Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

Chapter 304: Chapter 120: Controlled Dusk in Expansion, Ongoing Joint Conference_3

Except for the star system where the Energy Crystal Crab Planet is located.

The Dusk controlled by Chen Ming, which has the second-best development momentum, is still the industrial colony at the front line with the Mechanical Race where Gamma Z stayed.

This planet, besides having a large amount of military equipment and resources directly sent to the military factories, has another characteristic.

There are many supply points here, and they often occupy a large area.

Because battles frequently occur at the front line here, there are always a large number of Dusk individuals returning here needing maintenance.

The demand for supply points is high, so naturally, more and larger ones are built.

Any supply point that Gamma Z has stayed at will control the individuals of Dusk with higher efficiency than those at the Energy Crystal Crab side.

So far, many military factories on the planet have already fallen under Chen Ming’s control, although they still maintain the previous production orders.

At the same time, a considerable number of Dusk with superior combat logic blocks have been controlled by Chen Ming.

Almost each of them has their own spaceship, and their combat power is quite considerable.

If you add up all the Dusk currently controlled by Chen Ming, it’s already a force not to be underestimated.

But it’s still not enough.

For the entire star realm of Dusk, the current number of Dusk is far from enough.

If Chen Ming dares to act directly now, the final result will surely be the planet’s destruction, the fleet’s annihilation, and the death of all the Dusk he controls.

Even if many Dusk can escape with spaceships, without their own industrial colony, Chen Ming can’t afford the current number of Dusk and Dusk spaceships.

And there will certainly be a massive internal purge within Dusk, making it impossible for any special Dusk to continue surviving within Dusk.

Dusk, as a whole, will also definitely impose new strict material controls externally.

Chen Ming has no chance to get material support from Dusk anymore.

Instead, he might be forced to do things he doesn’t want to do due to the situation.

That’s why, until today, Chen Ming hasn’t considered these Dusk under his control as part of his own strength, but merely as a mercenary-like existence.

The reason is simple; he can’t support these fleets yet.

When one day Chen Ming’s logistics capability can catch up, then he will consider incorporating these Dusk under his command.

So now, Chen Ming still plans to continue biding his time, waiting for Dusk to slowly expand.

Moreover, the Dusk he controls had already begun spreading to surrounding star systems before the Dusk individuals on the Energy Crystal Crab Planet developed.

These spreading Dusk will act like asymptomatic viruses spreading among Dusk, undetectable by any individuals.

When it erupts, it will bring an unprecedented terrifying effect to Dusk.

After Chen Ming confirmed the overall situation of the Dusk under his control, he went back to his daily research.

His research on the shields of the frigates he initially designed is already in its final stages, and a result should be out within the next few days.

Meanwhile.

In the distant Gallo Star Realm of the Human Empire.

Inside the main command room of the Fourteenth Legion’s current station, a joint meeting is underway offline.

All factions with legitimate reasons to rescue Chen Ming have sent their people here.

The meeting is already halfway through.

In front of Bai Quan, who sits in the main position, a three-dimensional projection is displaying the full view of the Dusk Star Realm.

Previously, a large number of drones and fleets were dispatched to scan many star systems in the Dusk Star Realm, resulting in detailed and accurate information about most star systems displayed above.

Among them, the star system where Chen Ming stayed and the one he is currently in are particularly highlighted.

Drawing the participants’ attention primarily to these areas.

Bai Quan zoomed in on the industrial colony star system where Chen Ming stayed, revealing the internal situation of the star system.

He also specially marked the industrial colony planet where Chen Ming stayed.

He cleared his throat and said, ”Next is the arrangement for the second half of the plan.”

”We have already dispatched a large number of drones and small fleets to attract Dusk’s attention.”

”And now it’s clear that Dusk has taken the bait. They have believed that we’ve only discovered Chen Ming on this planet.”

”So they are cooperating with us, deploying more ships here, truly hoping we focus only on this area.”

”We will continue to carry out the original plan.”

”Before the estimated time of the arrival of the Dusk spiritual energy devices, dispatch enough fleets to this star system to attract Dusk’s firepower.”

”According to our prior agreement, this task falls under the responsibility of Sinda Corporation.”

Bai Quan looked at the representative from Sinda Corporation in the meeting and said, ”I need you to show enough desire to approach this planet.”

”But you must control the level of interest, ensuring not to successfully land on the planet immediately, to make sure Dusk diverts enough fleet power to find you first.”

”Is there any problem?”

The representative from Sinda Corporation, who was also the director responsible for the Pirate Space Station affairs, replied with a slightly displeased expression, ”No, but I hope the Fourteenth Legion keeps its promise.”
