Arceus's Pirate Journey

Chapter 367: Chapter 366: Rob Him!

”Sister, what should we do...”

The backbone of the Boa Sisters is still Hancock. Although her figure doesn’t match her two sisters, in terms of strength, she’s far stronger than them, firmly establishing her role as the eldest sister in the Kuja setting.

Elsewhere, you might try to buy a ticket home, but the Kuja is clearly an exception.

”Let’s wait a bit longer... We can negotiate with them. Amazon Lily would definitely be willing to offer a reward for this.”

Although she thought Olga looked quite handsome at that time and felt a little flutter in her heart, not having endured the Heavenly Celestial Dragon’s torture, she wasn’t infatuated to the point of losing her senses.

However, this didn’t contradict her desire to stay a few more days. From Olga’s words, she deduced there were still things to be done at the Shampodi Islands. She planned to wait until the other party finished this business before discussing it further.

Even if they couldn’t land, as long as they arrived at a specific time near the waters, they could encounter the Kuja’s ships.

As for her confidence, it’s because of the national condition of Amazon Lily. Women’s Island is unique, relying entirely on warriors going out to sea for its population.

Moreover, every child born on Women’s Island is 100% a daughter, which seems to be a peculiar feature of this island.

Such a nation naturally values its population, which is why she had such confidence.

While the three sisters whispered amongst themselves, Victarion knelt on one knee before her.

”I want to join you.”

”Hmm, sure, you can follow our ship back when the time comes.”

”Well... I’m also a pirate with a bounty of 50 million Belly. If they hadn’t played dirty tricks, I wouldn’t have been caught so easily. With enough manpower, I wouldn’t even fear the Navy Fleet.”

Seeing the indifferent expression on the other’s face, Victarion felt underestimated. He believed he was different from ordinary people. Staying was partly due to the danger without his ship and crew, and his weakened state.

On the other hand, he wanted to repay the kindness of being saved, which is why he chose to stay.

Compared to combat prowess, his skill in commanding sea battles was superior. However, after entering the Grand Line, the lack of high-end strength greatly diminished his command capability.

However, the others seemed to see him as an ordinary person. When he revealed his bounty, Olga’s expression didn’t change, nor did anyone else on the ship react.

This amount is insignificant in the New World. Trained fruit users can achieve this level, and such people can form a troupe in the Hundred Beasts Pirates.

Yet, this calm demeanor made him feel his decision was correct. Looking down on a 50 million bounty suggested they were stronger, making him think he had followed the right person.

His initial plan was to rely on another strong pirate group after entering the New World. Now, it seemed he made a wise choice.

Leaving some people to guard the ship, the rest headed directly to the auction.

Hancock and others were also asked to stay temporarily on the ship.

...

At the auction, Olga and Elizabeth, in disguise, sat in a corner. Meanwhile, backstage, the auction’s owner was raging because the promised slaves were gone again.

Such incidents have occurred frequently these years, with unknown forces or newcomers inexplicably taking those slaves away.

”I’m telling you! If the Heavenly Celestial Dragons aren’t satisfied this time, don’t expect to have it easy!”

Furiously hanging up the Radio Snail, the boss looked toward the auctioneer.

”It’s up to you, try to make the Heavenly Celestial Dragons spend their budget before then, otherwise there might be trouble.”

Though the wealth of the Heavenly Celestial Dragons is exaggerated, it’s within a budget. If they spend their budget early, some later events might not occur.

Due to their status, the Heavenly Celestial Dragons could openly seize, but it would embarass them among their peers, so most choose the normal auction process. Money is just a number to them.

Crafts, gems, jewelry, these items opened the auction, alongside some slaves. Although some were lost, other slaves were naturally present at the auction.

The boss even bought a few from the neighboring human auction. Unlike others, that auction specializes in slaves, naturally having more.

Everything seemed smooth initially, but when Devil Fruits were introduced, a problem arose.

A reserve goal of 1.2 billion Belly was set for two Devil Fruits. This funding was ample, even if they were Ancient Zoans, more than enough.

However, today Olga encountered something quite bothersome.

”300 million Belly.”

”400 million!”

”600 million!”

”Bastard...”

Glancing at the person bidding, Olga cursed internally as the Heavenly Celestial Dragon inexplicably targeted these two Devil Fruits.

She tentatively bid on the first three, but seeing others want them, she withdrew.

Yet, the Heavenly Celestial Dragon had no such intention. Having not found satisfactory slaves, he focused on the Devil Fruit.

The two Devil Fruits were sold separately. The Heavenly Celestial Dragon had driven the price beyond what she could afford.

....

”Who dared to bid against me?”

As Olga cursed silently, the Heavenly Celestial Dragon was visibly displeased. Not finding desired slaves had already annoyed him, and now someone dared to contest his bid, making him spend more money.

”Saint Habibo, it’s likely just some ignorant person.”

”Hmph, send someone to follow him. Those who bid against me must pay the price. I haven’t found a suitable slave yet.”

”This...”

”Hmm?”

”Yes, as you command...” His entourage seemed inclined to dissuade the Heavenly Celestial Dragon, but upon hearing the displeased tone, quickly changed their attitude. It was better for others to suffer misfortune than themselves.

Meanwhile, Olga gave up on bidding.

”Olga, aren’t we getting the fruit? That’s the captain’s orders.”

”Of course, we are, but we’ll need a different approach.”

”What?”

”Steal it. We’re pirates, after all. Taking things from others isn’t an issue, right?”

Although Olga rarely led plundering raids, hunting slave traders wasn’t outright robbery, yet she always had the role of a pirate officer. Not doing it didn’t mean she couldn’t.

As for the consequences... the robbery was done by her disguised illusion; what did that have to do with Olga?

After some thought, she decided to don the Purilite guise once more.
