Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

In the end, today’s search operation ended fruitlessly, Taozi left worried about Feng and Rena, and reluctantly, Kohin had to bring Red Ponytail back to her home—thankfully her parents were abroad for work, otherwise Kohin wouldn’t even know how to explain it to them.

”Haah...”

Returning home, Kohin let out a long sigh. So much happened today; shortly after arriving in Kamihama City, she had a strange dream, then went out to investigate out of concern only to be caught in a witch’s barrier and ended up rescuing a girl who seemed to be a magical girl.

However, what Kohin didn’t expect was that the witches in Kamihama City were far more powerful than those in other places. If it weren’t for Taozi stepping in to help, she might not have made it back.

Afterwards, with Taozi’s guidance, she went to the Adjustment Room, met Miss Yakumo, and encountered Nanami Yachiyo who tried to convince her to leave Kamihama City. She also met Mizunami Rena and Akiya Kaede...

”Ah...”

Thinking back on all this, Kohin sighed helplessly. So much happened in just one day that she felt overwhelmed. Especially with the witches in Kamihama City being unexpectedly strong, it was beyond her imagination. Kohin wasn’t new to being a magical girl; although she wasn’t particularly good at attacking, she could still defeat most witches.

Yet the witches in Kamihama City were overwhelmingly strong; Kohin’s attacks felt like mere scratches to them, almost having no effect, which worried her. If she wanted to find her sister, she’d likely have to fight witches, but given the current circumstances, it seemed too difficult to resist them.

Maybe the Adjustment Room could help her.

Thinking this, Kohin recalled the Adjustment Room that Taozi took her to before. She didn’t ask much due to being preoccupied, but according to Taozi, adjusting one’s Soul Gem there could grant powerful strength to fight witches. So Kohin decided to visit the Adjustment Room again the next day to see if she could get help in adjusting her Soul Gem.

And now...

”What should I do...”

Looking at Red Ponytail who silently followed her into her home, Kohin felt somewhat at a loss. She already noticed something was very off with the girl in front of her. Strictly speaking, she felt somewhat like a robot with no personal personality; Kohin tried to converse with Red Ponytail on the way home, yet she rarely responded, almost like sleepwalking beside Kohin, which worried Kohin.

After all, this girl might be related to her sister; Kohin remembered clearly that when she held her hand, she recalled memories she’d lost. This was evidently abnormal. If it weren’t for the stark difference in appearance between the girl in front and her sister, Kohin might even suspect if she was her sister.

But if she wasn’t her sister, then who was this girl? Why was she in the witch’s barrier? Was she a witch? Or a magical girl? Why did her sister disappear from Kohin’s memories? What was going on?

However, just as Kohin was pondering this while walking into the living room, she suddenly felt her hand being pulled.

”Eh?”

This startled Kohin, and she turned around to see Red Ponytail holding her wrist, staring at her, and then speaking.

”Hungry.”

”Ah, are you hungry?”

Upon hearing Red Ponytail speak, Kohin finally reacted. Indeed, in the afternoon at the fast-food restaurant, because Akiya Kaede and Mizunami Rena were arguing fiercely, no one felt like eating and they dispersed. Now, hearing Red Ponytail say she was hungry, Kohin felt her own stomach growling a bit.

”Ah, wait a moment, I’ll cook now...”

As she spoke, Kohin planned to go to the kitchen to prepare dinner, but to her surprise, Red Ponytail not only didn’t let go of her but held her wrist even tighter.

”Eh?”

”Hungry.”

Staring at Kohin, Red Ponytail repeated firmly. Kohin looked blank.

”So I said I’m going to cook dinner now... Ah!”

Just then, Kohin recalled Nanami Yachiyo previously suspecting this child wasn’t a magical girl, but a witch!

If she truly was a witch, what should she eat? Magical girls actually don’t need to eat; not eating might leave them uncomfortable, but they wouldn’t starve. For magical girls, eating was often more of a habitual action.

As for witches, surely they wouldn’t eat regular food; Kohin never heard of any witches dining in restaurants for free meals. Unless she was going to eat... humans?!

Thinking this, Kohin turned pale, nervously watching Red Ponytail. What if she ate humans? Should she stop her? Wait, as a magical girl, she must protect everyone, but she was unable to defeat her... However, maybe she’d listen to Kohin?

Although Kohin’s mind was filled with various thoughts, she drew a cold breath and quietly asked,

”W-what do you want to eat?”

”...”

Red Ponytail didn’t answer immediately; she slowly approached Kohin, then suddenly lunged, pressing Kohin down onto the sofa.

”Ah---! Wait a minute, what is... happening?”

”...You.”

”Huh?”

Hearing the response from Red Ponytail, Kohin was stunned. Red Ponytail stared at Kohin and once again carefully repeated her words.

”I want to eat... you?”

”Huh? Huh huh huh!”

Hearing Red Ponytail’s response, Kohin was so frightened she didn’t know what to do. What did it mean to eat her? Did she want to devour her? Regardless, at this moment she should transform first...

However, just as Kohin grasped the ring intending to transform, she saw Red Ponytail raise her head and gaze at her. The next moment, Kohin felt a soft sensation pressed against her lips, a tender and flexible tongue breaking through the barrier of her lips, advancing into her mouth.

”Mmh...?!?”

This sudden sensation made Kohin’s mind go blank, and she even forgot to transform. She stood there as if struck by lightning, completely unsure of what to do. This feeling was a first for Kohin, she didn’t even understand exactly what was happening.

”Mmm... uhh...”

However, Red Ponytail didn’t care about Kohin’s reaction, she just held the girl before her tightly, greedily sucking on her lips, a soft tongue like a snake, agilely entwining and teasing. This made Kohin tremble all over, a delusion of almost having her soul taken away emerged from the depths of her heart, until after a while, Red Ponytail slowly moved her lips away.

A silver thread appeared, pulling, breaking. Yet Kohin didn’t care at all, her face flushed, eyes dazed, panting.

”Kohin... so cute...”

Red Ponytail’s mouth curled into a slight smile as she looked at Kohin in front of her. Then she reached out her hand, gently stroking Kohin’s body. Her right hand, like a nimble tentacle, moved upward along the slender waist, soon reaching the slight mounds above. The left hand traveled down along the smooth curve, delving beneath the skirt.

”Wait... wait a minute...”

Feeling this unprecedented touch, Kohin’s expression drastically changed.

”This is... not okay... mmm...”

”Magic power, I want more...”

But before Kohin could finish speaking, Red Ponytail sealed her lips again. At the same time, her hands also began to move.

(No, this... this feeling... so strange, no...)

Kohin wanted to struggle, but Red Ponytail’s hands seemed to possess magic power, easily dissolving the girl’s resistance. The varying force of rubbing and rhythm gave Kohin an unprecedented wonderful feeling. With the contact between them, Kohin even felt a magma-like hot flow penetrating her body through her lips, gradually, she felt as if she was burning up.

(No... I can’t hold it...)

Kohin could feel her consciousness becoming increasingly fuzzy, her whole being seemingly floating, like riding a roller coaster, slowly going up, and up, and up...

And at that moment, Red Ponytail’s fingertips once again lightly brushed past.

”Ah... ahhhhh!!!”

At that moment, Kohin finally couldn’t withstand and reached her limit. Accompanied by a scream, she plunged down like a roller coaster, mind blank.

”Hah... hah...”

After an unknown amount of time, Kohin’s dazed and blurry vision gradually cleared, she lifted her head, seeing Red Ponytail lying on her chest, still staring at her. But unlike before, Red Ponytail now wore a satisfied expression.

She looked at Kohin like that, then clasped her hands together.

”I’m full, thank you for the meal.”

”...........”

Looking at Red Ponytail’s actions and hearing her words, Kohin kept panting, only one thought echoed in her mind.

(So... what she meant by eating... was this...)
