COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

Just as he was thinking this, Hachiman’s cell phone vibrated, as if someone had sent him a message.

[Hikigaya-kun, you actually spent my money to win the heart of Horikita-san. You are truly a sinner.]

[From now on, lunch will not include dessert.] by Arisu Sakayanagi.

“…”

Good day....

Hachiman looked at Sakayanagi’s message and immediately realized that Kushida had sent the photo to her.

’But....Kushida, weren’t you tricked by Sakayanagi before and almost expelled from school by her? Then she must be the enemy, right?!As a result, you easily becameSakayanagi’s lackey again. What price did Lolita pay for this? Did she support Kushida? Did she spend any money?’

But Hachiman didn’t think that Kushida would be so easily impressed by points right now, as she herself should have two to three million on hand.

’If she could make Kushida fall in love with her again...In other words, did Sakayanagi betray someone else’s secret to her?’

As Representative of Former Class A, it was easy for her to grasp the secrets of her subordinates.

Hachiman thought that he could go visit Kushida in the evening.

Because he still owed Sakayanagi a duel.

Kamuro-san has already been used as a trump card in last exam. If she betrays again, she probably won’t tolerate it.

Therefore, collecting more information about the people around Sakayanagi can also increase his bargaining chips during the fight!

xxxxx

Time passes quickly.

Came to No. 2.

At 8 o’clock in the morning, all the students gathered at the school gate, where more than a dozen buses were lined up.

Have students line up into teams by class.

“Hey, I didn’t expect that I could go to Rimuru’s Jura Forest in this school!”

“I don’t know what it will be like, but as long as it’s not like getting attacked by Demon Lord Milim, it will be fine!”

The students were visibly getting excited.

Although the teacher did not reveal more information, two words ”Jura Forest” still make people excited.

Most schools organize various school trips for students starting from junior high school, which some people also call training camp, which means going out to play.

At least that’s what ordinary people think.

Um....At least some people in this class should have this idea.

For example, Sotomura who was in the same group as Hachiman when he took the preferential treatment exam seemed very excited regarding cross--

Although he is a tech geek, he is also keen on doing activities with his friends, like watching anime episodes together.

Friend.....

It’s a bit snorting to say that Hikigaya-kun originally came to this school to gain points with friends.

But it’s a pity. ’It seems that now, apart from you, I have no other friends.’

However, there was one thing worth being happy about during this training camp, because his seat was very close to the front, and Chabashira-sensei was standing next to him.

She would explain the rules of the training camp later.

Hikigaya-kun sat obediently in his seat.

There is one bus for each class.

The seats were assigned according to the order of the students’ student ID cards, and Hachiman’s seat was very near the front.

On his left was Ike Kanji, who Hachiman had neither a fondness nor aversion for.

He was kneeling on his seat and talking to Sudo who was sitting further back.

This is probably the case of birds of a feather flock together.

Hirata and Yukimura, who wanted to talk to Hachiman, were stuck in their seats and couldn’t stand up, while Ike, who was easy to talk to, just left Hachiman’s social circle.

’Ah....it always looks weird calling it my social circle... wasn’t I a sociopath before for everybody?’ He doesn’t care about this kind of thing anymore.

And what really made him feel this position was a bit tormented was that Chabashira-sensei was standing next to him.

She seemed to be watching these students making trouble with great interest.

For Chabashira, her stagnant time has moved forward.

Regained her enthusiasm for life.

And now, she serves as the class teacher.

It’s just that Hachiman is very close to her and can smell the faint scent of rose perfume on her.

The reason why it is called perfume is because it is the same one that Kushida wears.

’.....Chabashira-sensei has indeed gotten her life Mojo back. Although she still doesn’t wear makeup, but already knows how to use perfume.’

Because he felt that her attitude was wrong, he could only look out the window.

This state seems particularly well-behaved.

The scenery speeding by outside the window turned into roar of the tunnel.

The tunnel was very long and it took about two or three minutes to travel through it before light could be seen again.

And Chabashira seemed to be waiting for this opportunity.

After the bus left dark wave, she put one hand on the armrest of Hachiman’s seat.

??? Why always him.

“I’m sorry to interrupt you, but please be quiet. I think you are all wondering where this bus is going and what it will do next.”

In other words, is the teacher finally going to explain our monthly exam?

The whole class stopped playing and became serious.

“…”

However, to Hachiman, Sensei was probably preparing to explain the rules seriously, but she placed her hand here.

Sensei’s fingers were quite slender, and no one was paying attention to the armrest.

So what would happen if he put his hand up and grabbed the other person at this time?

However, only when Hachiman was thinking about naughty stuff with his class teacher.....

[I will also take the exam.] by Arisu Sakayanagi.

The fuc----

Sakayanagi will also take part in this exam.

???

Maybe this exam could be used as a venue for 2 of them to compete against each other.

So he began to listen carefully.

”Next, we will take you to a forest school in a certain mountain. We will probably reach our destination in less than an hour. The less time we have for explanation, the more buffer time we will give you. So can you all be quiet?”

What she pointed out here was probably that most of the students had quieted down, but there were still some who were not paying attention here, and scolding or forcing these people to listen carefully would also waste some time.

Well, this is indeed very Class B.

Hachiman didn’t think returning to Class D was a long way off.

“Isn’t Jura forest school also have Dryads to eat potato chips with?” At this time, a student expressed curiosity.

This is Hondo, a background student.

It was necessary for him to question.

Guys have made plans for dating.

“Can’t you just listen to what others are saying? I just mentioned the buffer time!” Chabashira-sensei was explaining.

.....She didn’t know that one of her students had impure intentions.

“In normal campus life, there are probably very few opportunities to interact with senior students especially for those who don’t join clubs.”

“But this time, Jura Forest will hold a cross-grade group activity for eight days and seven nights. It is an event that is even better than a sports festival. The special exam that school will hold is called - Mixed training.”

“...Mixed training? Does that also mean sharing bath with gir----”

“It seems like you people would never change....” Sae-chan didn’t know why such people are even selected for this Nurturing school by Directors, “Because just verbal explanations makes you feel uneasy, I will send the information out next.”

Having said that, she distributed.

Hikigaya-kun also took one.

Mixed training here means training with seniors.

Upon arriving at the destination, the boys and girls were immediately separated into six groups of boys and six groups of girls.

Each group of students will receive lessons and training on morality, spiritual training, discipline and independence.

The grouping here is very special.

A team must contain at least two students from the same grade, forming a team of 10-15 people.

At the same time, consent of the students in same group is required.

If one person disagrees to form a team, then it will be invalid.

In this case, a team is formed and then merged with second and third grade into large groups.

This means that you can directly interact with seniors, become a team member with them, and at the same time...also have the opportunity to compete.

It’s just that most of the students in this class wouldn’t even consider competing with seniors.

So, Hachiman checked the rewards first.

This training camp has rewards and punishments.

All the students in school are divided into 6 groups for boys and 6 groups for girls.

The top three will receive rewards!

The first place in group average score, each student participating in the group will receive 10,000 private points, and the class evaluation score will be increased by 3

The second place in the group average score, each student participating in group will receive private points and the class evaluation score will be increased by 1

The large group averaged third place, and each student participating in the group received 3,000 private points.

Hmm~

“How boring....I will just find Princess Shuna instead,” A classmate immediately spoke up.

Rewards are too small.

For them now, about 120,000 points are deposited every month, so first place only gets a reward of 10,000 points.

What’s the matter?

As for the class evaluation score +3, it is not much when converted.

”Just keep reading,” Chabashira-sensei said without changing her expression.

And Hikigaya-kun has discovered the key point of this exam.

That is, calculation of rewards here can be superimposed.

For example, the group participated by their Class B won the first place.

Then formed a team with 15 people from 4 other classes in total.

Then total reward becomes 10,000 private points x the number of people in the group x number of classes the group participates in

Same applies to rewards for class evaluation scores.

Not only that, group of 10-15 people also needs to elect a leader.

The rewards for leader and students in class who participate in this group will be doubled!

For example.

There are 12 bots of Hikigaya’s, 1 cheater of Sakayanagi’s, 1 bastard of Ryuen’s, and 1 pig of Ichinose’s.

Then person incharge is our MC.

Then 12 bots of Hikigaya can get a total of 10,000 x 12 = 1.44 million

Class score can get 3 points X 12 = 432 points!

It’s simply insane!

But if this is a reward, there is also a punishment.

As usual, huge rewards will also bring terrible outcomes.

“Like the rewards for top 3 just now, the bottom 3 will be deducted points. For the third-to-last place, each participating student will have 5,000 deducted from their personal account. No class evaluation points will be deducted.

For the second-to-last place, 10,000 points will be deducted from their personal, and class evaluation points will be deducted by the number of students in the group x 3.

As for the last place, in addition to deducting 20,000 points from the personal score, the class evaluation score will be deducted by the number of classmates in the group x 5.”

She paused.

“The leader of the last-placed group will be expelled from school, and his class will have 300 points deducted from evaluation score.”

Hiss! Hiss!

Grind! Grind!

Such punishment made students gasp.

Because judging from the rewards just now, everyone wants to be the person in charge.

If you get into top 3, reward will be doubled, However, if you are the last one, you will be doomed.

Because it has a bearing on dropping out of school, some students are already trying hard to understand the exam rules.

Didi.

At this time, Hachiman found that he had received a message on his mobile phone.

It was from Sakayanagi again.

[I passed exam this time.]
