Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 363: Chapter 340: Twin-Headed Meteor_3

Baimu said this.

Mann Chong heard this, and his anger quickly turned into helplessness. He nodded and said, ”Yeah, I hope those Pokémon can return to their Trainers soon.”

After adjusting their moods.

The two started their evening training.

The first task was undoubtedly for Galarian Corsola’s Ghost Fire, and Mann Chong had a Pokémon that surprised Baimu—

Talonflame.

”Caw~”

The majestic flame hawk circled in the sky, its wings flapping, scattering tiny sparks that didn’t feel particularly hot upon contact.

”I got this little guy from a breeding center. It’s said to be a Pokémon from the Carlos Region,” Mann Chong said with a satisfied smile, raising his hand.

”Caw~”

Talonflame flapped its wings and, after much adjustment, finally landed on the Trainer’s hand. But alas, its size was too big, and its down completely covered Mann Chong’s entire head.

Observer Baimu: ”...”

Mann Chong was only about 1.6 meters tall, while Talonflame stood at around 1.2 meters with its wings folded, looking awkward despite its hunched posture.

”Caw!”

Talonflame let out a friendly chirp towards him and Galarian Corsola.

This fellow’s appearance was undeniably to help the latter learn Ghost Fire. Mann Chong had his own set of experiences and theories about learning moves.

”As long as Pokémon can feel the energy of the same Attribute frequently, they will naturally grasp it! There’s no need to delve too deeply into principles and methods!”

Mann Chong belonged to the type who learned moves purely on momentum.

Unexpectedly, his Pokémon learned quite smoothly.

Baimu couldn’t help but start questioning whether his methods were flawed—well, considering the time he had been a Trainer, his current learning progress wasn’t much slower than Mann Chong’s.

Experience had to be accumulated slowly on one’s own; learning from others rashly wasn’t beneficial. What is suitable is best.

The move learning began.

Talonflame released flames, guiding Galarian Corsola to unleash its own flames.

Feeling the heat wave so close, the latter was silent for a while, suddenly finding motivation out of nowhere, trying hard to ignite a fire in front.

”Looks like Talonflame’s heat has touched Galarian Corsola’s heart!”

Mann Chong smiled happily.

”Heh heh heh...”

Baimu responded with a smile, but he knew inside that it was probably not the case; that guy was likely annoyed by Talonflame’s hot flames and eager to learn quickly to escape this fiery misery.

Having been with this fellow for so long, he roughly understood its personality.

Only when encountering things or situations it disliked, did Galarian Corsola choose to give it all, aiming to quickly resolve or distance itself from the discomforting source.

Truly a representative of doing more and saying less among Pokémon.

And with this rare persistence, Galarian Corsola, already having made breakthrough progress with Ghost Fire, rushed forward and finally completed the feat of igniting blue flames out of thin air after Talonflame spewed its fourth round of flames.

Seeing the flame burst forth, even Galarian Corsola couldn’t help but get excited,

Finally!

Finally, it could get away from this sun-like annoying guy!

”Success!” Mann Chong shouted excitedly, reaching out to give Baimu a high-five.

However, the man seemed calm, merely praising Galarian Corsola verbally and then picking it up, standing empty-handed somewhat bemused.

The main character was so calm, the helper’s excitement felt awkward.

But just as he planned to play it off smoothly and withdraw his hand, Baimu turned around and lightly tapped him, followed by saying,

”Thanks.”

”Oh, no worries, didn’t really help much. Heh, heh heh heh...”

Mann Chong ruffled his hair at the front, unable to hide the smile on his lips, his previously low mood once again rising, ”Let’s continue learning new moves!”

”Hmm.”

Baimu put the eagerly anticipating Galarian Corsola away, sparing it from staying beside Talonflame.

Initially, he wanted to seize the momentum to teach it Defend.

But as its ”boss,” he was considerate enough to let Galarian Corsola ”leave work” early.

If you don’t do overtime, there are other Pokémon willing to—

Ahem.

Suddenly things got abstract.

Baimu let the long-awaiting Zweilous onto the field, while Mann Chong also switched to his Garchomp.

”Hee-woo!” ”Hee-woo!”

The energetic Zweilous, after a day of training, let out a scream at Garchomp.

”Garchomp!”

Garchomp responded with a roar.

No doubt.

The plan was for Zweilous to focus on leveling up, and it had intentions of its own, but after being blasted by Meteor Shower in a match against Garchomp—

Upon learning from Baimu that it could also learn this move, it resolutely decided to learn Meteor Shower.

However.

Learning this move required high spatial requirements, easily resulting in equipment damage, and was much noisier than regular moves. To avoid disturbing other guests in the lodging, Baimu, after discussing with Mann Chong, decided to practice in a more open space.

Like the park next door.

There were three adjacent battlefields there, combined into one large field, perfectly suitable for Zweilous to practice freely.

”Meteor Shower technique relies on gathering energy in one go and then releasing it into the sky, very simple.” Mann Chong explained seriously, gesturing to Garchomp, ”Meteor Shower!”

”Garchomp!”

Garchomp let out a low roar, raising its head with glowing orange light gathering at its chest and abdomen, which reached its peak and ascended to its mouth to be fired upward.

Bang!

An orange orb flew high, suddenly exploding upon reaching a critical height!

Boom!

Numerous shining meteors with long fiery tails, shrieking loudly like fireworks, fell swiftly, crashing onto the ground like mortars, igniting clouds of smoke.

”Once proficient, the landing point of Meteor Shower can be controlled.” Mann Chong said seriously.

Baimu turned to Zweilous, casting a hopeful expression, ”Give it a try?”

”Hee-woo!” ”Hee-woo!”

Zweilous nodded heavily, following the process to gather Dragon Attribute Energy in its chest cavity.

A brilliant blue glow slowly emerged, then—

Transformed into intertwined mauve and indigo Dragon’s Pulse soaring skyward.

”Ooh...” ”Ooh...”

Zweilous turned to look at the Trainer.

”Meteor Shower... is indeed not like this.” Baimu replied helplessly, ”Try again, relax, focus.”

Mann Chong encouraged it, ”It’s okay, success doesn’t come immediately! Just try again!”

”Garchomp!”

Garchomp responded with a low roar.

Zweilous started its experiment again.

This time, as soon as it began gathering energy, a critical question popped into its mind.

Garchomp has only one mouth, so it brewed one energy orb.

What about its two mouths?

”Hee-woo...” ”Hee-woo...”

Zweilous stopped its motion, decisively seeking help from the Trainer.
