The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 440: Chapter 440 Who is in the woods?_1

The helicopter pilot had just maneuvered the aircraft to a suitable position above, ready to descend, when a dark shadow suddenly appeared in the pilot’s view.

Although he couldn’t see clearly what the object flying towards him was, he guessed that it definitely wasn’t anything good.

He desperately tried to pull up the helicopter, but there was simply no time!

There wasn’t enough time!

The stone was large and heavy, yet at that moment it was like a cannonball being fired, fast and fierce!

”Boom!”

The stone heavily smashed on top of the helicopter, instantly denting the outer shell with a large crater, and more critically, the moment the stone hit, it entered the rotating range of the helicopter’s propeller.

”Clang clang clang!”

In less than 0.1 seconds, the propeller blades struck the stone as they spun, deeply embedding into it, and then began to warp, bend, and shatter.

The propeller burst apart, and the helicopter instantly underwent a huge deflection, tilting and crashing towards the direction of the cliff,

”Boom”

The helicopter heavily crashed onto the ground near the edge of the cliff, the tremendous impact making the ground violently tremble, and then the helicopter itself, like the broken blades before, began to twist, bend and break in the middle.

Unable to stop due to the huge inertia, the helicopter slid across the ground for a stretch before plunging down the cliff below.

Just as the helicopter had started to crash towards the ground, someone in the helicopter kicked open the cabin door, and then someone shot out in a flash.

In the blink of an eye, two people had jumped out, their forms tumbling awkwardly on the ground several times.

The collision between the helicopter and the ground created a huge impact, and just as the third person, who was holding onto the door handle, was about to follow the first two out, the shock made his body suddenly sway backward, flinging him alive, crashing into the helicopter’s ceiling, and then bouncing back, heavily hitting the floor.

As the helicopter quickly slid off, the third individual finally adjusted his body, grabbed the handle again, and just as the helicopter dropped off the cliff the man found a point to leverage during the momentary suspension in mid-air.

He fiercely stomped on the ground, and his body shot up like a skyrocket, forcefully bursting out over ten meters high, managing to return to the ground just in time.

The helicopter fell down the cliff, and after tumbling for three or four seconds, the fourth man finally straightened his body, found his leverage point, and with a forceful push off the ground, the helicopter immediately accelerated in its drop, while he shot straight up, lunging towards the opposite cliff.

On the sheer cliff, there was nowhere to hide, let alone lunge directly and violently across!

This man was also ruthless, at a life-and-death juncture, he injected Gang Qi into his ten fingers and violently plunged them into the cliff.

He intended to use his own hands as two nails to hang himself on the sheer face of the cliff.

His fingers successfully penetrated the cliffside, but before the man could feel relieved, the section where he had inserted his fingers into the cliff suddenly collapsed, and a large portion crumbled away with a loud noise, taking him with it as it fell towards the mountain base.

The man let out a terrified scream, the sound faintly carrying upward, sending chills down one’s spine.

”Thump!”

A muffled crash echoed in the air, followed by the abrupt end of the terrified screams.

Dead!

Without looking, it was clear this unfortunate soul was dead.

From such a height, not even a Great Grandmaster, let alone an Innate Great Grandmaster, could survive!

Three white-haired old men, still shaken, got up from the ground, their eyes filled with intense fear and dread.

Wasn’t Carson Flores supposed to come alone to the appointment? Who was in the woods then?

Carson Flores had allies in the shadows!

Someone had thrown such a large rock so simply and crudely, yet so far and fast, its power like that of a cannonball; the person’s strength was definitely no small matter!

Carson Flores let out a regretful sigh.

He had only killed one!

Having received a challenge call the previous day, Carson Flores had arrived here early, observed the area for a while, and realizing that blocking the path below was not reliable, he immediately thought of the second, simplest and most direct path.

Aerial support!

This is why Carson Flores had made some preparations, so that if any helicopters came, he would make sure they couldn’t leave unscathed!

Dax Vasquez suddenly turned around, stared into the woods, and shouted loudly, ”Who’s in the woods?”

There was no movement in the woods, and no one answered.

The three Great Grandmasters, having narrowly escaped death, finally stood up straight, their eyes full of lingering fear.

If they had been any slower in escaping, they might have ended up like the seventh man, falling a thousand feet down the cliff with the helicopter, shattered to pieces!

The seventh man!

When the three Great Grandmasters looked at Carson Flores again, their eyes were filled with a cold murderous intent!

This kid must die!
