Chapter 399: Chapter 399: Demon Skill, Blood Devouring Three Claws

”When the Palace Master returns, Master Lei had already settled everything. Long Night Saint Dragon Palace had also calmed down... and Palace Master Shen is likely to retire, and then the position of the Palace Master will belong to Master Lei.”

Lu Shan laughed wildly, then said, ”Hehe... That little apprentice is called Sikong Jing, right?”

”Remember his name well. After you go down to Hell, go find him to settle the score. He is the one who caused your demise.”

After speaking, Lu Shan rolled up his sleeves, ready to fiercely lash out at Yu Yan.

However, the next moment, a faint voice suddenly came from outside the door, ”It seems I heard someone calling my name?”

As soon as the voice was heard, all three people inside the confinement room shuddered.

Lu Shan turned around and shouted angrily, ”Who is it?”

A figure appeared at the doorway of the confinement room, appearing cold and indifferent, and he faintly smiled, ”Me, Sikong Jing.”

Lu Shan was stunned, and Lu Fenglan was also stunned.

Yu Yan incredulously widened her eyes, Sikong Jing was not dead, but why would he appear in Fire Dragon Mountain Inner Court?

The next moment, unable to restrain herself, Lu Fenglan extended her finger and cried out, ”Senior Sister Lu, he is Sikong Jing, that little apprentice who beat me, that bastard who caused Brother Lei to lose an arm!”

”He actually didn’t die, and he’s here. Kill him quickly.”

”No, no, no. We should capture him alive and send him to Brother Lei, to make his life worse than death.”

The voice was filled with urgency, and Lu Fenglan, thinking back to the events in the Task Hall, still harbored intense hatred in her heart.

Meanwhile, Lu Shan’s True Qi burst forth wildly as she stared at Sikong Jing and demanded, ”Why are you here? Who let you in?”

Sikong Jing answered, ”Of course, I fought my way here!”

After speaking, a murderous intent flashed in Sikong Jing’s eyes; he had heard the two women’s conversation from afar.

In his eyes, these two women were already dead, and he was determined to be the one to send them to their graves.

”Fought your way here? Just by yourself?”

Lu Shan and Lu Fenglan, of course, did not believe him. Among them, Lu Shan said, ”I think you snuck in, didn’t you? Did you get angry over a beauty? Though if you wanted to save Yu Yan, you shouldn’t have made a sound; assassination might have been possible.”

Lu Fenglan then took over and said, ”Assassination? This little apprentice, having lost his mount, can’t get within half a foot of Senior Sister Lu, I’ll consider it a loss if he does.”

In Lei Zizhen’s recount, the reason Sikong Jing was pursued by Xingluo Palace was because he had the Black Refining Dark Hook Dragon as his mount.

Without his mount, he was nothing more than a worthless little apprentice.

And they were unaware that their backer Liu Shan had already met his end, nor did they know that Huo Yanmei was currently taking vigorous action to deal with the people in Fire Dragon Mountain Inner Court, still believing that Sikong Jing had sneaked in.

Besides, they couldn’t think of any reason Sikong Jing would have to enter the Inner Court.

And Lu Shan, being the second-ranked Inner Palace Student of Fire Dragon Mountain, whose combat power was among the top twenty of all Holy Dragon Palace students, even in an assassination, Sikong Jing could not hope to get close to Lu Shan, so his death was certain.

Hearing Lu Fenglan’s words, Lu Shan gazed at Yu Yan with a wicked smile and said, ”Wow, I never expected this, Junior Sister Yu. You really have such a lovestruck little fan willing to sacrifice his life for you.”

”Don’t worry, I’ll help him out. Before I send him to Brother Lei, I’ll severely humiliate you right in front of him.”

In their view, since Sikong Jing had miraculously survived coming back from Minglong Mountain Range and had ventured into Fire Dragon Mountain risking his life, even forgetting about assassinating out of anger, it must be because he had feelings for Yu Yan.

Thinking about the scenario of humiliating Yu Yan in front of Sikong Jing, they couldn’t help but feel immensely thrilled.

Upon hearing this, Yu Yan was also stunned, but without much time to think, she cried out.

”Junior Brother Sikong, quickly leave, you are no match for Lu Shan. Escape from the Holy Dragon Palace immediately after you leave.”

The situation is too dangerous now.

It was Liu Shan who locked her up; the entire Holy Dragon Palace was about to be controlled by Lei Hongteng and his son, Lei Zizhen. Sikong Jing had to leave, otherwise, there was a chance he might survive, but if he stayed, he would surely die!

”Leave? Do you think he can still leave?”

Lu Shan chuckled darkly, and then her True Qi exploded out, revealing her status as a Xuantian Third Realm presence. She fiercely swept towards Sikong Jing, adding, ”Junior Sister Lu, watch my performance now.”

Opposite, Sikong Jing felt Lu Shan’s True Qi in an instant and his own True Qi circulated out as well.

At once, Lu Shan was slightly surprised and couldn’t help but say, ”Peak of Martial Sect Realm, you, a little apprentice, have advanced quite fast. But, I can extinguish you with just one finger.”

As she spoke, she truly stretched out one finger and lightly aimed it towards Sikong Jing.

At the same time, Yu Yan was also stunned. Sikong Jing was at the Peak of the Martial Sect Realm?

Lu Shan and the others didn’t know he was a Spirit Martial Root, but Yu Yan did.

He had just joined the Holy Dragon Palace for three months, and he had progressed from the Innate First Realm to the peak of the Fifth Realm?

However, Yu Yan immediately cast aside her thoughts and shouted, ”Junior Brother Sikong, be careful.”

Sikong Jing was expressionless as he watched Lu Shan’s approaching finger and deflected it with a slap... With a loud bang, Sikong Jing retreated several steps before stabilizing, but he also dissolved her Finger Light.

On the other side, Lu Shan paused slightly and then said, ”You were actually able to catch it.”

Sikong Jing ignored her and felt Lu Shan’s True Qi for a moment before saying, ”Worthy of being a student from the Fire Dragon Mountain Inner Palace, indeed different from ordinary students. But the peak of Martial Sect Realm should also be sufficient.”

With that, Sikong Jing took out a pair of black claws and put them on his hands, which were the Dark Flowing Sky Mirror Claws he obtained at the auction.

He then said, ”Demon Skill, Black Refining Dark Hook Claw!”

As his voice rang out, rolling Demon Smoke seemed to condense on his twin claws, then like embodying the Black Refining Dark Hook Dragon, he tore out.

”Overestimating yourself, to think that the Martial Sect Realm would be enough for you,” Lu Shan scoffed coldly, then drew two daggers in her hands enveloped with flames and swirled towards Sikong Jing.

Bang...

The two clashed again, Sikong Jing’s Demon Smoke collided with Lu Shan’s flame daggers, immediately scattering a black and red force all around.

On the side, Lu Fenglan didn’t care to watch the fight and instead smiled and said, ”Yu Yan, your little fan sure talks big, thinking he can challenge the second best of Fire Dragon Mountain. How many moves do you think he’ll last?”

Yu Yan remained silent, her eyes fixed on the battle between the two.

First, Sikong Jing created a new Beast Skill, which he developed from the Black Refining Dark Hook Dragon. Moreover, for him to be able to exchange a few moves with Lu Shan at the peak of the Martial Sect Realm was already quite terrifying.

Finally, Yu Yan shivered all over. No matter how monstrous Sikong Jing was, it seemed impossible for him to be Lu Shan’s match.

But then, both Lu Fenglan and Yu Yan were a bit stunned because at least a hundred moves had passed between the two and there was still no victor decided, they could even no longer clearly see the fight between them.

Suddenly, black and red intertwined as they finally separated.

Lu Shan landed and took three steps back, while Sikong Jing landed and only took two steps back. The former glared and shouted, ”How could you possibly be this strong? What a joke!”

Sikong Jing looked back at her calmly, his face expressionless.

”I thought Inner Palace students of the Holy Dragon Palace would definitely be impressive. Lei Zizhen is all right, but you are far from it.”

After speaking, the demonic energy on Sikong Jing’s black claws intensified, and he said lowly, ”Next, bear with my Demon Skill: Blood Devouring Three Claws!”

As he spoke, the aura around Sikong Jing seemed to turn into that of being demonized.
