Back To The 80s: President's Doted Wife

Chapter 1918: Chapter 1920: Offering Advice

As friends, we should help each other. Now that Ning Ge is having setbacks, as his friends, we should give him advice and support, help him get his wife and child back.

Huh, now you say you’re friends, but when you first found out about the mother and son, why didn’t you say so?

Uh, wasn’t that a matter of honesty?

Now that he knows, it’s time to give advice and do our best to help him through this tough time.

Besides, Ning Ge looks so pitiful as a single guy. Everyone else is in pairs with kids, only he’s still single. Now the opportunity is right there and he can’t grab it, it’s really pitiful.

Exactly, a pitiful person, that’s how Cheng Su and the others see it, interpreting the role of a terrible friend perfectly.

”Cheng Yaozu is right, women are soft-hearted, you have to sweet-talk them.” Cheng Su said, ”But if you do sweet-talk her, it has to be from the heart. Women can’t resist sincere and shameless tactics. ’True sincerity can affect even metal and stone.’ As long as you truly love her, there will be a day when she’s moved by you!”

”Will that glacier of hers melt?” Ning Ge was doubtful.

”Hard to say, but if you don’t try, it absolutely won’t.” Cheng Su said with a serious face.

Cheng Yaozu and the others nodded in agreement.

Efforts may not always succeed, but without effort, success is impossible.

Ning Ge said nothing.

”Tell me, now that you know about Song Tianyi’s existence, what are you thinking? Do you only want the child, or do you want them both?” Cheng Su asked him, ”If you want them both, what’s your reason? Is it just because she’s your son’s mother, or because you like her and want her?”

Ning Ge was a bit embarrassed, saying: ”Well, you are all married, I should settle down too, anyway, marrying anyone is the same, and having been with her, just...”

”If that’s how you think, you’ll never move her.” Cheng Su sneered, said, ”Song Jiaying is not like most women. She has a good family background and is a doctor herself. Even raising a child alone, she can manage. Why would she want to be pitied by you, to settle together just for the child? The Qing Dynasty is long gone, not marrying and raising a child alone is not such a horrible sin, you know?”

Ning Ge’s face turned green, he pointed at her, but couldn’t say a word.

”Don’t feel embarrassed, if you want to bring them both home, first, you need genuine feelings. You love her, because you love her as a person, not because she’s your son’s mom, but because she’s herself. Even if there were no son, you would want to marry her and spend the rest of your life together. Then, you will work for it. Show her your sincerity and love, and you will have a chance.” Cheng Su said.

Listening to this, Ning Ge scratched his head irritably, saying: ”Of course I want to marry her, if she hadn’t run off without a word, we might have been married by now, and none of this would be happening.”

”If she ran, then she ran, it’s not too late now. Aren’t you quite the rogue, quite the tyrant? Use that energy to chase her.” Cheng Su said.

”Yeah, yeah.” Cheng Yaozu and Ying Xiaoya both echoed.

”She ignores me.” Ning Ge said with frustration: ”This time, it’s all because some of her close friends are getting married in a few days, and she sneaked over, I chased after her.”

”Who?”

”Someone named Wan Baozhu, living in her villa now. I can’t shamelessly go and stay there too, can I?” Ning Ge said in defeat.

”Wan Baozhu... the eldest daughter of the Zhujiang Group?” Cheng Yaozu thought of someone in his mind.
