Urban Martial Saint

Tie Weihua was no weakling, and he was not much inferior to Ye Qing. However, having just exhausted himself against Wang Tiezhu without guarding against Ye Qing from behind, Ye Qing’s throw had truly made him lose face.

Getting up from the ground, Tie Weihua cursed for his shamelessness and charged directly at Ye Qing, releasing his Half-Step Collapse Fist straight at him.

Ye Qing, hating how viciously he had attacked Wang Tiezhu, stepped forward unapologetically and countered with the Stick to the Mountain from Bajiquan. Both moves were extremely aggressive and domineering, and clashing them together would be terrifying.

Just as the two were about to collide, someone suddenly appeared between them—Tie Yongwen.

Both Ye Qing and Tie Weihua were going all out; by this time, it was too late to pull back. Upon seeing Tie Yongwen approaching, both of their expressions changed. Now, wouldn’t they both hit Tie Yongwen?

However, at this critical moment, Tie Yongwen suddenly reached out his right hand, grabbed Tie Weihua’s wrist, lifted it up, and pushed Tie Weihua back.

On Ye Qing’s side, Tie Yongwen used his left hand to press down on his shoulder. Yet, Ye Qing’s formidable strength still forced Tie Yongwen’s left hand back slightly. Even Tie Yongwen hadn’t expected Ye Qing to be so powerful and let out a low grunt, his legs slightly bending, but ultimately, he managed to block Ye Qing’s Stick to the Mountain!

”Dad!” Tie Weihua, having been blocked by Tie Yongwen, couldn’t help but panic and said, ”Don’t stop me, this Ye has gone too far—I must settle this with him!”

”Shut up!” Tie Yongwen glared at him and said sternly, ”To strike so hard at someone defenseless, have you forgotten what I taught you before?”

”But he had a weapon!” Tie Weihua argued urgently, ”We can’t let him hurt Shao Yan like this!”

”So what if he has a weapon? Can’t you just stop him?” Tie Yongwen said sternly, ”He’s already seriously injured. Were you trying to kill him with that kick?”

Tie Weihua lowered his head, feeling quite dissatisfied but dared not say anything more. His attack had been almost a reflex, and usually, his primary role was to protect the Ding Family, so he hadn’t thought too much about it. But being thrown around by Ye Qing made him feel utterly humiliated and secretly furious.

Ye Qing walked over and helped Wang Tiezhu up. Wang Tiezhu’s face was as cold as ashes, and his eyes were fixed on Ding Shaoyan, muttering neurotically, ”I’ll kill you! I’ll kill you! I’ll kill you!”

Seeing a once strong scholar who supported his paralyzed mother and younger sister through high school reduced to this state, Ye Qing also felt an endless sadness. He sighed, patted Wang Tiezhu on the shoulder, and whispered, ”Pillar, don’t get agitated. I will definitely give you a satisfying answer to this situation!”

Ding Family members were startled by Wang Tiezhu’s outburst. Seeing that the situation was under control, Ding Changyuan hurriedly came over to protect Ding Shaoyan, glaring at Wang Tiezhu and said angrily, ”What are you trying to do? Murder is illegal. If you dare to harm Shao Yan, I will make sure you spend a lifetime in prison!”

Stimulated by his words, Wang Tiezhu suddenly looked up at him and roared, ”Die together! Die together! I want to die with all of you!”

While saying this, Wang Tiezhu suddenly lifted his shirt, revealing a lighter, and surprisingly, several petrol bottles were strapped to his body. Wang Tiezhu was about to light the petrol bottles with the lighter when everyone at the scene was shocked. Fortunately, Ye Qing was beside him and managed to grab the lighter, extinguishing the flame.

”Pillar, don’t do this!” Ye Qing, having thrown away the petrol bottles tied to Wang Tiezhu’s body, said urgently, ”Trust me, I will definitely avenge you!”

With the petrol bottles gone, Wang Tiezhu first froze, then collapsed to the ground, crying in despair.

Watching Wang Tiezhu like this, Ye Qing felt his blood boiling. He abruptly turned to look at the Ding Family, who were already stunned, and said, ”Now you don’t have to pay a penny, Pillar doesn’t want a single penny. Ding Shaoyan, whatever you did to Wang Lili, I will return to you exactly the same way!”

If Wang Tiezhu had ignited the petrol bottles just now, probably none in the room would have made it out alive. The Ding Family members felt as if they had just been through Ghost Gate Pass, and now their previous arrogance was completely gone. They had thought money could solve everything, but when a person was willing to give up even their life, money and power weren’t that important anymore!

If Wang Tiezhu really had decided to end it all and take them with him, how many from the Ding Family would have had to die with him?

The Ding Family members were silent as if stricken by frost. Ding Changyuan turned to Tie Yongwen, his voice trembling slightly, ”Uncle Tie, this... this matter... what do you think we should do?”

Tie Yongwen was also in a foul mood, glaring angrily at Ding Changyuan. He said sternly, ”Wang Tiezhu, I know you’re very angry, but can you listen to me for a moment?”

Wang Tiezhu didn’t respond, and Ye Qing looked at Tie Yongwen and said, ”Uncle Tie, let me handle this!”

”I said I would give you a satisfying answer,” Tie Yongwen waved his hand and said, ”Nephew Ye, I know you hate Ding Shaoyan. But it shouldn’t be Ding Shaoyan turning into a vegetable.”

”Why?” Ye Qing frowned.

”Because, Ding Shaoyan only teamed up with Fang Tian to sell Wang Lili on Hongfei Road. What happened afterward has nothing to do with Shao Yan,” Tie Yongwen said sternly. ”The person who really drove Wang Lili to jump was Fang Tian’s mother, Luo Caiyun!”

”What?” Everyone in the room was stunned, and Ding Changyuan slammed the table angrily, bursting out, ”So it was their doing, and they dared to pin it on my Ding Family. I will not let them get away with this!”

Ding Xiangyun also spoke in a deep voice, ”Luo Caiyun is too protective of her own, spoiling that Fang Tian to no end. Shao Yan must have picked up his bad habits from following Fang Tian!”

Ye Qing furrowed his brows, thinking that if that were the case, then Ding Shaoyan’s fault wasn’t that significant.

”Moreover, the reason Wang Tiezhu was convinced that Shao Yan was responsible for this incident was mainly because Fang Tian’s father, Fang Cailiang, had someone mislead Wang Tiezhu into believing that everything was done by Shao Yan,” Tie Yongwen said as he looked at Wang Tiezhu. ”Wang Tiezhu is here today at my invitation, as I wanted to clarify this matter.

Additionally, since it’s our Ding family’s issue, we will definitely take responsibility.”

As he spoke, Tie Yongwen walked over to Ding Shaoyan’s side and said in a deep voice, ”I stand by my words. Sever his three meridians and disable all his martial arts as punishment. Nephew Ye, Wang Tiezhu, what do you think about this?”

Wang Tiezhu was clearly confused at the moment, and Ye Qing, after a moment of silence, slowly nodded.

”That’s good!” Tie Yongwen turned his head to look at Ding Shaoyan, whose expression changed abruptly, and he exclaimed anxiously, ”What... what are you going to do?”

”Uncle Tie, it’s not Shao Yan’s fault!” Ding Changyuan exclaimed urgently.

Ding Xiangyun also said anxiously, ”Shao Yan must have been misled by someone, Uncle Tie. We need to investigate this thoroughly!”

”I have already investigated this matter thoroughly. Shao Yan made a mistake, and he must face the consequences!” Tie Yongwen slowly raised his palm and looked coldly at Ding Shaoyan.

Ding Changyuan quickly moved to protect Ding Shaoyan, exclaiming, ”Uncle Tie, Shao Yan is still just a child. Give him another chance!”

Tie Yongwen scowled and grabbed his collar, throwing him out abruptly.

”Uncle Tie!” Ding Xiangyun shouted, but it was too late to change Tie Yongwen’s mind.

Seeing no hope of escape, Ding Shaoyan’s expression turned fierce, and he yelled, ”Tie, you’re not a member of our Ding family, what right do you have to...”

Before he could finish his sentence, Tie Yongwen had already struck him in the abdomen. Ding Shaoyan instantly collapsed to the ground, his voice weakening considerably as he convulsed on the ground, appearing to be in great discomfort.

”Shao Yan! Shao Yan!” Ding Changyuan hurried over, lifted his son, but found that his son seemed to have lost all strength, limply leaning against him.

”What... what’s happening?” Ding Changyuan asked urgently.

”His three meridians have been severed, he will experience total weakness for a short period. Furthermore, from now on, his strength will only be half that of an ordinary person. He’ll be fine for normal living, but he won’t be able to go out and fight desperately with others anymore!” Tie Yongwen glanced at Ding Shaoyan and said, ”This is for the best; at least he won’t be causing trouble anymore.”

As Ding Changyuan saw his son like this, tears uncontrollably started streaming down his face. He picked up Ding Shaoyan, ignoring Tie Yongwen, and rushed directly out of the Xingyi Martial Arts School.

The people of the Ding family had various expressions, but like Ding Changyuan, none of them spoke to Tie Yongwen and left the Xingyi Martial Arts School one after another.

Seeing Ding Shaoyan receive such a punishment, Ye Qing finally felt the resentment in his heart subside. However, seeing the attitude of the Ding family towards Tie Yongwen, he felt somewhat uneasy.

Ye Qing walked over to Tie Yongwen’s side and whispered, ”Uncle Tie, about this matter...”

”You don’t need to say anything!” Tie Yongwen said, ”I personally disabled Ding Shaoyan, and if the Ding family is unsatisfied, they can come to me. Nephew Ye, this matter no longer involves you. If anyone from the Ding family or related to the Ding family seeks revenge against you, you can tell me directly, and I will be sure to resolve it for you!”

Moved by his words, Ye Qing bowed deeply and said, ”Thank you, Uncle Tie!”

Tie Yongwen waved his hand and, with his hands behind his back, watched the departing members of the Ding family, his brows gradually furrowing. The reaction of the Ding family today was beyond his expectations and left him quite dissatisfied. For a family, losing the ability to distinguish right from wrong was indeed a terrifying thing.

Outside, Ding Changyuan took Ding Shaoyan straight to the hospital, while Ding Xiangyun drove at high speed back to the Ding Family. Parking the car in the yard and seeing members of the Ding family on the road without stopping to greet them, she headed straight for the backyard garden of Elder Master Ding.

Upon reaching the backyard, Elder Master Ding was weeding a new flower in his garden. Ding Xiangyun hesitated for a moment and then approached, saying, ”Dad!”

Elder Master Ding put down his hoe, turned his head to look at her, and smiled, ”Xiangyun, what brings you back today?”

”Dad, I came back especially to talk to you,” Ding Xiangyun said in a serious tone. ”I need to discuss something about Uncle Tie.”
