had been quite active in China lately.

But they could not believe that this monster, from the tales, would appear in their town.

Seeing it in person after only seeing it on the TV, especially when it’s a terrifying creature like the Giant Mosquito, was enough to make one shriek in horror!

So, they all began fleeing in terror!

Watching this scene from high above, Jia Yan was not surprised.

If these people ran away, it would be better.

This town was not safe.

The army of Metallic Beasts was less than a hundred kilometers away.

They had already wreaked havoc once.

It was highly possible that they would attack here.

The body of the Giant Mosquito wobbled in the air.

His current goal was very clear!

That was the Metallic Beast Squad lurking nearby!

“I want to mutate, and the opportunity for my next mutation lies with these Metal Monsters!

As long as I obtain enough green-grey pebbles and use the two metal pieces, I’ll be able to mutate again!”

Jia Yan had already calculated in his heart according to his biological instinct.

To achieve his next mutation, he would need at least a hundred green-grey pebbles, or maybe even over two hundred!

Gathering so many green-grey pebbles was an enormous task.

After all, not every Metal Monster would leave behind a green-grey pebble.

To collect such a large number of pebbles, the amount of Metal Monsters he’d have to kill was immeasurable!

“It’s dangerous, but striking it rich always comes with some risk.

How could I succeed without taking any?” Jia Yan’s face was filled with determination!

After the UFO incident and seeing a Metal Monster in the Wa Kingdom detonate a human nuclear bomb on the internet, he had come to realize just how weak he was in this world.

If he didn’t enhance his strength, he would surely die quickly.

Boing boing boing!!!——

The Big Mosquito is soaring in the sky.

The Metal Monsters’ rampage had already caused massive damage across the land of China.

Even cities that hadn’t been attacked were vacated due to the widespread panic.

Behold, nothing but a scene of devastation lay before him!

The destruction caused by mankind itself wasn’t any less than what the Metal Monsters had done.

The plumes of smoke in some places were actually caused by human rioters.

The greatest pity was the wasted farmland.

Even in winter, some greenhouses that grew winter fruits and vegetables had collapsed.

One could only imagine, if humans continued down this path, the influence of the Metal Monsters wouldn’t only be physical damage.

A series of impacts on food, economy, and other areas would soon arise!

Metal Monsters didn’t need food.

Unlike historical wars on Earth, they wouldn’t hesitate to destroy human farmland and all crops.

Even if they left, humans would still be left with no food sources from these areas!

“There seem to be traces of Metal Monster activity ahead!”

After flying over many devastated landscapes, Jia Yan finally saw signs of massive destruction caused by a Metal Monster from a small town!

You can hear the screams of the humans!

Jia Yan rushed to the scene!

In this town, dozens of people were scurrying around in panic.

They stumbled and fell, expressions of sheer terror on their faces!

One particularly robust man, brandishing a large knife, was covering an escape path for the people behind him.

A Metal Monster appeared behind a wall!

Despite the man’s powerful stature, the Metal Monster was only the size of a small dog.

But its fighting capacity was not something you could gauge by its size!

Just as the man was clenching his teeth, ready to fight desperately against the Metal Monster!

A red light was emitted from the gun muzzle of the Metal Monster!

Boom, boom, boom!!!

The explosion echoed.

The man didn’t even have time to scream before he was blasted into countless fragments on the spot!

Blood and flesh splattered in the air, accompanied by screams of the human witnesses.

It was an extremely cruel sight!

Two more Metal Monsters appeared behind the first one!

Yes, there were only three Metal Monsters attacking this town!

But the destruction they caused was considerable!

Most of the townsfolk had fled, but a few who hadn’t any means to flee, or those who were deeply attached to their hometown, had stayed, refusing to leave.

And today, the Metal Monsters finally arrived!

The robust townsman who had been training martial arts for years and could fight off several average adults was no match for these Metal Monsters.

He couldn’t even hold on for a second before turning into a pile of flesh and blood!

Upon witnessing this, the townsfolk lost all hope!
