Arceus's Pirate Journey

Chapter 353: Chapter 352: Queen’s New Duty – Diancie’s Chemistry Teacher

Apart from Diamonds and Seastone, Diancie’s creation involved the incorporation of various other materials, enabling her to compress a wider range of elements. Any crystal that exists at room temperature can be compressed and produced by her.

If the environment is suitable, even some unconventional crystals might be possible, although she can only control the compression, she cannot perform more intricate manipulations.

”Compressing carbon elements in the air into diamonds...”

Upon hearing Diancie’s principle of diamond creation, Queen thought his chemistry teacher’s coffin might not be stable. This ability is simply amazing! If Diancie can compress other elements, it means he can easily obtain a vast amount of element crystals.

Including the research part of the so-called Bloodline Factor that can be done more easily, he looked at Diancie with changed eyes, initially thinking she was just a magical creature created by Arceus. But now, it seems she is a treasure.

Even if Diancie can’t accomplish any scarier tasks, and can only compress elements in the air, she is still a supermodel atomic compressor.

Not to mention, Diancie can likely exploit bugs at coal power plants, compressing carbon elements from smoke back into combustible materials.

”It’s her innate ability. As for whether she can achieve other results, it depends on how well you teach her.”

At least there’s nothing to worry about in the diamond aspect. With Diancie around, they have the power to directly disrupt the market balance. Even if Diancie-created diamonds are tested, they would be identified as natural diamonds.

They’re diamonds with various colors.

Pink diamonds formed by lattice distortion, blue diamonds formed by absorbing trace boron elements, yellow diamonds formed when nitrogen atoms replace some carbon atoms in a diamond crystal absorbing light, black diamonds influenced by dark inclusions, and green diamonds formed by lattice changes due to radiation.

With some time, Diancie can produce a naturally colorful large diamond, allowing them to control the entire diamond market at will.

Although the most valuable are undoubtedly pink and red diamonds, the entire market is within Tesoro’s planning documents.

While Queen was pondering over some things, Tesoro arrived here. Altered into a Persian, Little White quickly leaped in front of Arceus, while Tesoro stared in amazement at the floor covered in diamonds.

”These...these...”

”They are all-natural diamonds. Your proposal is wonderful, though that diamond might have cost you a bit. Feel free to pick a few to take home and play with; they’re nothing valuable.”

”This.....”

Originally, that diamond was only pigeon egg-sized, but amidst these diamonds, he even saw ones as large as ostrich eggs. The contents stored here could directly collapse the existing market.

However, the next words left him even more stunned.

”Queen, take the ones that are about the same and grind them into marbles for the kids to play with. As for the remaining powder... turn it into crafts as year-end awards, since the year is almost over.”

Looking at the room full of diamonds, their fate was to become toys. Although diamond prices are partially due to speculation, such a massive influx of diamonds into the market is bound to cause a crash, so only a portion will become the jewelry company’s foundation.

”Haven’t we met before? No need to be so nervous. The reports have praised your outstanding performance, especially at the negotiation table, you haven’t budged even an inch.”

”Not at all, thanks to the Hundred Beasts’ background, those people wouldn’t dare go overboard.”

Yamato also observed the very respectful Tesoro. After glancing at him, she seemed to recall something.

”Brother Tesoro.”

”Miss Yamato, happy birthday. However, it seems my gift is a bit unremarkable now.”

His main objective was his plan, but the floor full of pink diamonds made his gift feel too cheap.

”No, it’s a very nice gift.”

After all, that pink diamond is now part of Diancie’s body, but Yamato’s next words caught Tesoro by surprise.

”I suddenly remembered, don’t you owe me 300,000 Belly?”

She’s not stingy; to her, 300,000 Belly is trivial, but it’s a matter of principle.

If it’s given, she definitely wouldn’t ask for it back, but once borrowed, it has to be repaid.

”This.. Miss Yamato, please rest assured. I’ve taken the liberty of investing a portion in a financial product for you; this is the dividend from that 300,000 Belly over the years, you can check it if you don’t believe.”

Tesoro took out a passbook from his pocket, which was a certificate stored in a bank within Hundred Beasts Territory, where the 300,000 Belly had grown tenfold over two years.

”This 300,000 is a lifelong favor; I won’t forget it.”

”Alright, Yamato, take Diancie to meet your new friends. I have some matters to discuss here.”

”Okay, understood, godfather. Hey, can I stay up tonight?”

”Suit yourself, but I won’t intervene in tomorrow’s training.”

”Better not, then...”

Without Kaidou’s training, she wouldn’t mind staying up all night, but with Kaidou, sleep is essential.

Yamato pulled Diancie away, while Queen fetched items to take most of the diamonds. He was ordered to grind them into marbles. Using diamonds for marbles might be a bit extravagant, but no problem.

...

”Come on, let’s hear your plan for development.”

After the kids ran off to play, Arceus and Tesoro started discussing business. Currently, their information network and power scope are quite large, but these are mostly illegal.

With over two hundred member countries under the World Government, the broader territory is still under the World Government’s rule. Tesoro’s idea of developing a performing arts company could widen the information investigation scope.

By then, many admirers might emerge; their strength can sometimes be limitless, perhaps even digging three feet down to uncover a Plate.

Overall, the discussion went relatively smoothly. Tesoro’s ideas were excellent, the development plan was reasonable, and Arceus generally approved his proposal, allowing him to proceed freely.

Tesoro and Arceus talked almost through the night. Now he’s in his prime, quite excited about Arceus supporting his plan. Shortly after Tesoro left, Arceus looked at other documents.

These contained the recent rotation of Hundred Beasts executives, along with some personal applications from some executives, most of whom hoped to adjust task scopes according to their interests.

For example, Mandfeish’s application hoped to be assigned tasks shuttling between New World and Paradise areas...
