Surviving The Fourth Calamity

Chapter 1351: Chapter 1141

Gewoosh was exceptionally angry, he could almost hear the mocking laughter from the Multiverse... even the Orcish Pantheon seemed to be on the brink of instability.

He! The great Chief Orc God, actually lost in power to an Elf... and not even a gigantic Elf!

Who knows how many others, like that silly Bagchu down there, were staring at him dumbfounded!

If it weren’t for the fact that he was his own son... and a son who would never betray him, Gewoosh felt that the first thing he’d do after reuniting his body would be to send him back to Hell!

Damn it!

Currently, Toril is indeed in a sealed state, but... it’s also the most attention-attracting time.

Gewoosh knew he couldn’t simply leave like this!

He could certainly leave if he wanted: at least before Toril World was completely cleared of Talos’s traces, he could rely on the omnipresent wind to find a way out... although that annoying half-elf brat could also manipulate the wind, Talos, being the Storm God, wouldn’t be easily driven away by winds from other worlds.

As for devouring, it’s completely lifeless... wind is the easiest existence to blend various winds into itself.

However, Gewoosh could see that the half-elf opposite him, aside from other things, had an air of arrogance that was very much like Coron.

Things he didn’t want, things he thought dirty... even if they were valuable, he wouldn’t take a second look.

Just like that guy with only a facade, what a foolish thought!

Pillaging everything in sight is the true proof of being alive!

From the moment of their birth, Gewoosh and Coron could feel that the guy standing across the treetops was a completely opposite existence to themselves... making the other disappear was the best ending they thought they could give each other.

And now, the one who made him so disgraced... was not only a descendant of the World Tree and Coron, but also one of those half-bloods he despised the most.

Gewoosh hid in the wind, his cruel gaze fixed tightly on that half-elf standing gracefully in the Elemental Water, he must kill him!

Hill could feel the ubiquitous cold gaze and absolute killing intent.

He certainly understood that Gewoosh’s main target now would only be to kill him.

He also knew that the storm avatar Gewoosh was using did not utilize all of Toril’s storm power, it was likely that the Chief Orc God was currently resummoning his power.

Just waiting to deliver a thunderous strike to him when the time came.

But... would he be afraid?

After some initial probing, Hill felt that the power Gewoosh was using was unrestrained.

The Power of Thunder within Hill might not be much, but it was enough to reduce over half of Gewoosh’s endless thunder’s lethality.

As for the storm... ha~

The title of Storm God is truly a joke, the Wind Elemental Gods of the Elemental Realm would probably laugh until the winds split.

No wonder Talos was always frantically undermining the foundations of other deities in The Fury Camp later on... the law characteristics of storm and thunder clashed too much with his true nature.

Gewoosh could only utilize the killing power common to both laws... but neither thunder nor wind has ever been just rage and murder.

Talos first created The Fury Camp, having several Lesser Gods come into play for many matters... when needed, he always sought enforcers in Toril, like Visaron.

And then went causing trouble all around, probably because Gewoosh didn’t want to interact with any deities, after all, if they spent enough time together, they’d inevitably feel that something was off.

So the smarter the deity, the more disgusting the incidents he created.

Even though his methods were crude, for millennia, not a single Toril deity sensed anything amiss, which proved his success.

Not quite... Hill looked up towards the North, there was one who did react quite quickly.

For the Winter Maiden to feign death so thoroughly, and discard her power so readily, she must have long discovered Talos’s peculiarity, right?

She might not know Talos’s true identity, but she definitely sensed that he was... not the genuine Storm God.

What an interesting and shrewd Great Fairy.

Hill thought with some amusement: Olypher was likely one of The Fury Camp apart from Visaron, who betrayed later, but she’s definitely the quickest to react... after all, no matter who you are, if you want to play coy, you’d ultimately have to pay a little price yourself.

Hill felt that even if he hadn’t appeared in Toril, Olypher’s fate wouldn’t have been too dire in the end, at the very least certainly better than those two colleagues.

”Hill!” Fran called out to him softly from afar.

Hill smiled at him, his eyes squinted into crescent moon shapes, anyone could see his mood was extremely pleasant.

Fran looked up at the thick clouds flashing with lightning above their heads, just lightly settled down a bit... adding a layer of colorful Light of Defense on the heads of the Undead Tribe who were already starting to enter the camp and move things.

This was what Hill had agreed on with him once he discovered Talos’s true identity... this fake Talos, if really defeated, might use his entire avatar to detonate the camp.

From the start, Hill had reacted. Issues concerning Teraxil were definitely not the most important in Gewoosh’s mind... he surely did something else, once discovered, might even be attacked in Hell.

The Chromatic Dragon Queen Tiamat would definitely not worry him so much.

This guy... isn’t he messing with the foundation of the Devils?

That absolute control from top to bottom indeed sounds very much like Devils!

Hill had figured out the reason Talos had to stir things up in Deepwater City; the Lord of Hell... still has a pair of eyes on Toril!

The reason for Talos and Manks’ cooperation was likely not because he wanted to target Mystra, but because he had to keep an eye on Manks’s movements.

No matter who Manks actually is, as long as he knew what trick Gewoosh was playing, he would definitely be overjoyed to run back to Hell and report, directly abandoning his initial intentions of causing trouble along the Path of Destiny in Toril, no matter what cost he had paid.

Hill was absolutely right, upon realizing Fran had transferred that Light of Defense, hard even for him to break, to the camp, Gewoosh, who had been accumulating power, could not bear it anymore.

Violent lightning storm rotated and formed within the waterfall, while threads of acid rain splattered out from the whirlwind... Gewoosh, although not understanding why Elemental Water could neutralize his Flash of Lightning and Roar of Thunder, was clever enough to blend acid into the waterfall.

Hill let out a gentle laugh: The Storm God has lived long enough and knows quite a bit!

Sadly, he might not quite grasp how pure the endless Sea of Elements truly is... even if he could reverse the waterfall, it would be useless.

Not to mention, he might have seen too few Ocean Gods... the divine power attached by Agleya can even pass through AO’s blockade, directly connecting to the Elemental Realm; how could the power he snatched from Ambori be able to control it?

All filth would be turned into nothingness under the impact of the waterfall.

Hill positioned himself amidst the endless water flow, adopting a stance better for exerting force.

This time, what took form amidst the lightning was not the gigantic divine beast, Gewoosh used Talos’s true appearance: in half armor, wearing a set of soft black leather armor, a human man with broad shoulders, long beard, and black leather gloves, gazed at Hill with the only perfect eye full of killing intent.

Hill swiftly reacted to Gewoosh’s thoughts: He definitely couldn’t match Hill’s power, so the Chief Orc God intended to use speed to kill Hill.

He’s not foolish, he certainly understands that Hill’s terrifying power must be due to his Natural Divine Power.

Though few with such power have Hill’s slender figure... Thinking of his half Elven Bloodline, it’s somewhat understandable.

Gewoosh thinks that since Hill possesses power, he naturally wouldn’t inherit Coron’s agility... the agility of ordinary elves can’t compare to him empowered by storm and thunder.

Watching the Chief Orc God wielding two short swords, charging at light speed, Hill smiled expressionlessly.

Indeed, his speed was somewhat less than Gewoosh’s, but his judgement was absolutely precise.

With his right hand clenched into a fist, he swung forward in the direction... Gewoosh’s angry roar echoed through the clouds... he practically ran into that fist himself.

Hill joyfully rushed towards the falling figure, left hand, right hand, quick and slow moves.

When Gewoosh was in divine beast form, his weight was notably heavy, after colliding with the Elemental Rift, he fell very quickly, unable to calculate fall timing and deliver two more punches, like now.

Finally unable to hold back, Gewoosh roared and turned again into a breeze.

Heading downward along the waterfall.

He couldn’t rush out of the Elemental Waterfall, but couldn’t he go underground?

The ice layer on the swamp had already shattered under the tremendous impact of the Elemental Waterfall.

Hill stood in mid-air, gently closing his eyes.

Bagchu seemed to receive some directive, waving his hands and rushing towards Hill... completely indifferent to the skills the Undead Tribe threw at him.

The blood-soaked gigantic beastman, burning his own Life Force, blazing flames directly ignited on his body, screamed tragically and charged at the Elemental Waterfall.

Amidst the massive explosion, Hill’s eyes abruptly opened, directly charging down the waterfall, firmly pressing both hands on the bottom of the swamp.

In an instant, within a hundred-meter radius, the earth shook and the mountains trembled.
