Chapter 602 - 585: Exam Announcement
Chapter 602: Chapter 585: Exam Announcement

On the following evening, Mu Ying visited the sand table area to check on the homework she had assigned the day before.

Great, everyone completed their tasks, it seems the new students are adapting well.

There was no banquet today; to collect food, one had to go to the designated spots themselves. Those who ate meat had to hunt in the Beast Cage at the Breeding College, where Mu Ying had specifically stored provisions for students, while those who were herbivores had to pick their food from the fields prepared at the Planting College.

However, there were conditions for entering these two places—an oral test with the Echo Flower.

The Beastmen had already heard about this from the senior students of the Tiger Clan, but once they went themselves, they realized that the test had become more difficult. It now included speaking the Universal Language expressions of all kinds of Beastmen before they could hunt or gather food.

Moreover, there was a time limit for each entry; if one stayed too long, a giant vine would throw them out.

Mu Ying had successfully automated the entire academy with Magic Plants, which could help her manage the students but couldn’t educate them.

After dark, Mu Ying flew over the academy and shouted with amplification magic, ”All students, meet at the Universal Language College’s sand table area within ten minutes. If you’re late... you know what will happen!”

The Beastmen scattered around the academy, startled by the deafening sound, immediately sprinted towards the Universal Language College.

The experiences of yesterday and today had instilled sincere awe for the Lord of Wisdom. No Beastman wanted to test her methods.

Once everyone had arrived, Mu Ying said, ”Everyone had a good day today, right?”

The Beastmen smiled, ”Pleasant~”

Mu Ying was unsure if the students’ smiles indicated genuine happiness, but she chose to believe they were truly pleased, ”Currently, I am the only teacher at the academy, and you all need different courses. To divide the time, for the next three months, breeding lessons will be in the morning, planting lessons in the afternoon, and Universal Language at night.”

Most Beastmen have Dark Vision, so there was no worry about not being able to see during the night classes.

”In three months, more teachers will come, and then we can proceed with more detailed instruction.”

Then Mu Ying announced more good news.

”To leave a good impression for the new teachers, to let them understand you better, and to carry out detailed class divisions, the academy will organize a celebratory exam after the new teachers arrive.

All from the next three months of my teaching, encompassing breeding, planting, and Universal Language, will be included in the exam, and individual as well as Race ranks will be announced based on the results.”

Both individual and Race top rankers will receive rewards of either thirty offspring or thirty packs of optimized fruit and vegetable seeds at graduation, with the type being their choice.

Those ranking second to fifth will receive twenty offspring or twenty packs of optimized seeds, and ranks six to ten will receive ten offspring or ten packs of optimized seeds.”

”If you want to secure a greater subsidy and a head start for your tribe at graduation, then start working hard from now!”

The Beastmen looked at each other, full of motivation. Although some of the academy’s mechanisms were harsh, after truly experiencing the rich food and valuable knowledge here, they were deeply attracted.

Who wouldn’t want to bring such food from the academy back to their tribe, to improve everyone’s life?

Mu Ying looked at her students with satisfaction. Keep it up, keep it up; how can you not strive in school?

”Alright, let’s start today’s Universal Language lesson. Pay attention, whether you pass the Echo Flower’s test tomorrow and get to eat depends on how well you learn today.”

This time, the Beastmen were wise, all pricking up their ears.

...

The happenings at the Beastman Academy were in full swing, and the Beastman students were gradually integrating into life at the academy.

Mu Ying managed to keep the teaching going alone, albeit she was incredibly busy, teaching classes in the morning, afternoon, and early night, while spending the late night preparing teaching materials.

There was absolutely no time to nurture the land in the wasteland; the wasteland where the academy was located had been nurtured by her before she conquered the Tiger Clan Beastmen, which was why her Level Progress had almost stopped.

As for educating the Beastmen, she had not yet seen any feedback in Experience.

However, Mu Ying understood that only through education, by genuinely changing the Beastmen’s way of living, could it be considered a true success and receive natural feedback.

The Beastman Academy seemed pretty good now, with students from various Races earnestly absorbing knowledge and studying diligently. However, apart from the Tiger Clan Beastmen, the others were merely representatives from various Beastman tribes; it would take their return to their tribes after graduation to slowly see the effects.

In her daily busy schedule resembling that of a 007 agent, Mu Ying was constantly looking forward to the arrival of her Druid companions.

Every half month, she called them with a Dingling Flower to exchange feelings and to express her longing for them.

Perhaps her ”longing” had an effect; a little over two months later, a week before the three-month mark, Mu Ying received the joyful news that they had completed planting in the Highlands and were ready to come to her.

That night, Mu Ying made a call to her territory, asking for some Transmission fees to be sent to Luoxia Town, covering the cost for her friends’ transport.

The next morning, she summoned all the students of the academy.

”Today, I have good news for you all. The teachers I have found for you are ready to come to the academy. As a sign of sufficient sincerity, let’s all go to the nearest human camp, Ul Camp, to welcome the teachers.

Since you have been learning Universal Language for so long and haven’t interacted with people of other Races, I’ll take you to see the human camp!”

The Beastmen had heard countless times from the Lord of Wisdom about this group of yet-to-arrive teachers who were Druids like the Lord of Wisdom herself, knowledgeable about flora and fauna, able to teach them and restore the wasteland’s ecology like the Lord of Wisdom.

After months of lessons, the Beastmen were basically educated close to the form of Druids by Mu Ying, paying more attention to the natural environment and realizing that a natural environment was necessary for their living space.

After notifying them of this, Mu Ying closed the entire academy and led the students out.

The students ran on the ground while Mu Ying flew in the sky riding Da Ming.

From time to time, she cast Amplification Magic on the slower students in the group to ensure they didn’t fall behind.

Ul Camp was also a border camp of Xia Country; although it was the closest camp to the Beastman Academy, it was still a substantial distance away.

It took a full three days of travel to arrive.

Luckily, the Druids from the Highlands had to first reach Luoxia Town, then take a Transmission Array to Qingshan City, and from there, take another Transmission Array to Ul Camp.

It would take about four to five days in total, and the Druid team was probably still en route to Luoxia Town at the moment!
