The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 487: Chapter 487: Wanting to Give Nathalie a Lesson in Front of Ivy Wilmar_1

Although she had previously thought of making her debut and familiarized herself with the entertainment industry, she also considered whether to sign with a company...

Among them, Belland Media was one of her top choices to consider.

”Indeed, Belland Media is one of the largest media companies in the country. But what I want to talk about is not its size. When looking at a company, you have to check its background!”

Ivy Wilmar picked up the teacup, leisurely spoke to her, ”Belland Media is the main shareholder of Beijing TV Station, and I don’t need to elaborate on the position of Beijing TV Station in the domestic media, right? Stephanie Tanzil is Zeus Tanzil’s aunt. Do you understand?”

Ghania Quinlan suddenly looked up, realizing why Zayn Fisher had been promoting Zeus, whose background was so profound.

She couldn’t help feeling excited, not expecting such a person to be in her vicinity. She nodded hastily, ”Aunt, I understand, I will get along well with him.”

After she finished speaking, she immediately remembered what Zeus had said at the dinner table today, as if someone had poured a bucket of ice water over her head.

Chilling to the core!

She remembered Zeus expressing love at first sight for Nathalie and saying Nathalie had scored full marks on the joint exam, ensuring her a spot at Tsinghua University...

Ghania Quinlan felt as if someone was strangling her, the excitement turning into terror, her face color worsened, and her gaze began to flicker.

She also remembered the phone call her dad, Jeff Quinlan, had made to her three hours earlier, and looked up at Ivy Wilmar sitting there, sipping tea with elegance.

Ghania Quinlan’s expression changed, she took a moment to think, clenched her palms, and then suddenly spoke, ”Aunt, my dad just called me, and during our casual talk, he mentioned something...”

Ivy Wilmar set down her teacup, looked at her unhurriedly, calm and collected, ”What is it?”

Having interacted with her for a month, Ghania Quinlan had roughly figured out her temperament and did not beat around the bush, immediately disclosing what she knew.

Of course, she was not Jeff Quinlan. She wasn’t kind enough to help a relative who was an eighteen-degree connection to their family, let alone the fact that Freddy Cagwin was close to Nathalie.

She said these things only to plant doubts about Nathalie in Ivy Wilmar’s mind.

”That Freddy Cagwin is nothing but trouble, a school dropout who mixed with street gangs. He must have indulged in his old habits again, causing trouble and getting arrested by the police. His mother went to my father, insisting her son was wrongly accused and not that kind of person. My father didn’t believe her and didn’t get involved, but she knows Nathalie and is close to her, so I don’t know if Nathalie would help...”

Upon hearing the name Jecksen Wilmar and that Freddy Cagwin was arrested for carrying contraband and claimed to be innocent, Ivy Wilmar’s forehead started to twitch uncontrollably.

Before Ghania Quinlan could finish her insinuations, Ivy slammed the teacup onto the table, ”You’re saying The Flying Leaf?”

She didn’t care about the so-called Cagwin that Ghania mentioned, those people were insignificant in her eyes. What mattered to her was that Jecksen Wilmar was actually involved with illegal drugs, which were addictive and harmful to the body.

She lost interest in her tea, found her phone, and hurriedly called her good-for-nothing younger brother.

”Beep... Beep...” No answer.

Ivy Wilmar stood up and walked away, her brow so furrowed it was almost knotted, wondering why he wasn’t answering his phone.

Agitation flickered in her eyes as she suppressed her anger and called Jecksen Wilmar once again...

Outside a high-end club in McKinney, men who had partied all night were just finishing their second round. They had drunk plenty, reeking of alcohol; staggering, they could barely stand upright.

A group of lackeys followed, flattering his pool skills in the club.
