COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

[Your account has received 100,000 yen.]

After period of study session ended, Hachiman went to the steak house.

High-end ingredients often only require simple cooking to bring out their original flavor.

Heading to the shopping street, Sakayanagi is located at a Wagyu steak restaurant.

It is famous for its high-quality Wagyu beef with clear marble-like patterns, but of course, it is even more famous for its price.

100g requires several thousand points.

If you want to have a full meal, the number will not be less than 20,000 points.

And that’s just cost of one meal.

Generally, there are no students coming here to spend money.

”You can order whatever set meal and portion you want,” Sakayanagi was really generous today, “Although I’m not very wealthy.”

’No, no, no, you are being modest!’ When Hachiman arrived at the store, he found Arisu Sakayanagi sitting at a dining table, and she looked very elegant.

Of course.

It is now beginning of the month, and as representative of Class C, she can now collect points from her classmates.

At the same time, She is also first person in the school to have 20 million points.

During sports festival, Hachiman discovered that Sakayanagi attended the opening ceremony in a high-profile manner, and thought Nagumo definitely not tolerate this, so he might do something.

Then he took a special look at the 3rd grade class evaluation scores.

The scores of Class C and D are somewhat outrageous.

There are signs of human intervention.

Therefore, he had no doubt that although Sakayanagi stayed in school during days of exam on the Deserted island, she did not behave herself.

’So, her income must have increased again!’ Hachiman stared at the silver-haired girl sitting across from him.

It was clearly time to go home from school, but unlike him, Sakayanagi was not wearing a uniform.

Maybe it was because it was just the beginning of autumn, she was wearing a purple miniskirt with an unbuttoned beige windbreaker.

And under purple skirt are white stockings.

It’s undeniable cute people look cute no matter what they wear.

Quickly averted his pedophile gaze.

“Is Kamuro-san not here today?” Hachiman discovered that Sakayanagi was the only one in restaurant, and now were having dinner together.

Masumi Kamuro, who usually stayed by her side, was not there.

“Let her rest today. The reason I invited you here is also related to Kamuro-san,” Sakayanagi sipped the black tea slowly, then put down her teacup with her fair little hand, “The 6th of this month is Kamuro-san’s birthday.”

“And I want to choose a gift for her. Even though I usually order her around, if I don’t give her a present, I’m afraid no one will remember her birthd---”

’It seems Sakayanagi is also finally aware that she has been bullying Kamuro-san.....’ Hachiman thought this girl deserved it.

And mentioning birthdays.

Hachiman’s birthday has actually already passed, it was August 8th.

’And now September 2nd.It’s long gone. But in the past, my sister was the only one who remembered birthday at home, so now that I am boarding at school, doesn’t feel it is particularly real....’

After dinner, two walked out of restaurant and began looking for a suitable gift.

This is a shopping street, and also a facility provided by the school.

It has everything from food to drinks to entertainment, so it’s more than enough to choose a birthday gift.

But Hachiman didn’t have much experience.

So just ask.

“What are Kamuro-san’s interests, hobbies, and the like?”

“You always use honorifi——” Sakayanagi seemed to think for a moment, ”Then let’s go here.”

Arisu held her cane and started walking in one direction.

Hachiman looked around for a few times and confirmed this was a store that girls liked to visit.

Because there are a lot of plush toys.

There are brown bears that are 1.8 meters tall and can be hugged to sleep, cat-sized cat dolls, or furry Mr. Pan dolls.

“Is she interested in Mr. Pan? Some girls around me collect different styles of him....”

“Hikigaya-kun is from Chiba, right?”

“Um....”

”There is a Mr. Pan theme park in Chiba,” Sakayanagi decided to show off her knowledge again, “I saw the opening video of that park.....” her mood suddenly became depressed.

It seems that Hachiman had just mentioned Sakayanagi’s sad story.

It is a very rare opportunity for her to study in this school.

So in the past, maybe really could only stay at home.

Soon, Hachiman found Sakayanagi in a doll shop, and looked at a white bear, “Then how about choosing this one?”

“No thanks,” But Sakayanagi shook her head, “It’s too big!”

’Is it too big?’ Hachiman looked closely.

This white bear is only about 1.2 meters tall.

Kamuro-san is about 167cm, so white bear should be just right for her.

However, beds in the student dormitory are not big, and putting a white bear like this on is taking up space.

“How about something smaller?” Now looked at the other doll styles.

“What kind of doll do you think would be better, Hikigaya-kun?” Sakayanagi was having a bit of fun in her outing today, “A cat, a dog, a bear.”

“If you ask me what I like, I probably won’t be able to answer,” Hachiman said honestly, “I would at most choose based on quality and durability.”

“It seems that I have to choose for myself,” Sakayanagi sighed softly outside her weak heart.

It seems that she feels that she treated Hikigaya-kun to a meal in vain and did not achieve her goal.

As she said this, took a white bear the size of her palm in her left hand.

The furry touch makes people feel very comfortable.

This size can be clipped to the side of a schoolbag or placed on a table in the dormitory, which is very convenient.

Looks cute and doesn’t take up much space.

“Then let’s buy this one!” Although she said that, it was obvious that Sakayanagi liked the doll very much and she touched it several times with her left hand, “Then please go in, Hikigaya-kun....”

’Um? Go inside your doll?’ For a moment, Hachiman just couldn’t understand what this girl was trying to indicate.

He looked over at her face..you bully!

Sakayanagi wants him to pay!

Good day! He felt like glaring.

’....I had a big meal with her tonight and also received 100,000 points, so it should be very easy for me to buy a gift to pay the bill....’

So, Hachiman went to swipe the money to pay the bill.

The price is not expensive.

450---4500 points, brows lifting.

’By the way, such a small doll costs 4500 points nowadays?’

“Then, I will take my leave....” After returning from the shopping street, Sakayanagi did not let Hachiman continue to send her off.

Although they were in same student dormitory, Sakayanagi left first at the gate.

And in middle of the process, the 2 of them also had a tacit understanding.

There was no mention of Sakayanagi meeting with Kushida yesterday, or that she was deliberately trying to provoke him through Kushida.

However, both Kushida and Suzune were waiting for his response on this matter.

[Your bet continues. I will not interfere or take sides, but if you are in a weak position I might help you.]

Hachiman sent the information to Kushida and Suzune respectively.

Soon, got replies from both.

“Don’t go back on your words, boss!” by Kushida-chan.

“I was really immature and made you worry.” by Horikita.

Suzune and Kushida have a bet with each other, math subject in this pairing test.

If Kushida wins, then Suzune will become a tool, and lose freedom. If someone targets her dark history, then will help.

On the other hand, if Suzune wins, then bombshell Kikyo Kushida will be expelled from school.

Judging from content of the bet, Kushida has a lot to lose, and judging from academic ability, Suzune has the advantage.

In this way, Suzune was able to accept this bet, but this was just what an honest person would do and think.

The reason is simple.

Test paper for this exam is not set by school. The real secret is to obtain it by the rival class.

Then, even if the grades are poor, you can get full marks, which can completely crush Suzune who got 98 points.

So what is the probability of Suzune winning?

This time it was a class pairing exam, and the four classes ABCD made their own exam papers.

Class A was Hachiman’s, Class B was Ichinose’s, Class C was Sakayanagi but Katsuragi is already violated, and Class D was Ryuen’s.

Guy with 0 points, owed a lot of money.

The B and C classes here have absolutely excellent grades, but the A and D are both poor that are lagging behind.

Therefore, if Suzune wants to win, she must produce an extremely difficult test paper, and at the same time, no option for the hostile class to give answers of test paper to Kushida.

But it’s a pity, Suzune didn’t pay attention to this, she was just studying hard these days.

Moreover, she gave the formula for mathematics test of her class to Chiaki.

In other words, Suzune was in a weak position.

She didn’t even grasp weapon that her class could use to make test papers.

Kushida had already been contacted by Sakayanagi, so it was quite easy for her to obtain mathematics test paper issued by her.

From this perspective, there is a high probability that Suzune will lose.

“…”

But now dumb girl Suzune who knows nothing and is still learning.

Review and preview.

Working seriously.
