Super Rich by Doing as You Please

Xu Yun chuckled. ”Feel free to try it yourself, if you can handle it.”

”...” Lin Wanzhou.

Hearing this, he recalled the previous night. After returning to his room and secretly practicing the Eight Pieces of Brocade Xu Yun had taught Young Master Ruan, his whole body had become inexplicably hot and brimming with vigorous energy.

Lying in bed, he couldn’t fall asleep at all.

He’d had no choice but to take matters into his own hands, and only after resolving the issue did he manage to fall asleep in the latter half of the night.

But this experience also made him realize something.

’This alternative version of the Eight Pieces of Brocade is the real deal. It’s not just some scam.’

’No wonder this guy has so much energy all day long.’

On the way downstairs, Lin Wanzhou asked, ”Are we heading straight back today?”

”No rush.”

Xu Yun said, ”Since we’re already here, the two of us should go to Macau and have some fun for a day.”

”...” Lin Wanzhou.

In the hotel lobby, Yu Jiale had already checked out and was waiting.

Seeing Xu Yun and Lin Wanzhou, he walked up and called out, ”President Xu, Brother Lin, are we heading back directly now, or...?”

”You can head back by yourself.”

Xu Yun said, ”We’re heading to Macau in a bit. I just transferred your fee to you via WeChat. Consider the extra a tip.”

Yu Jiale took out his phone and saw that Xu Yun had transferred him 200,000.

According to their previously agreed-upon payment of 5,000 a day, he had only worked for four days, which was just 20,000.

Now he had been given ten times that amount.

”Thank you, President Xu.” Yu Jiale wasn’t so high and mighty as to refuse it. This was the kind of money they were in business to make. If a client was willing to give extra, they certainly wouldn’t refuse.

”But before you go, help me arrange one more thing.”

”What is it?”

”Help us arrange a direct flight to Macau.”

Yu Jiale nodded. ”Of course, President Xu. Please have a seat and some tea. I’ll go make the arrangements right away.”

”Okay.”

Ten minutes later, Yu Jiale returned.

”President Xu, it’s all taken care of.”

He said, ”I’ve already given them your contact information. They’ll send a car to pick you up for the airport shortly.”

”Alright, I got it.”

”By the way, President Xu, there’s one more thing.”

Yu Jiale said with a smile, ”Your big win yesterday is being reported by all the major newspapers and media outlets in Hong Kong today.”

”Do they have my name or photo?”

”No, not at all. They only said you were a young tourist from the Mainland with the surname Xu. They didn’t expose your real identity.”

Xu Yun said, ”At least they have some moral decency. Their methods weren’t too shameless.”

He could understand them using him for advertising to cut their losses. That wasn’t a problem, as long as they didn’t directly reveal his information. Otherwise, he would have found the best lawyer in all of Hong Kong and sued them relentlessly.

’So what if it’s a money-burning contest? I’m not afraid of that.’

’Even though this isn’t my home turf, if one lawsuit fails, I’ll file another. Even if I can’t win, I’ll spend enough money to make their lives miserable.’

Seeing his job was done, Yu Jiale didn’t want to overstay his welcome and prepared to head back to look for more work.

Although he really wanted to continue on to Macau to serve Xu Yun, it was clear they no longer required his services, so he couldn’t bring himself to ask.

Shortly after Yu Jiale left, Xu Yun received a call from the airport transport.

Lin Wanzhou reminded him, ”Aren’t you going to check out? You prepaid a million at the front desk. There should be some left.”

”Old Lin, my friend, when you have money, you have to be generous.”

Xu Yun said, ”That’s how you get girls to like you. We don’t need that little bit of money back.”

”...” Lin Wanzhou.

Arriving at the airport tarmac, the helicopter was already prepared. Its huge rotors were spinning rapidly, and several crew members were standing on either side, waiting.

After all, for such a short trip, anyone who chose to travel by helicopter was either rich or powerful—no ordinary person.

Under the crew’s protection, Xu Yun and Lin Wanzhou boarded the helicopter one after the other, and it took off directly for Macau.

On the way, he received a call from Ruan Qingnian, who wanted to come hang out with him.

”Brother Xu, are you at the hotel? I’m coming to find you.”

Young Master Ruan chuckled deviously. ”Tonight, the yacht club is having a party. There are going to be tons of hot young models. We can rent our own yacht, take some girls out to sea—it’s a two-day, one-night kind of thing, you know.”

”...” Xu Yun.

This time, what Young Master Ruan was talking about was probably a genuine orgy.

”Forget it. You go have fun by yourself.”

Xu Yun replied, ”I’ve already left. I’ll check it out next time I have the chance.”

”Left? Where’d you go?”

Young Master Ruan asked in surprise, ”Back to the Mainland?”

”No, I’m on a flight to Macau right now.”

Xu Yun said, ”I plan to take a spin around Macau before heading back.”

”Brother Xu, you went to Macau?”

Ruan Qingnian said, ”Macau is fun! Why didn’t you invite me along for something so great? I’ll go with you. Wait for me, I’ll drive over right now.”

”...” Xu Yun.

’Damn, this guy’s like glue. I can’t shake him off.’

「In the Regent Suite of the Rosewood Hotel.」

Wanqing and Michelle woke up one after another. Seeing the room was empty, they couldn’t find any sign of Xu Yun.

”Wanqing, where’s President Xu? Did he leave? Why didn’t you wake me?”

Michelle had woken up later, and she assumed Wanqing would know.

”I don’t know either. I just woke up.”

After getting dressed, Wanqing walked into the living room and saw a note Xu Yun had left for them.

[I haven’t checked out of the room. It’s up to you what you do—you can stay until the prepaid period is over, or you can check out. Whatever you want. The remaining room credit is yours.

On top of that, I’ve transferred 500,000 to each of you on WeChat. Consider it payment for your hard work these past few days.]

The reason Xu Yun gave them an extra 500,000 each was, first, because of the system—he had earned 20 million from them.

Second, the quality of their service had been genuinely excellent, and he was very satisfied.

’They deserved a reward!’

Michelle finished getting dressed and came out. Seeing Wanqing looking at a piece of paper, she asked curiously, ”What are you looking at?”
