Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

The fleet led by Fang Zheng silently set off.

Although the expedition is a very important matter, Fang Zheng does not want Heavenly Dao Palace to become unstable and chaotic because of this. Introducing the Red Ponytail gives Fang Zheng a sense of ”public execution,” but no matter what... Well, at this time, things like dignity are the least important.

And the scale of Heavenly Dao Palace’s deployment this time is comparable to the previous battle against the Reaper. Among the three Ark of Star Spirits, Fang Zheng only left the Memory of Neshin, while the Spear of Aton and Pride of Autaris joined the expeditionary force as main warships. Additionally, there were a total of eighteen fully-loaded Titan fleets, including Titan warships such as Divine Envoy Level, Leviathan-Class, Orobas-Class, and Ragnarok-Class, along with thousands of battleships and carrier groups, as well as destroyers, logistics ships, industrial-grade ships, and transport ships within the vast fleet...

This has not even accounted for the Swarm Army in the rear...

Well, frankly speaking, this lineup is enough to not only attack a planet but also directly confront the Rebel Army in Star Wars without any issues.

Moreover, the Free World that Fang Zheng leads is also putting in efforts this time. For instance, in the Fire Mist World, Shana also brought a team of new Fire Mist Warriors to join, and according to Shana, it was to let these Fire Mist Warriors ”see the world.” In the world of the Magical Girls, although Nanoha, Little Sakura, and Shisei were tasked with staying behind, Mami Tomoe and Sakurazawa Kyoko also brought a bunch of Magical Girls from their world to join this interstellar journey.

In the Mech World, the Chinese Federation also provided Fang Zheng with a lot of personnel assistance. The VF fighter squad led by Anya, Rei Ayanami, and Asuka also joined the expedition. Due to Fang Zheng’s efforts, the originally skewed tech tree in the Mech World has finally been pulled back. Now, many people have given up on Gundams and started operating VF fighters, and this time, quite a few famous Gundam pilots were part of the supporting VF squad.

Pilots like Eina Sahalin, Haman Karn, Lunamaria, and Stella also joined it.

By the way, among these pilots is a girl named ”Nina Trinity,” who has the same voice as Shana, and whether by coincidence or intention, she was assigned to the Vampire, which made Shana furious and frequently confront them, resulting in the Vampire constantly echoing with ”Baka hentai urusai”... leaving people unable to figure out who was speaking.

Asuna, Eiriri, and Black Cat ultimately followed along, and according to Eiriri, it’s a case of ”being attached to something wherever you go.” They are already part of Fang Zheng’s group, so no matter what, they must follow. As for their family, they have also sorted things out, with even Black Cat leaving some money behind to ensure that their family was taken care of in case of unexpected accidents.

By the way, aside from them, Sophie also found Fang Zheng and asked to join the expeditionary corps. According to Sophie, she wanted to see space, and since space is so dark and without the Sun, she can also help Fang Zheng drive a road roller...

Then naturally, Fang Zheng pushed her back.

You useless shut-in vampire, stop making things chaotic here, what do you take me for, not chaotic enough?

However, some unexpected participants did join Fang Zheng’s expeditionary corps.

That was the Third Coordinate Point.

Since Fang Zheng was going on an expedition, he naturally had to tell the others about it. Everyone was surprised about Fang Zheng’s long journey, but there wasn’t much to say.

Felt and Emilia had already begun participating in the Royal Selection competition. Due to a series of actions among the people, they gained high popularity among the common folks, but their reputation among the nobility remained poor. Even with Crusch mediating, there was still a sense of irreconcilable conflict.

Moreover, Felt quietly borrowed a copy of ”On Guerrilla Warfare” and ”On Protracted War” from Fang Zheng. As for what she intended to do with them... Well, Fang Zheng felt it was better not to inquire.

He had a feeling it wouldn’t lead to anything good.

Frenda and Riko wanted to follow Fang Zheng because the mischief they caused in the Academy City world was so large that they were globally wanted and on the martial investigator’s SSS-level blacklist. Without Fang Zheng covering them, they wouldn’t dare to cause trouble, so Riko pestered Fang Zheng all night with ”every trick up her sleeve,” unlocking several complicated poses until Fang Zheng agreed to her request.

Of course, Fang Zheng’s agreement wasn’t because of Riko’s ”pose unlocking”; this time, he was heading toward a world outside of Order, so he had to make several preparations. It’s possible that people born in a completely ordered world wouldn’t be able to go to certain places, while someone like Riko, born in an Order World polluted by Chaos, might be able to go. So, as an insurance policy, bringing Riko and Frenda along wasn’t a big deal.

Not only Riko and Frenda, but Fei from the Wasteland World also joined in. Her attitude was wanting to see the outside world and understand how Heavenly Dao Palace operated, and Fang Zheng naturally did not refuse.

Misaka Mikoto and Kuroko Shirai also joined, while Saten Ruiko remained since she could be considered as the ”mistress” now, with Lei and Index as huge gluttons at home needing support, so she couldn’t join.

Aside from them, Fang Zheng also pulled in another person... Well, let’s keep that under wraps for now.

In short, Fang Zheng’s expeditionary army was now fully formed, and the next step was naturally to set off directly toward the Outland Star Sea.

But, truly going on an expedition in the Star Sea is not an easy task.

It’s like a primitive man exploring a primitive forest, holding a spear in one hand and a stone axe in the other, remaining cautious of possible beasts hidden in the grass around him while searching for the prey he wants to capture.

This is a process of reconnaissance and counter-reconnaissance.

Fang Zheng’s fleet is no different. The gigantic expeditionary army first needs to hide itself in the Infinite Star Sea, refraining from any long-distance communication with the outside, just like submarines hidden in the deep sea maintaining radio silence. Even the most advanced quantum communication can only ensure ”communication secrecy” but cannot hide oneself.

The highest it can do is discover if someone is eavesdropping.

However, for the opponent, eavesdropping on secrets is not important. What’s vital is just determining if something is there, which alone counts as a success.

It’s like the ”snap” of a dry branch in the primitive forest; perhaps you don’t know whether it was a tiger or a rabbit that stepped on the branch, but at least you know there’s something there.

And it’s something that can move.

Needless to say, for Fang Zheng, the problem at hand was even more serious.

”How much longer?”

Watching the streaks of light shooting past the porthole, Fang Zheng lowered his voice to ask. Hearing Fang Zheng’s inquiry, Iona, sitting at the table beside Fang Zheng, slightly widened her eyes.

”Fifteen minutes and thirty seconds remaining.”

”Very well, issue the order: fleet, level one alert.”

”Understood.”

After giving the command, Fang Zheng opened the terminal and looked at the pattern on the star map before him, his expression grave.

Fang Zheng couldn’t help but look serious. In fact, during the previous situation assessment, he had been startled to find a problem.

That is, the star map was incorrect.

Simply put, on the star map, where there was originally supposed to be a blank space, a whole new star domain appeared. More importantly, when Fang Zheng asked Nymph or the Goddess of Order’s amalgamation, they all stated that this star domain had always been on the star map.

But Fang Zheng could confirm that this star domain definitely didn’t exist before! While repairing the order nodes, he had practically worn out the star map, and if there had been a star domain so close to the Alfalfa Starfield, Fang Zheng would never have missed it!

The world has changed.

Although there’s no evidence, Fang Zheng could determine that the appearance of this star domain was likely related to the conversations he had with the Goddess of Order in his memories. Because it was after that, Fang Zheng received a system prompt, and the timeline was altered; Fang Zheng, as the Time Dragon, was detached from time and so was unaffected.

But apparently, others didn’t have this ability.

So Fang Zheng decisively made this new star domain his first stop, wanting to see what exactly was hidden here.

Or rather, after talking with his past self, what exactly did the Goddess of Order do?

At that moment, the brilliance outside the porthole grew more dazzling. In the next moment, the distant scenery began to tremble, then quickly calmed, soon transforming into scattered starlight.

”Deploy probes, immediately scout the surroundings, initiate communication data protection.”

Fang Zheng had long been prepared, and at this moment promptly issued the command. Quickly, research ships released probes in all directions, launching them outward then beginning to explore the situation around them. Before long, like a fog of war lifted in a strategy game, the originally pitch-black star domain gradually revealed its true appearance before Fang Zheng’s eyes.

”No signs of life.”

”No special signals.”

”Wave rates normal.”

Very soon, reports came in one after another, letting everyone breathe a little easier. However, Fang Zheng did not ease his vigilance; he sat in his chair, staring at the screen before him, watching as the star domain gradually expanded... then, Fang Zheng immediately noticed a series of light point reflections appearing on one side.

At the same time, a tense report came from the front.

”Electromagnetic wave emission detected!”

”Confirmed as an artificial object!”

”Dispatch drones, find out what that object is!”

At this moment, Fang Zheng also stood up, decisively issued the order.

It looks like this time, he’s indeed made a significant discovery!
