Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 4056  Into The Nether Dimension

”Itʼs going to be anytime now.”

Davis reached out his hand in excitement as he sat beside a black-robed woman.

She was not wearing a veil, so her flawless beauty was plain to be seen. She had snow-white pale skin as though she came from a freezing immortal land. Her purple hair flowed over Davisʼs shoulder as she leaned on his shoulder, her gaze serene and full of love as she also rubbed her big belly along with him.

Her stomach was swelling two times as much as a normal pregnant woman in her last trimester.

Her fingers came in touch with his hands, and they both felt the tremble inside. There were minute movements, even multiple kicks in a few seconds.

”Yes, master~” Nadia responded with a soft voice, ”I have already thought of their names.”

”Oh, thatʼs great, but I donʼt know how many are cozy in there. Do you still not wish to tell me?”

Davis chuckled, and Nadia shyly shook her head.

”The others also say it should be a surprise, and I rarely see you this excited, so Iʼm going to keep it a secret.”

”Aye.” Davis nodded, ”You girls know how to keep me around. But definitely let me know when youʼre going to undergo childbirth. We still donʼt know if there will be a tribulation for you, but as the mother, you should be able to sense it coming since Niera also appeared to sense it coming before she gave birth. After delivery, the tribulation would try to end the newborn life. It happens to every immortal child, and its prowess is the average of the cultivation between the father and mother, so itʼs not something to worry about. However, I fear that it could be an annihilative tribulation, so you have to definitely call me-”

”I know, I know.” Nadia smiled as she saw him look worried.

She couldnʼt help but find delight in the fact that he was worried for her and the children. Her lips moved, ”I am aware of the dangers, master. But now, you have to leave now. You have to help your friends who are suffering from your ruthless methods. I hope I can soon become a Great Saint Magical Beast as well. It feels like a long time since Iʼve been useful.”

”What do you mean useful?” Davis softly pinched her nose as though admonishing her, ”You are one of my lovely wives. Being useful or not is all secondary. You just need to eat and laze around like a gluttonous wolf all day long, and your cultivation will magically increase.”

”Thereʼs another way to put it~” Nadia complained, but her face was full of smiles.

”Alright, you should leave.”

”Iʼll stay for a bit more…”

”… Okay~”

Ten minutes later.

”Itʼs time.” Nadia stared at him.

”Well, Myria and Everlight are healing Andiron. Myria is still an Immortal King, but sheʼs powerful enough and combined with Everlight, their healing capability is as almost as good as mine.”

Thirty minutes later.

”Even if you wait, they wonʼt come out~”

”I know, I know. I just want to be there with you. I missed Nieraʼs-”

”Enough, master. Go~”

Nadia finally made him stand up, pushed him out of the door, and shut it.

”Aiya…” Davis turned around and saw the door become locked. He smilingly shook his head and left to finish Andironʼs evolution.

Inside the chamber, Nadia turned around and went back to the bed to rest. She looked down and kept caressing her children in her womb with her hand on her belly, her expression full of love and care. After becoming a death attribute wolf, she thought becoming pregnant was impossible.

She could still remember the troubles they went through to get pregnant. Even copulation wasnʼt allowed.

Therefore, she could tell although the tribulation might only be at the Level Three Immortal Emperor Stage, as it was the average of their cultivation, the karmic burden stemming from her racial curse might add to it more.

Time passed. Slowly, her breathing became difficult, and she felt her stomach pressing down, weighing heavily on her hips. She pressed her lips, knowing she was about to give birth, but her eyes widened as she had a premonition.

”Nyoran…!”

She called out, causing a black-robed figure to burst in in two seconds.

”Nadia, are you-”

”Yes… Iʼm going to give birth. A tribulation is coming… a powerful one…”

Nadia stood up and walked towards Nyoran. Nyoran instantly waved her hand, carrying Nadia with her energy as she rushed outside and went towards the makeshift camp Davis had set up to undergo childbirth tribulation.

”No… not there…! Get me into the Nether Dimension…!”

”…!”

Nyoran came to an abrupt stop as she shot a look at Nadia, understanding it was an annihilative tribulation.

”But… Davis said…”

”Master said itʼs fine to enter the Nether Dimension if itʼs an ann- please, get me inside. We donʼt have time…”

Nadia pursed her lips as she held her stomach in pain. She barely lied before she hurried Nyoran. At the same time, she also did not let her beast pact relay her current emotions to him, sealing it.

”You-”

Nyoran couldnʼt tell what Nadia was saying. The last thing Davis told her was to keep Nadia here even if it was an annihilative tribulation, but he changed his words?

”Please… I canʼt endanger the others…” Nadia pleaded, her eyes becoming teary, ”I would rather die… than be useless… and be the reason for the downfall of my family.”

”You!-” Nyoranʼs expression flared.

”Damn it! I donʼt care what happens anymore…! Iʼm going beheaded by him if things go wrong, and itʼs all on you…!”

Nyoran complained, but she hurriedly used her species technique and opened the portal in the arch-like structure she had set up. It was originally intended to escape, and the palace here was known as the Escape Palace.

Nadia temporarily took shelter here to go into the Nether Dimension when it was time for delivery, and Davis was hesitant but eventually said no to her. However, because Nadia had already been here for over a month, no one said anything.

Nyoran felt she shouldʼve known this was what she had been planning all along. Nonetheless, she had promised she would protect this family, and she was going to do exactly that.

”You have my gratitude…” Nadia weakly uttered with a smile.

The triangular portal to the Nether Dimension formed, and Nyoran rushed in with Nadia after she had left a soul body here to explain things.

At this moment, Fiora rushed out from another chamber as she noticed the commotion. Evelynn and Isabella arrived as Nyoran had sent them notice, but when she heard her speak, their expressions changed.

Inside the Nether Dimension, Nyoran and Nadia arrived inside a dark forest. The trees were black-purple, some dark green, but they were all towering. They were all more than a thousand meters tall and fifty meters thick. There was also a lot of glowing flora, each having a dark tone, mostly mushrooms that looked like they were poisonous.

Nyoran had found this place quite a while ago and explored it a bit. She had found no one here, not even the Nether Devourer Beast. It could be a danger zone, but from her perspective, any place in the Nether Dimension is a danger zone.

They arrived at a field where there werenʼt any trees in a two-hundred-meter radius. In this spot, there were also no mushrooms, only soil that seemed to have already gone bad.

Either way, she set up curtains on all four sides, took out a bed at the center, and helped lay Nadia on it.

Nyoran then aided Nadia in giving birth alone. It was not a problem for her since she knew the techniques involved. However, she was nervous as soon after Nadia gave birth to the children, the tribulation was going to start, attracting the attention of all lifeforms in the surrounding region.

In her perspective, it should be fine if it was just a normal tribulation since every being underwent as far as she knew. She had seen a few tribulations pop up when she was exploring the Nether Dimension, but for annihilative tribulation, she didnʼt know how the denizens were going to respond.

”Weii! Weii! Weiiii!~~”

The first child was delivered, and its incessant cries could be heard throughout the area, making Nyoranʼs heart sink since if beasts heard it, they might think it was a treat, but she held the child with tender emotions.

”My child...”

Nadia also raised her neck and inclined her head to look at her first child.

It was a boy. His hair was a mixture of purple, black, and blond, and he had little wolf ears and a small tail. Her expression was full of emotion before she closed her eyes and pushed her stomach again.

Nyoran kept the baby beside Nadiaʼs warmth and continued to aid.

At this time, Evelynn and Isabella arrived.
