Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 385: Chapter 346: My Happiness (Super Long Chapter!)_3

Absolutely going to succeed!

Chansey clenched its teeth, its eyes gleaming with unprecedented brilliance.

Sweep away the gloom, march forward with vigor!

The next moment.

Boom!!

An explosion sounded.

The black cloth before its eyes was suddenly blown open by the gale, and the view turned distinctly clear, curses turned into the joyful cheers of the trainer, and the icy stinging transformed into the warmth of sunlight landing on its body.

Chansey looked towards the billowing dust.

Aggron stood up, its face displaying some slightly twitching soreness, but it raised its claw to it.

”Gruhowl!”

The attack, very effective indeed!

”You succeeded! Chansey! You did it!”

Baimu laughed heartily as he picked Chansey up from the ground, ”See? You’ve managed to launch an attack using Strong Mental Will! You’ve already made a breakthrough with yourself!”

”Lucky...”

Chansey grabbed the trainer tightly, looking towards Aggron who was rejoicing for it, and couldn’t help but start to laugh, while laughing, tears unconsciously flowed out of its eyes.

All the past hardships and trials turned completely into ashes, and it welcomed the precious present.

Although it’s just one Strong Mental Will, and may not yet signify a complete self-breakthrough, this step forward surely opens a bright road for the future!

It.

Successfully turned a new page in its own story.

”Lucky...”

Chansey gently closed its eyes, intending to savor the peace it obtained in this instant.

Unexpectedly, the trainer and Aggron suddenly exclaimed.

Following quickly.

The trainer let it down.

Upon opening its eyes, it immediately saw its body covered in a brilliant azure glow, surrounded by numerous dazzling spiraling fireflies.

Evolution...

Chansey was incomparably astonished, entirely unexpected of evolving at this very moment.

And the most direct sentiment it could perceive was its increasing height, previously perhaps only reaching the trainer’s waist, now approximately level with his chest!

Correspondingly, its girth was also increasing, always maintaining a rounded physique.

Chansey stretched out a hand to touch both sides of its head, discovering that the hair which used to merely perk up slightly had now completely curled up, akin to those human celebrities with permed curly hair seen on TV.

And there were wing-like things added on both shoulders, seemingly around the waist area too.

As if it could fly whenever.

”Ha, happy~”

The cry had changed too!

”Happy~happy~”

Blissey touched its mouth, tried calling twice more, confirming that this was indeed its own voice.

Soon afterward.

The azure glow faded away.

Blissey also noticed a difference, the lower half remained pink as before, transformed into white distinct from the upper half.

Undeniably.

It indeed has evolved, the changes in itself bear no difference from those of the Blissey seniors it previously knew.

Is this considered a good thing?

Blissey recalled the trainer once telling it, carrying that stone un-evolved endows it with defense power surpassing even evolution, now that it evolved wouldn’t it...

It anxiously gazed towards Baimu, subsequently observing his face radiant with delight.

”Evolved, ha, evolved!”

His expression seemed a bit stiff, appearing both smiling and odd, evidently, mixed layers of joy already exceeding the limit his facial muscles could bear.

The trainer seemed about to break down.

Seeing this, Blissey hurriedly used Healing Bell by Baimu’s ear.

His emotions promptly settled down.

”Whew... whew...”

He deeply breathed several times, unable to help but laugh when meeting Chansey’s and Aggron’s gaze, there’s nothing more joyful than witnessing its Pokémon’s growth.

As for Little Egg evolving into Large Egg unable to trigger the Evolutionary Wondrous Stone matter, he temporarily set aside.

”Congratulations! Blissey!”

Baimu said happily.

Blissey nodded equally joyfully, ”Happy!”

Seeing the trainer so ecstatic, how could its mood not become cheerful?

Opened the Illustrated Guide.

Evolution into Blissey brought three new moves—[Angel’s Kiss], [Imitation], and [Healing Wish].

Though no offensive moves were comprehended, Baimu felt no disappointment, Blissey indeed completed a new breakthrough in launching an attack, practically it still fundamentally battles with transformation-type moves.

”Not easy, truly not easy.”

Baimu once again hugged Blissey, tears almost pouring out.

Together for half a year since meeting Blissey, both sides thoroughly weathered hardships and storms, finally welcoming a day blossoming with fruition.

”Mr. Baimu?”

In the distance, Mann Chong’s voice sounded.

Baimu, rimmed red-eyed, turned his head, waving at Mann Chong, ”Quick, come see, my Chansey evolved!”

”Eh!? Evolved? Congratulations, congratulations!”

Mann Chong saw the slightly shy Blissey, shared in the friend’s joy, regretted too: ”I actually missed such an important moment.”

”I didn’t know it would evolve, hahaha! Had I known, would’ve set up a camera to record it!”

Baimu rubbed his nose, expressing some regret likewise.

---

Evolution’s Blissey experienced immense growth in mentality.

Not only adapted to using Strong Mental Will to attack opponents but also successfully completed the crucial task of using Swat.

Crossed the mental threshold, swept the haze clouding its mind, it stepped into a brand-new world.

The scenery lovelier than before, better suited to it.

Though according to the trainer, its defense power post-evolution, compared to previously holding the Evolutionary Wondrous Stone, has diminished, traded for stronger offensive capabilities.

In other words, it is no longer the self that could only withstand attacks.

Upon meeting Swellow again, likely won’t waste the chance again.

Thinking of this.

Blissey’s past troubles and timidity vanished, replaced by an incredibly strong sense of confidence.

It became stronger!

No one understands its changes better than itself.

Meanwhile.

Aggron and other Pokémon gradually noticed the clues.

Still gentle, still sympathetic, still thoughtfully caring for every teammate, yet Blissey’s individual side became slightly assertive, no longer passively yielding like before.

The most direct bit.

It reasonably rejected Zweilous’s request for more food, stating that a balanced diet facilitates health.

Know that Blissey previously was always under its pressure, awaiting Baimu’s help to muddle through, who would’ve thought it might refuse one day!

Zweilous, shocked, dropped two food bowls from its mouth.

Aggron and other Pokémon were equally stunned.

Mawile even bit the former, confirming whether or not it lived in a dream.

That Chansey...wrong, that Blissey actually refusing others! Really? Sun rising from the west? Evolution giving a Pokémon such a substantial change?

Baimu was taken aback too, but he didn’t feel an adjustment issue, rather he was quite glad.

Blissey’s indeed meant to be somewhat assertive, after all, with the nickname ”Pink Devil” of Pokémon, perpetual mild temperament isn’t conducive to confronting some uncooperative ”patients.”

In all.

Refusal, good!

Time to curb the malign influence of Zweilous, the team’s in-house terrorist!

Baimu ignored Zweilous’s coquettishness towards himself, thumbs up at Blissey.

The latter paused, then quickly flapped its two little wings on its shoulders joyfully, it, of course, realized the shift in its personality, judging from the trainer’s and teammates’ reactions—

This change brings no disadvantage.

”Happy!”

It aims to continue growing, until becoming a reliable support for the trainer.
