After the late-night snack, Mu Ying and the others were led by the senior sisters out of the hall through a small door next to it, ascending a narrow spiral staircase to the second floor.

“This here is the classroom area where all the indoor lessons take place.”

Senior Sister Lucia, though seemingly not fond of the headmistress with a taste for mischief, was still very gentle with her junior sisters, taking great care to give them a brief tour of the school.

However, her voice was as light and swift as the wind, and one had to be close to hear her clearly.

Mu Ying smiled gratefully at Senior Sister Rosie, finding it no wonder that she had earlier insisted on sticking close behind Senior Sister Lucia, clearly knowing Lucia’s style of speaking.

The main building of the witch magic school was a five-story tower—the first floor housed the auditorium and storage rooms, the second floor contained classrooms, the library was on the third, the fourth floor was the student dormitories, and the headmistress’s office occupied the top level.

Entering the dormitory brought one to a round public lounge, surrounded by ten wooden doors leading to individual rooms, each with a wooden sign bearing the name of its occupant.

It was said that since the school’s founding, these rooms had never been completely filled.

The new students’ rooms were all next to each other, with Mu Ying’s room located between Windsor and Lillian’s.

Back in the dormitory, Senior Sister Margreta, who had a somewhat fiery disposition, was the first to complain, “Lady Melanie really needs to improve her cooking magic skills.

Thankfully, she only cooks on the opening day of school.

Dear Rosie, my stomach’s salvation is in your hands!”

Rosie glared at her irritably, but then turned to the three somewhat bewildered new girls with a smile.

“Little ones, head to your rooms and take a look around.

There will be delicious treats later!

Welcome to our big family!”

Senior Sister Reni, as gentle as Windsor and blessed with a stunning figure, soothingly patted the heads of the three juniors.

Senior Sister Lucia, tough and not one for many words, simply waved her hand, creating a gust of wind that swung their room doors open and simultaneously swept away the dust inside.

“...” What to do, the senior sisters are super good-looking and have such strong personalities, I like them (≧∇≦)ノ

Mu Ying obediently entered her room, screaming internally with incapacity!

She was quickly falling in love with this place!

Her room was slightly larger than her tree house, with a bedroom right at the entrance—a small work area on the left, and a bathroom complete with a wash basin, bathtub, and toilet.

The bedroom even had a four-to-five square meter balcony at its rear, accessible to the balconies of the adjacent rooms.

Standing on the balcony, she enjoyed the night breeze and gazed out at the forest.

On the neighboring balcony, Lillian had also stepped outside, and the two exchanged smiles.

Witches, just as in her memories, were a united group indeed!

On the other side, Windsor came out as well, and the three of them started chattering away with the pile of school entrance supplies from their room tables, particularly excited about the Broom Grass Seeds and wand materials.

“I’m finally going to have my own broom!

I begged my grandmother for so long to plant a Broom Grass seed for me early, so I could have flown to school on my own,” said Lillian, counting the small bag of Broom Grass Seeds over and over, wishing she could plant them right away.

“What if none of these little seeds take root?” Windsor asked worriedly, her plant-growing skills never being her strong suit.

“Don’t worry, growing Broom Grass is a witch’s instinct; hardly any witch ever fails at it.

One seed is enough for making a whole broom, and with this small bag, it’s more than enough,” Mu Ying reassured her.

Her mother’s collection of herbal medicine books included a section on Broom Grass, and it could be said that owning a personal broom was every little witch’s dream.

Mu Ying, as she remembered, was no exception—she could recite that information by heart.

Broom Grass itself was a very common plant, but in the hands of a witch and starting from the seed, nourished with magic power, it would transform into the perfect plant for making a flying broom.

Moreover, a flying broom cultivated and crafted by hand would have a spiritual connection with its master and be a good match for their temperament.

Each witch treated their flying broom as if it were a companion.

Mu Ying was also looking forward to having her own flying broom, and the seed bag in her hand was quite a bargain.

[Broom Grass Seeds]

[Function: Planting yields Broom Grass]

[Physical Transformation: 1 Source Power per Seed]

[Item Introduction: Planting yields Broom Grass]

[Source Power Transformation: Non-convertible]

Unexpectedly, the Broom Grass Seeds could not be converted into Source Power; it seemed the rules for converting Source Power in this world were slightly different from those in the Square World.

To date, she hadn’t found any means to acquire Source Power, but she discovered many things worth transforming physically, such as Broom Grass Seeds and wand materials.

The wand materials were also 1 Source Power each.

Of course, what she most wanted to transform was the Green Witch Bloodline of her character, which was not very expensive, only requiring 500 Source Power.

Mu Ying now had 273 points of Source Power, and the villagers from the Square World could contribute at least 50 points each day; in other words, in five days at the latest, she would be able to exchange for the Green Witch Bloodline.

By then, all the witch-related skills she had learned in this world could become real, tangible abilities, which was much easier than exchanging skills in the Square World.

After a little interaction, Mu Ying and her two companions quickly grew familiar with one another.

Lillian and Windsor both ran onto her balcony, and then all three of them, hand in hand, left Mu Ying’s room together.

“Eh?

They’re coming out together?

That was quick; you’ve gotten familiar with each other so fast!” Margreta teased from beside the fireplace, twirling flames in her hand.

Windsor’s cheeks visibly turned red, and Reni, who was at the bar, thought of her own bashfulness a year ago and couldn’t help speaking out, “Don’t mind her, come and try the fruit wine I’ve brewed!”

The three obediently stepped forward, each taking a glass, and sipped tentatively.

The notion that minors couldn’t drink was non-existent for witches.

Of course, that didn’t change Mu Ying’s poor tolerance for alcohol.

She hadn’t expected this body to get drunk so easily; even the sweet fruit wine was enough to knock her out.

Luckily, Lucia reacted quickly and summoned a gust of wind to support her body and the wine glass.

When she woke up again, the day had already grown late, and hunger stirred her from sleep.

Recalling the events of the previous night, Mu Ying painfully covered her face.

No wonder she didn’t have any memory of drinking; there wasn’t even a trace of alcohol at home.

Her mother in this body must have had a low tolerance for alcohol as well!

After quickly washing up, she rushed out of her room.

Only Senior Sister Rosie was in the public lounge, lounging on the sofa with a book.

Seeing her emerge, she waved her Magic Wand, and a hot breakfast with a cup of warm milk floated over from the dining table.

“Hungry, aren’t you?

I saved breakfast for you.”

Smelling the tantalizing aroma, Mu Ying wished she could hug Senior Sister Rosie and plant a kiss on her neck.

A myriad of words were drowned out by the protests of her stomach, translated into the rapid pace of her eating.

Senior Sister Margreta was right; Principal Melanie’s Cooking Magic really was terrible.

Senior Sister Rosie was forever a deity.

Despite having been out cold after little time the night before, she clearly remembered Rosie standing there, a flick of her Magic Wand, and various ingredients neatly slicing themselves and leaping into the pan.

“Senior Sister Rosie, this is so delicious!

I also want to learn Cooking Magic to make tasty food for you all!”

With both of her lifetimes’ culinary delights crazily surfacing in her mind, a full belly didn’t stop her from drooling at the thought.

“Sure, I’ll teach you once you get your own Magic Wand.

Your other sisters aren’t really interested in Cooking Magic, which is actually an essential practical magic to ensure the quality of independent living in the future.

They’ll definitely regret it next year when their stomachs complain!”

Rosie’s eyes crinkled with a smile; indeed, witches of the same type often shared common interests.
