Chapter 621: 604: Extraordinary CharmChapter 621: Chapter 604: Extraordinary Charm

A dark red thorny magic wand appeared in her hand, and Mu Ying tried to cast a Water Element magic spell.

Through this attempt, she discovered a significant difference.

The power of water flowed through her as easily as the power of wood used to; previously, she could barely summon a whiff of water vapor using Water Magic, but now she could easily summon massive torrents of water.

Water responded to her as wood had.

The extent to which she could summon water from thin air was even stronger than that of an official Blue Witch.

Next, the spells for wind, fire, lightning, earth, metal, and Ice Element revealed vastly superior power compared to before.

This confirmed for Mu Ying that her bloodline now truly encompassed all eight major talent inclinations.

However, besides these eight magic talents, there were also special blessings, curses, prophesies, herbal medicine, alchemy, and Herbal Cultivation Talent.

It wasn’t easy to verify whether these talents had increased.

Although Mu Ying had collected magic books of other talent inclinations, because she did not possess the corresponding talents previously, learning them proved ineffective, and she did not delve deeper.

To test them, she would have to learn them personally to understand the extent of her capabilities.

However, since the eight main magic talents had been enhanced, it was reasonable to assume that these talents were no exception.

In the upcoming trials in the Emerald World, she would need to focus more on learning these magical knowledges.

To make effective use of the Trial Time in the Emerald World, she still needed to save up 800,000 Source Power to exchange for a set of Eight-colored Fruit, ensuring that the character’s bloodline in the Trial World was also elevated to the level of a witch.

This could be approached gradually; what Mu Ying was most concerned about now was the impact of this bloodline enhancement on her Path to God.

Turning to the Path to God page, she noticed that the affinities for all five laws had changed.

The affinity for the Law of Nature had increased from 90% to 99%, the Druid Law from 80% to 85%, the Elf Law from 70% to 75%, and the Law of Destiny from 50% to 85%.

From the change in the Law of Destiny, it was almost evident that her talents in curses, blessings, and even Prediction Magic had likely been significantly enhanced due to the bloodline upgrade.

The substantial increase in the affinity for the Law of Destiny reassured Mu Ying; she had been concerned that the low affinity for this law would require a great deal of time to comprehend.

The most remarkable change was in the Witch Law, where the affinity skyrocketed from 60% to 100%, surpassing the Law of Nature and becoming her current law with the highest affinity.

The current Mu Ying would not underestimate the Witch Law simply because it was a Second-level Law.

Previously, when she visited Multiverse City to inquire about bloodline fusion, she spent a lot of money consulting an expert on a question that anyone with basic knowledge of bloodlines could answer. Perhaps because the consultant felt that the Source Power was earned too easily, they also provided her with basic knowledge about bloodlines, including stuff related to the Bloodline Law.

The Bloodline Law is relatively special compared to other laws.

Unlike other laws, which primarily depend on the world itself, the core of the Bloodline Law lies in the bloodlines of living beings.

Each bloodline represents a race.

As long as it doesn’t surpass the strength of the world’s laws, the better and larger the development of a race, the stronger the law becomes, and the race’s creator, the first of the bloodline, holds an absolute ruling position in that Bloodline Law.

For example, if Mu Ying controlled the Elf Law and became the Elf God of Deep Blue Star, as long as she allowed the elf power in this world to thrive, the Elf Law had the potential to ascend to a First-level Law.

However, no matter which planet’s Elf God, none can surpass Correlon, the Father of Elves, because he is the creator of the elves.

As long as a world possesses the power of Elves and the existence of Elf Law, regardless of who controls this law, the Father of Elves, Correlon, possesses the ability to mobilize the power of the Elf Law. This is because the Elf Law was born from the Elves themselves, and the creator of the race is also the creator of the law, thus having different priorities.

It can be said that the Bloodline Law is the only law that can transcend the boundaries of the planet itself. Wherever the bloodline reaches, there exists the power of the Bloodline Law.

Correlon, therefore, based on the Elf Law, created the Elf Divine System.

Apart from the law itself and its creator, no one can achieve a 100% affinity with the law; the maximum is only 99%.

Just like her Law of Nature, 99% is the peak, and even if she turned all the outputs of the Third Trial World into it, it wouldn’t reach 100%.

But now, the Witch Law had already reached 100%, indicating that the Witch Law had recognized her as the creator of the witches, and this law was born because of her existence.

At this moment, the importance of the Witch Law in Mu Ying’s heart was no less significant than that of the Natural and Destiny Laws.

It even became more important because this law could help her leave Deep Blue Star.

However, developing an entire race was not an easy task; it not only required a great deal of time but also many resources and inherently powerful protective abilities.

She, too, wished to protect her entire race, just like her adoptive father had done.

The Witch Law might become a focus for her to enhance and develop after she became a god.

Now, among the five laws, the one with the lowest affinity had become the Elf Law, but even the Elf Law had a 75% affinity, allowing Mu Ying to finally set aside concerns about affinity and concentrate on increasing her contribution and control.

Mu Ying finally went to check her newly awakened attribute skill — Extraordinary Charm.

The enhancement brought about by the Witch Bloodline far exceeded her imagination, instantly raising her Charm Attribute by 5 points, bringing it to a total of 20 points.

And during the enhancement of her bloodline, she had already accomplished the attribute assimilation.

This time, her breakthrough in Charm Attribute was not as intense as her previous breakthrough in the Perception Attribute.

But on seeing the characteristics of the Extraordinary Charm skill, she was still quite shocked.

[Extraordinary Charm: Your charm has broken free from its shackles and you gain the following traits: 1. All life forms will naturally develop an absolute fondness for you, and those with strength lesser than yours will not harbor any malice against you; should you wish, you can easily gain the allegiance of the weak; 2. The laws favor you more, your magic casting costs are halved, and all Law Affinities increase by 5%.]

There are just two traits, fewer than those for Extraordinary Perception, but each trait is exceptionally precious.

It turns out that when charm reaches its pinnacle, it can not only influence people but even the power of the laws.

Not to mention the absolute fondness, just the indiscriminate increase of 5% in all Law Affinities is pretty incredible.

No wonder her Druid Law and Elf Law Affinity also increased by 5%; she previously thought it was because of the influence of the Witch Law on nature benefitting these two laws, but now she realized it was the influence of charisma.

Besides, the halving of spell casting costs was also exceptionally valuable.

Even though she was a demigod and had interacted with laws, without controlling them, she could not mobilize the Power of Laws, and her Mana Value still remained at 300 points, which was very limiting.

Now, with her Mana Value unchanged and her spell casting costs halved, her 300 Mana Value effectively became as valuable as 600 Mana Value!

Moreover, this reduction in spell casting costs applied not only to Druid’s spell casting but also halved the Magic Power consumption of her magic spells.

The Charm Attribute truly was an attribute she had underestimated, unexpectedly able to leverage the laws and gain preferential treatment from them.
