Arceus's Pirate Journey

Chapter 836: Chapter 835: Before the ”Eastern Expedition

Shaymin possesses two forms, land and sky. Regardless of the form, its consciousness remains unchanged, but its personality is completely different. In most cases, the land form of Shaymin is rather shy and easily frightened.

When Shaymin enters the sky form, its personality becomes brave and lively.

The Shaymin beside the Queen can be considered cheerful, even among land-form Shaymin, it’s an easygoing individual, yet it still has a shy side.

Previously, regarding the Queen’s hug, she didn’t accept it, but was too embarrassed to refuse, an expression of emotion that led to the Queen’s misjudgment.

However, once she entered the sky form, she learned to say no.

After some thought, Shaymin did not use Air Slash, instead, she smeared his face with Seed Flare, which meant nothing to the thick-skinned Queen.

Not to mention, thanks to Omastar, he was already accustomed to such outrageous greeting styles.

”Don’t learn the bad habits of that snail! Forget it, let’s negotiate when to restore that island?”

The previous battle also restored the Queen’s confidence; he too is roughly capable of dueling a Navy Admiral. How could he be afraid of mere CP assassinations? As long as the budget is enough, even if he can’t win, he can escape.

Ultimately, appetite outweighed reason.

If even the eternal snow of Ringo could turn into a flower field, the revival of that island’s environment shouldn’t be difficult.

”In consideration of your sincere request, I’ll agree to help you, I can prepare to set off at any time.”

Having received a positive response, the Queen was relieved of a concern and began planning his new voyage, but the impact Shaymin caused went far beyond this.

”Flowers... They bloomed! Old man! Come out and see, so many flowers!”

The wooden basin dropped with a crash, an old lady stared incredulously at the sea of flowers blooming outside. Wano Kuni was developing as a whole, but different areas progressed differently. The busiest was the Flower Capital as the central business district, followed by Kuri and Hakumai.

Shimi, as a large ranch, also had unique scenery, Ringo was somewhat behind other areas due to environmental issues, with some residents maintaining relatively ancient lifestyles.

The wooden house was located on a small mountain in Ringo where the elderly couple had seen snow more than anything else in their lifetime. Though they’d seen flowers in other regions, it was their first time seeing flowers bloom in the snow.

Not just them, many residents were drawn by the suddenly blooming flowers. The curious ones followed the path of flowers, wanting to see what it was all about.

After transforming into sky form, Shaymin had run several loops in the sky; where she had run now transformed into such a scene, adding another stroke to the miraculous.

[Sea Calendar 1518, Divine Joy, snow doesn’t melt but flowers fill the path]

...

The Queen and Shaymin didn’t immediately leave Wano Kuni. Unlike other high-level officials, he couldn’t just walk away. As a part-time general affairs manager and chief scientist of Wano Kuni, he had to arrange his ongoing duties first.

At this moment, Tiger returned to Wano Kuni once again.

”Brother Tiger, please wait a moment, we need to verify your identity.”

Tiger, here, encountered Sasaki, returning to the main island; as a member of the Fishman Race, he held special respect for Tiger.

”Why so much trouble? Although I don’t come often, you guys are overly cautious.”

From the outer perimeter, someone had been checking his identity. Along the way, he encountered two sentry posts, his ship was verified by Gyarados, and even at the Hidden Port, they had to check again.

”It’s not over yet, Brother Tiger, you’re not an official of the Hundred Beasts, special registration wasn’t done, so everyone from outside must go through this process. Brother Queen is a bit... overly cautious.”

Even with the Queen’s boosted confidence, he didn’t relax the internal protocols of Wano Kuni; it is better to live securely than risk assassination. Tiger, rarely visiting Wano Kuni, thus experienced the strictest security protocols.

Along the familiar path, Tiger reached the monastery again but did not see Misu, only Rami cleaning.

”Rami, where is Nun?”

”The Nun is on the Holy Mountain welcoming new believers, Uncle Tiger, you can wait a little, the Nun should return by tomorrow.”

”By morning.. or should I just find her myself?”

To Tiger, Vine Mountain was no stranger; he smoothly climbed it before. Although the special power left by Arceus suppressed the physique of the strong, piety enough could negate this influence.

Moreover, Tiger was a great climber; as someone capable of scaling the Red Earth Continent barehanded, climbing Vine Mountain was child’s play to him.

When Tiger climbed up, he happened to see Misu preaching, and her audience was none other than Pedro and Jebo.

Jebo was listening in a daze, but Pedro’s eyes were full of light. To Tiger, it was a sign of someone lost finding direction again.

”The person looking for me has arrived, I’ve told you about as much as I can, the rest you must experience yourselves.”

Accepting the booklet Misu handed over, Pedro moved aside, reading the ”Bible” as if finding treasure.

...

”Truly, Nun, have you let even more lost sheep know the glory of the Lord?”

”It’s all the Lord’s power; he lost an eye, the Lord’s power restored his health.”

The strength of the ”Holy Spring” is quite special. Although it couldn’t regenerate a lost limb, if the severed limb was intact, it could be reattached a hundred percent. Pedro did not engage in extreme actions like gouging out his own eye.

People here, through training, had monstrous physiques. When their organs were well-preserved, they maintained vitality for longer periods. After a pilgrimage, Pedro had a chance for healing and then began receiving teachings.

”So, does it take benefits to make these people realize the presence of the Lord?”

”No, my dear Tiger, that’s merely an opportunity. People just need a chance to encounter the Lord, and benefits are often the most direct, although very realistic, it holds much more meaning compared to idle fantasies.

You’re just in time. According to the Lord’s will, we should not be confined to trivial matters in Wano Kuni. The Lord’s followers are prepared to spread His glory.

They have received the Lord’s power, and you can see this distinct group, this is the Lord’s Holy Temple Knight Order.”
