Chapter 1073: Chapter 1072: Sneak Into the Village, No Shooting

In the end, everyone decided to visit Japan... oh no, I mean District 11. The fact that Japan in Another World had become a colony was astonishing to Asuna and others, while Fang Zheng was equally intrigued, wondering what on earth TG of this world was doing.

According to the map, that Britannia country is across the ocean, right? You’re just separated by the sea from Japan, yet you got beat to it by a country on the other side of the Pacific Ocean?

Are you stupid?

However, after looking at the map of Britannia, Fang Zheng remained calm. After all, according to the map, Britannia practically occupied the entire Americas, including South America and North America, which means this Britannia is... well... But surprisingly it’s a monarchic state, Washington would surely be infuriated if he knew, and try to climb out of his grave.

Well, that makes sense.

But nobody was interested in political matters; it felt more like an excursion. As for those remaining Reapers, Fang Zheng left them to be dealt with by the First Fleet led by Iona.

After making the decision, Fang Zheng immediately took everyone to District 11, and found a secluded place to land.

”Well then, let’s do it this way.”

Looking at everyone in front of him, Fang Zheng clapped his hands. This excursion was divided into the ”Adults Group” and the ”Kids Group.” The Adults Group was led by Fang Zheng, along with Asuna, Eiriri, Black Cat, and Kurumi. The Kids Group included Yui, Illya, Little Hei, Yoshino, Nobiru, Natsuse, and so on.

Of course, the Kids Group couldn’t be left without guardians. You can’t just let these little ones run around freely, who knows what would happen, so...

”Atalanta, Belfast, I’ll leave these little girls to you.”

Looking at the female Hunter and the white-haired Maid Chief in front of him, Fang Zheng nodded and spoke to them. Upon hearing Fang Zheng, Atalanta nodded, and Belfast also smiled, lifting her skirt and bowing to Fang Zheng.

”Of course, Master, leave it to me with confidence.”

”Alright, I’ll leave it to you.”

Looking at Belfast before him, Fang Zheng felt quite assured. This Mind Model Maid Chief usually acted like the head housekeeper of Heavenly Dao Palace, making her quite suited for managing these little girls. Atalanta also held a lot of affection towards these little girls, so there was no worry about any mishaps.

”MASTER...”

”What’s up, Ata?”

”What if a conflict occurs? What should we do?”

”Hmm...”

Looking at the female Hunter in front of him, Fang Zheng pondered for a moment, then smiled slightly.

”There’s an old saying from my hometown: if people don’t attack me, I won’t attack them. If they attack me...”

While speaking, Fang Zheng patted Atalanta’s shoulder.

”In short, take it upon yourself to understand.”

Of course, Fang Zheng hoped that Atalanta could be a bit more restrained, given her giant soft spot for these little ones. She’s the kind of bear parent who, if the kids got into an argument with others, would absolutely insist ”my child is so cute it can’t be their fault, it must be yours.” Hence bringing Belfast along wasn’t merely for helping out, but also for keeping Atalanta in check; otherwise, having only Atalanta look after them would be like tending sheep.

After dividing into groups, both decided on their destinations. The little ones would be taken by Atalanta and Belfast to have fun at an amusement park, while Fang Zheng took the others for a shopping stroll and a casual date. Given the recent battles with the Reapers, Asuna and the others were quite weary, so finding some time to relax was a good choice.

After entering Tokyo, both groups split to do their respective activities. As for identity issues, there was no need to worry. Fang Zheng had long instructed Yui to hack this world’s electronic system to forge their entry and exit records and identities. Of course, because there was no America in this world, Fang Zheng took the opportunity to hack some funds from the Earth Federation — such slush funds exist in any political group, better it go to fun and leisure than funding wars and weapons trading.

This was for world peace and justice after all.

”So, where are you planning to head next?”

Watching the little ones leave noisily, Fang Zheng stretched, then looked towards the girls beside him. Facing Fang Zheng’s question, everyone started contemplating, and that’s when Kurumi smiled slightly and walked up to Fang Zheng.

”Well, Mr. Fang Zheng, how about we visit a lingerie store?”

”Eh?”

Hearing Kurumi’s suggestion, the other three were immediately stunned.

”Lin-lingerie?”

”Wait, even if we’re buying clothes, shouldn’t we go somewhere more proper?”

However, ignoring the protests of Asuna and Eiriri, Kurumi only smiled while looking at Fang Zheng, then she reached out and lifted her skirt.

”We’ve been busy fighting recently and haven’t changed clothes, right? If we’re buying clothes, it should be from inside out, shouldn’t it? What do you think, Mr. Fang Zheng? I want to buy a cute set of lingerie...”

”I’m fine with it.”

For Kurumi’s request, Fang Zheng just calmly shrugged his shoulders, and Kurumi giggled, then turned to the others.

”So, what do you all think?”

Facing Kurumi’s inquiry, the other three looked somewhat embarrassed. Asuna blushed, secretly watching Fang Zheng without speaking, while Eiriri clenched her fists, showing a defiant stance.

”Sure, let’s go. Who’s afraid of who!”

”Ha... I guess I have no choice. I’ll just have to cooperate with you all and go along.”

As for Black Cat, she made an expression like, ”Although I don’t want to go, but since you’re all going, I reluctantly have to tag along...”

Well, regardless, the first stop was unanimously decided.

Lingerie store.

This is the Secret Garden for young women, a forbidden zone for men. Just passing by the entrance, many young men blush and quicken their pace. They don’t even dare to glance at the sheer lace displayed in the window, afraid they’ll be mistaken by the women entering and exiting as perverts, creeps, or weirdos.

However, these rules don’t apply to everyone.

At least at the moment, the entrance to this lingerie store called ”Dream Rose” painted a different picture.

Fang Zheng stood with arms crossed at the door, like a mannequin, while the young women going in and out shyly observed him. Whenever Fang Zheng’s gaze landed on them, the girls would squeal in excitement, then rush away with flushed faces, as if they were shyer than Fang Zheng himself.

Not far away, two girls in school uniforms secretly observed Fang Zheng standing at the entrance. One of the girls grabbed the other’s shoulder excitedly, shaking continuously.

”Look, Sherry, didn’t I tell you? He’s a handsome guy, isn’t he!”

”Stop shaking, I see him...”

Watching her friend’s reaction, Sherry rolled her eyes helplessly.

”He’s indeed very handsome, but he should be waiting for his girlfriend...”

”Eh? How do you know he must have a girlfriend?”

”Isn’t it obvious? If he didn’t have a girlfriend, why would he be standing at the entrance of a women’s lingerie store?”

”Uh... maybe he’s choosing a bride?”

”...Sometimes I really don’t know what’s going on in your head...”

Faced with her friend’s wild imagination, Sherry helplessly pressed her hand to her forehead and sighed.

”So, why did you call me here?”

”Of course, to have you accompany me inside. I don’t dare go in alone!”

”Huh? Don’t dare?”

”Of course! You see such a handsome man standing at the lingerie store entrance. What if he notices me? My figure isn’t that great. What if he finds it unappealing...”

”You don’t even know him. Is it worth being so concerned? Fine, fine, I’ll go with you.”

Despite thinking her friend should find time to see a neurologist, Sherry, naturally warm-hearted, reluctantly agreed to her request, and the two headed towards the lingerie store entrance together.

”Uh... I really feel a bit awkward...”

The closer they got to the lingerie store entrance, Sherry started to feel apprehensive. Strangely enough, even though this was a women’s lingerie store that she frequented earlier, now, just because a man was standing there, she felt all at sixes and sevens, as though she was trespassing into someone else’s territory...

”Hurry, hurry, hold onto me, I’m going to faint!”

”Is it really that dramatic...”

Holding her friend’s hand, Sherry inexplicably felt nervous. Then the two of them walked towards the lingerie store’s door. And at this moment, her friend, as if her brain had twitched or for some other reason, politely nodded and greeted Fang Zheng.

”H-Hello...”

”Hello.”

Upon receiving the greeting, Fang Zheng also smiled and returned the gesture. For some reason, when Sherry saw Fang Zheng’s smile, she felt a jolt in her heart and her whole body felt feverish! For just a moment, she felt as if everything around her vanished, leaving only herself and the young man...

Until her friend’s voice pulled Sherry back to reality.

”Sherry, Sherry, he said hello to me!”

”Ah, yes, yes, I saw it.”

Comforting her friend who seemed as though she was on drugs with excitement, Sherry awkwardly nodded to Fang Zheng before quickly tugging her friend into the lingerie store.

Only after entering the store did both girls simultaneously breathe a sigh of relief.

That was so nerve-wracking...
