Urban Martial Saint

Huang Ziying’s almost cold-blooded laughter caused Huang Fulin and the old lady to shudder. Both elderly people were stunned, they finally understood the means by which Huang Ziying was coercing them.

”Ziying, Xiao Bei... Xiao Bei is innocent, don’t harm her...” the old lady said tremulously, ”I know, our coming here has caused you a lot of trouble. If it comes down to it... if it comes down to it, can’t I just take Xiao Bei and leave? Don’t be angry with your dad, he... he is still your dad after all...”

”Old beggar lady, shut your mouth!” Huang Ziying yelled angrily, ”Bastard, if it weren’t for you two lowlifes sneaking over here, this ranch would have been ours, the three brothers, sooner or later. Damn it, instead you two came, and not only did we lose face all over town, but now you fucking want to take over our ranch as well.

I’m already being nice not settling scores with you, so quit your nagging, or I’ll fucking kill you first!”

The old lady was so frightened she dared not speak, while Huang Fulin, panting heavily, barely managed to steady himself on the table and said furiously, ”Huang Ziying, you beast, if I had known you were this kind of person, I should’ve strangled you at birth!”

Huang Ziying said coldly, ”Old thing, I know you’ve never liked us three brothers. But now, we’ve grown up, and you can’t strangle us anymore. So, just return what’s ours to us nicely, and try not to make us angry, yeah!”

”You... you want... want the ranch, fine, but why do you have to take Xiao Bei away...” Huang Fulin raged, ”Xiao Bei is so sick, if you take her out, you... you’re going to kill her...”

”Life and death are destined, wealth is in Heaven’s hands!” Huang Ziying scoffed, ”If you want her to live, just sign the contract quickly, and then she can come back and get on the respirator. Old guy, I’m calling the big boss right now, don’t play tricks on me. Otherwise, if my deal falls through, your little granddaughter will probably end up feeding the fish in the sea!”

With a sneer, Huang Ziying walked to the door and called Li Lianshan, telling him to get ready to come over to discuss business.

Almost an hour had gone by, Li Lianshan had gathered the money, and upon receiving the call, he drove back again, while also calling Ye Qing to prepare to come and sign the contract.

When Li Lianshan arrived at the ranch, Huang Ziqiang who had gone back to get the property deed also arrived. Seeing the property deed Huang Ziqiang took out, Huang Fulin’s eyes nearly bulged out, only at this moment did he realize that his property deed had already been stolen by his three unfilial sons.

”Beasts, you three beasts!” Huang Fulin burst into tears, crying out, ”How did I raise such three beasts?”

Li Lianshan was slightly surprised, still unaware of what had happened. At this moment, Ye Qing also arrived, and seeing this scene, Huang Fulin grew even more angry, ”You gangsters, you’ve lost all sense of conscience, you will definitely be recompensed!”

”Old man, shut up!” Huang Ziying glared at him and then turned to Ye Qing with a forced smile, ”Boss Ye, everything is ready, we can sign the contract now.”

In the midst of talking, Huang Ziying also glanced at the two large cases Li Lianshan had brought in, his eyes twinkling with greed. Ten million, that’s an astronomical figure, now he’s really going to strike it rich!

Ye Qing casually sat down at the table and said, ”Give me the property deed and certificates, I need to take a look first.”

Huang Ziying immediately handed all the documents to Ye Qing, not worried about Ye Qing taking any action. As long as Huang Fulin didn’t sign, the documents would be useless in Ye Qing’s hands. He was all set to force Huang Fulin to sign only after getting the money.

Ye Qing carefully reviewed the documents from start to finish and then handed them to Li Lianshan to check. Huang Ziying, anxious on the side, didn’t dare urge them but tentatively asked, ”Boss Ye, are the documents okay?”

”They’re fine!” Ye Qing nodded and said, ”Good, let’s keep it that way!”

”Huh?” Huang Ziying was slightly surprised, ”What... what do you mean?”

Ye Qing ignored him, handed the deed and certificates back to Huang Fulin, and said, ”Boss Huang, here are your property deed and your certificates, keep them safe!”

Huang Fulin gaped, confused and unsure of what was going on. In his mind, Ye Qing and Li Lianshan were in cahoots with his three disloyal sons, but why would Ye Qing return these documents to him?

”Boss Ye, what are you doing?” Huang Ziying rushed over to snatch the documents but was straightforwardly blocked by Ye Qing.

”Boss Ye, stop joking around!” Huang Ziying laughed awkwardly, ”We still have to sign the contract...”

”Joking?” Li Lianshan, seeing Ye Qing’s actions, immediately turned hostile, ”Bastard, do you think you’re worthy of me joking with you? Look at yourself in the fucking mirror, do I look like I’d joke with you? Which onion or garlic do you think you are!”

Huang Ziying, cursed at and confused, said, ”Boss Li, didn’t we... didn’t we agree, I help you sign the contract, and you give me... the money...”

Ye Qing said, ”Now I don’t want this land anymore!”

”Huh?” Huang Ziying was taken aback, ”Boss Ye, you... you’re playing me, aren’t you?”

”Yes, I am playing you!” Ye Qing replied tersely.

Huang Ziying’s face instantly turned a mix of purple and red as he clenched his teeth and said, ”Mr. Ye, I know you have some clout in Shenchuan City. But this is Eryao Town, you’re messing with me on my turf, do you not want to live to leave this place? Let me tell you, if you don’t cough up the money today, no one’s getting out of Eryao Town!”

”Wow, fuck, you’re pretty tough. Not letting me leave Eryao Town? Just you?” Li Lianshan said as he went over, grabbed Huang Ziying by the collar, and dragged him to the door. He turned to look at Huang Fulin and asked, ”Elder Huang, is it okay to hit your son?”

”Huh?” Huang Fulin was taken aback, still unclear about what exactly was happening. But instinctively, he felt that this thug, Li Lianshan, seemed to be helping him.

”You dare touch me and see what happens!” Huang Ziying bellowed, ”Li Lianshan, don’t think you’re tough in Shenchuan City. But this here is Eryao Town; even dragons have to coil up for me here. You believe if I make one call, the people I call could surround this whole farm!”

Li Lianshan wanted to say more, but Ye Qing walked straight out and kicked Huang Ziying in the chest. Huang Ziying stumbled back several steps, hit the railing outside, and failed to regain his balance, falling straight from the third floor.

”Ah!” Huang Fulin and the old lady couldn’t help but cry out in shock, not because they were worried about Huang Ziying, but because they were startled by Ye Qing’s sudden move.

Li Lianshan was stunned for a while before he turned to look at Ye Qing and said, ”Fuck, could you give a warning before you strike?”

Ye Qing replied, ”Why waste words on someone like that!”

Li Lianshan scratched his head and finally nodded, ”Fuck, your actions are more convincing. Hey, Elder Huang, your son is too unfilial; we helped you teach him a lesson, you won’t feel heartbroken, will you?”

”I... I wish these three unfilial sons would go out and get hit by a car and die right now...” Huang Fulin gritted his teeth. He had completely lost hope for his three sons. Seeing Ye Qing so ferocious, he felt an intense sense of vengeance.

The height of the third floor wasn’t very tall, and there was a lawn below, so falling off wouldn’t be fatal. But breaking arms and legs couldn’t be avoided.

Downstairs, Huang Ziying’s cries of agony kept coming, but no one paid him any attention.

Inside the house, Huang Ziqiang was already petrified, standing there dumbfounded, unable to utter a word.

Li Lianshan glanced at him and barked, ”Are you not scurrying off, waiting to get beaten or what?”

Huang Ziqiang shuddered and at once turned to scurry away shamefully.

”Hey...” Huang Fulin, in a panic, said, ”Mr. Ye... Boss Ye, don’t let him go, Xiao Bei... Xiao Bei is still in their hands...”

The old lady too looked anxious, her voice breaking as she said, ”I don’t know how Xiao Bei is doing, she... she can’t even breathe without the respirator, my poor child, why is your life so miserable?”

”Elder Huang, Granny, don’t worry, Xiao Bei will be fine.” Ye Qing said with a reassuring smile, took out his phone, and made a call. It wasn’t long before a frail little girl ran into the room, crying out as soon as she entered, ”Grandpa, Grandma...”

”Xiao Bei! Xiao Bei!” Huang Fulin and the old lady’s eyes bulged out. Wasn’t Xiao Bei taken away by Huang Ziying? How did she come back? Moreover, Xiao Bei had been unconscious for more than two days with no signs of awakening. Now, she returned full of life, completely different from her usual sickly appearance, making the grandparents rub their eyes, suspecting they were seeing things.

Only when Xiao Bei threw herself into their arms did the grandparents finally believe that everything was real, not an illusion.

The old lady held her granddaughter, crying tears of joy, and repeatedly asked, ”Xiao Bei, how... how did you come back? How did you wake up?”

Xiao Bei replied, ”It was those two big sisters who brought me back; I don’t know how I woke up either.”

Huang Fulin and the old lady looked up to see two beautiful girls walking in through the door, Fang Tingyun and Huo Pingping.

With tears streaming down his face, Huang Fulin walked up to the two girls and bowed, ”Thank you, young ladies, thank you so much...”

”Oh, Elder Huang, please don’t mention it!” Fang Tingyun hurriedly helped Huang Fulin up, and Huo Pingping also supported him, saying, ”Elder Huang, you don’t need to thank us, the one who saved your granddaughter wasn’t us, it was this darn soldier!”

”Darn soldier?” Huang Fulin was surprised, following Huo Pingping’s gaze towards Ye Qing.

Ye Qing offered a faint smile and said, ”Huang Zixiong is also your son, right? I’ve got him tied up outside the town on a tree, I’m afraid someone will have to go rescue him soon.”

”What?” Huang Fulin was startled once more, exclaiming in disbelief, ”Mr. Ye, what... what exactly is going on here? I’m completely confused. Aren’t you... aren’t you in league with my three unfilial sons?”
