Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 362: Chapter 340: Twin-Headed Meteor_2

The current victory is merely relying on the experience gained from traveling in two regions.

This is evident from him using Pokémon of similar levels for battles and soon facing defeat. Failing to defeat an opponent under equal conditions cannot be considered the mark of an excellent Trainer.

What he admires even more is that Baimu always hopes he can bring out strong Pokémon to battle, as if he is more interested in how much growth he can absorb from fighting strong opponents than just winning.

Indeed, having goals makes a difference!

The more Mann Chong interacts with Baimu, the more he admires him, regretting that it would be wonderful to compete at the Ever Grande Conference together.

Or further ahead... becoming fierce rivals...

Mann Chong begins to imagine some unrealistic scenarios.

Meanwhile.

Baimu is in the joy of reality.

Mann Chong’s Pokémon pool is much deeper than expected; he initially thought this kid only used a few from the game, not expecting those in the game to be main Pokémon, with many more as substitutes.

Various types of Pokémon not only broaden his and Aggron’s experiences but also bring good news—

The possibility of teaching moves.

Mann Chong’s talent in nurturing Pokémon is undeniable; his Pokémon know many different moves, including some Baimu is particularly interested in.

The most typical example is Magnezone, which happens to know [Reflective Wall] and [Awakened Power].

Like Garchomp knowing [Meteor Shower] and [Earthquake].

Like Azumarill knowing [Substitute] and [Slap Down].

Baimu can completely use these Pokémon’s teachings to let his own Pokémon learn, similar to the results brought by that wild Aggron earlier.

However, doing so bothers Mann Chong a bit, but to grow quickly, he shamelessly asks the former to let the Pokémon teach these moves.

Mann Chong agrees generously without any hesitation.

His straightforwardness makes Baimu somewhat ashamed, as he had previously schemed a little against this young man.

During their exchange.

Cousin Aman repeatedly stands in the corridor watching from afar, smiling with immense relief seeing them conversing happily.

The family member she worries the most about is this cousin.

He had poor health in childhood, became extremely introverted, but gradually recovered after coming into contact with Pokémon and traveling, only to soon encounter new confusion.

He even wanted to give up becoming a Trainer he had strived so long to be, feeling soulless, like a walking corpse.

Now he’s finally back.

The Mann Chong who can smile is the familiar Mann Chong!

Indeed, one should interact more with Trainers, battle more, how can one find a way out by brooding alone?

She hums a little tune and happily leaves, as if a concern has been lifted.

At night.

After dinner, Baimu heads to the backyard.

Although they agreed to train Pokémon together at night, Mann Chong doesn’t want to give up his front desk job at the inn. According to him, he can’t do nothing after bothering his cousin here for so long.

”Let’s capture Ghost Fire in one go.”

He rubs the gradually smooth shell of Galarian Corsola, a month of effort has smoothed most of its rough areas. But this is just the beginning; he believes it will eventually become very smooth and shiny.

Even glowing slightly like jade.

Galarian Corsola reveals its red eyes, perceiving the Trainer’s handling as no different from a child running back and forth on wooden floors in slippers upstairs.

Only that one can theoretically complain about it, while the other cannot.

Unable to resist, it can only silently endure it, initially being unaccustomed but later adapting, even unable to sleep well without that vibration.

The adaptability of Pokémon is indeed terrifying, Corsola ponders, feeling the need to successfully learn Ghost Fire tonight—

Otherwise, smelling that stinky flame again tomorrow is unbearable.

The Trainer said that this is the authentic Ghost Fire.

Sigh.

Life is tough.

As Galarian Corsola sighs silently, it notices the Trainer suddenly carrying it towards the house, talking to a green-haired person who appears worried.

Shiny Pokémon being stolen? A thief in town? What on earth is going on?

It feels puzzled.

At the same time,

Baimu listens intently as Mann Chong narrates.

Earlier, seeing that fat man blatantly flaunting his shiny Pokémon, he thought that flaunting like that might result in being tricked, fortunately, it indeed wasn’t.

They were all stolen, not one left.

”Even left a postcard after stealing all the Pokémon?”

”Yes, claiming to be some Phantom Thief Masked Guest, tarnishing the Masked Messenger culture!” Mann Chong’s face shows rare anger.

In Verdanturf Town, there is an extremely fervent Masked Messenger culture, originating from a once very active Coordinator Trainer who frequently participated in Gorgeous Competitions as Masked Messenger, welcomed by many.

This Coordinator Trainer also appeared in the anime’s main series, passing on his prop costume to his son.

The child with the watermelon head trying to imitate Masked Messenger by sticking watermelon leaves on his face, albeit clumsily.

”We can only hope Miss Jun Sha cracks the case soon; they are the professionals in this field.”
