Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 1065 - 584: The Siege Begins, Crimson Tide! (Part 3)

And at this moment, Xu Xin’s expression changed.

On the map in his mind, around Crystal City, several red dots suddenly appeared.

Immediately, countless red dots crazily surged around Crystal City!

In just three or four seconds, the entire perimeter of Crystal City was surrounded by extremely dense red dots!

These red dots appeared suddenly.

Another teleportation!

”Attention, the beast tide is coming!”

Xu Xin immediately warned everyone in the [Crystal City Survivors] group, ”Crystal City is already surrounded!”

Outside Crystal City, those green dots also began to activate.

Those mutant creatures that had defected to Crystal City started to emerge from the crystal houses, intending to defend Crystal City!

”I see, we’re surrounded on all sides!” Ji Chaoyang also said in the group, ”I’m afraid the first line of defense won’t hold for long, everyone, get ready, we’re about to fight!”

Ji Chaoyang should have had a vision boost in today’s amplifications.

Everyone immediately responded in the group.

Xu Xin saw that on the tree houses around them, those heavy crossbows were adjusting their direction one by one, all aimed at the outside of Crystal City.

All the crossbows were adjusted uniformly, really giving a bit of a military feel.

As long as the enemy enters, these crossbows will fire deathly arrows!

Xu Xin immediately contacted Qin Fu: ”Are you in your tree house now?”

”I’m in the tree house,” Qin Fu responded immediately, ”My sensing range is limited, I can’t perceive the situation outside Crystal City.”

”That’s good, you don’t need to go outside. If there’s anything below the ground near the World Tree, let us know right away.”

”Understood.”

Qin Fu’s task wasn’t to sense the surrounding beast herd, that didn’t need his sensing.

They relied on his ability to perceive the enemy’s movements digging tunnels underground.

Because, the situation underground, only he can control it clearly!

Therefore, a circle of ordinary trees was planted around the World Tree for Qin Fu to scout the surroundings.

Beside him, Silver King and Afu also gathered around.

”Afu, if there are any airborne enemies later, use your voice to bring them down.”

Afu, whose wingspan has exceeded two meters, flapped his wings twice and let out a sharp call.

”Silver King, follow me.”

With Silver King, he has superior mobility.

”Ow!”

”Ying!” Keke climbed onto the windowsill, looking outside.

And at this moment, the red dots around Crystal City moved.

They surged towards Crystal City like a tidal wave!

Instantly enclosing the outskirts of Crystal City!

After entering Crystal City, the progress of the red dots didn’t slow down, pouring into the city!

”Indeed, this beast herd won’t be affected by Crystal City this time.” Xu Xin squinted, ”Mutant creatures without giant beast bloodlines!”

Meanwhile, the dense green dots outside Crystal City immediately engaged the red tide!

The brightness of these red dots was overall dimmer compared to the green dots.

After all, the mutant creatures on the outside had experienced the cleansing of Crystal City in the past two days, their overall strength had improved, their size increased significantly, according to Wen Guixin.

With the dual enhancement of blood pattern mutations and giant beast bloodlines, they should be stronger.

But... this beast tide is more dense than the last one! The numbers are more massive!

The green dots were instantly engulfed by the red dots!

Of course, the green dots didn’t vanish, but fought fiercely within the red tide!

It could be seen that around each green dot, the red dots were continuously decreasing.

The advance of the red tide was instantly halted!

”Good job, Mimi.” Xu Xin murmured.

However, just this first line of defense can’t stop the overall advance of the beast tide.

Indeed, the red dots somewhat decreased, yet remained dense!

The green dots were brighter, countless red dots quickly dimmed, but...

The gap in numbers was too massive!

The enemy continued pouring in, and the number of green dots slowly decreased.

At this moment, at the northern battlefield, large patches of red dots turned green, simultaneously, green spread like a virus, rapidly expanding within the red masses!

Wen Guixin has made her move!

The mutant creatures on the enemy’s side were infected by her!

Her ability was still the most effective against the beast herd!

But... the battle line was too long.

The edge of the entire city spans nearly twenty kilometers.

Although the north was ruled by Wen Guixin’s ability, other regions couldn’t be invaded as quickly!

At this moment, the enemy seemed to realize the issue.

Therefore, the actions of the red dots changed!

They no longer fought against the green dots but surged towards the World Tree!

Their sole purpose seemed clear, to approach the World Tree as swiftly as possible!

Friendly mutant creatures felt less pressure and slaughtered enemies faster, but...

The speed of the red tide’s influx instantly accelerated!

Countless red dots directly bypassed the green defensive line, rushing towards the World Tree!

”Everyone, it’s time for you to show your skills!” Xu Xin instantly shouted in the group, ”The mutant beast tide will surge over within a minute, use your tree house control panels and crossbows well!”

”Damn it, they’re running too fast!” Wen Guixin cursed in the group.

”You better come back; the closer to the World Tree, the more concentrated the beast herd is, the stronger your ability will be!” Xu Xin immediately urged Wen Guixin.

”Alright! I’m coming back now!”

Wen Guixin mounted an infected leopard, rushing rapidly back.

Xu Xin anxiously watched the front line.

He could clearly see, within Crystal City, countless mutant creatures traversing.

At this moment, he suddenly spotted, in the eastern sky, a dark mass...

”Everyone, watch the skies! Flying mutant creatures are coming!”

In the group, Ji Chaoyang issued a warning at the same time.

Flying mutant creatures, indeed, have arrived!
