The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 421: Chapter 421 Brother, You Are Indeed a Hidden Master_1

”Wow, so beautiful!”

Lillian Frost’s eyes lit up as if she had discovered a huge Bagua, ”Brother, who is this?”

Carson Flores tried to awkwardly put away his phone, but Lillian Frost exploited her sisterly advantage and grabbed his phone, preventing him from taking it back.

”Is this your girlfriend?”

Carson Flores casually explained, ”A friend.”

Lillian Frost made a face at Carson Flores, ”Who are you fooling? This is clearly a photo of you shopping together. Would a regular friend go shopping with you? Uh, wait...”

Lillian Frost’s eyes widened, she leaned in closer to the phone, and as if discovering a new continent, she exclaimed excitedly, ”This background looks so familiar, this is Xijing Sky Street, that’s the fountain at Xijing Sky Street!”

Carson Flores was speechless. Do all women have such sharp observational skills?

She only glanced twice and already recognized the location?

Now Nathaniel Frost looked curious, showing an ’I’m-a-man-and-I-understand-you’ expression, ”This is your sister-in-law, right? Did sister-in-law come to Xijing with you?”

Lillian Frost said excitedly, ”Just admit it! If you tell us, we’ll keep it a secret for you. If you don’t even tell us, I’ll have to go back and tell Grandma and Grandpa, and our aunt, and let them enforce family discipline on you and extract a confession with severe punishment!”

With the conversation having reached this point, what could Carson Flores say?

He admitted.

”Yes, she came to Xijing with me.”

Lillian Frost’s eyes shone with admiration, ”Let me see more, sister-in-law is so beautiful. You really hide your light under a bushel, brother. You’re so much more amazing than my brother. Look at him, couldn’t even compete in looks when chasing a girl, and then he got poached!”

Nathaniel Frost, frustrated, glared at Lillian Frost, ”Do you have to talk like that?”

Lillian Frost rolled her eyes, ”I didn’t say anything wrong!”

Nathaniel Frost was at a loss for words, unable to handle Lillian Frost.

Lillian Frost asked Carson Flores, ”Don’t you plan to tell the family about this?”

Carson Flores smiled, ”I’ve only known her for a short while. Who knows what will happen in the future? We can talk about it when the time comes.”

Lillian Frost blinked, ”If you don’t tell the family, it’s okay for us to meet her, right? Shall we all go out and have fun tomorrow?”

Carson Flores laughed, ”There’s no need to trouble yourselves. Are you guys really that free?”

Lillian Frost pouted, ”I’m a senior this year, you know. I barely have any classes, so I have loads of free time. As for my brother, heh, he’s just a placeholder at the company, the kind that won’t make a difference whether he’s there or not. So, we really do have plenty of time.”

Nathaniel Frost, furious, said, ”Who’s a placeholder, Lillian Frost, you’re slandering me!”

Lillian Frost gave Nathaniel Frost a dismissive look and, without giving him another thought, declared, ”That settles it then. We’re going out tomorrow.”

After a pause, she said lazily to Nathaniel Frost, ”If you’re busy, you don’t have to come. I’ll accompany my cousin!”

Nathaniel Frost laughed, ”Are you silly? It’s the weekend tomorrow, of course, I’m free!”

Lillian Frost looked surprised for a moment, then pouted and fell silent.

Nathaniel Frost, holding his cup, said with a smile, ”Let’s drink for now. Let’s just have fun tonight.”

Thanks to Carson Flores’s unexpected rise to the occasion, flipping Khalil Baker and others, and also because Carson Flores was Nathaniel Frost’s cousin, everyone was extremely enthusiastic.

They continued drinking until 12:30 AM before the gathering ended.

Declining a ride home from Nathaniel and Lillian Frost, Carson Flores thought about it and figured that returning to the villa this late would disturb the two elders.

So Carson Flores decided to head to his own place and picked up his phone to send a message to his aunt, Leah Frost.

”Aunt Leah, I’ve just finished drinking with Nathaniel and the others, I’m a bit drunk. I’ll stay at a hotel nearby and come over after I wake up tomorrow. Please let Grandma and Grandpa know.”

After sending the message, Carson Flores was about to call a taxi to his own apartment when his phone rang.

Leah Frost.

Carson Flores was surprised. It was already half-past midnight, and she hadn’t slept yet?

Don’t all women care a lot about their beauty sleep?

Carson Flores quickly answered the phone, ”Aunt Leah...”

With a crisp voice, Leah Frost asked, ”What about Nathaniel and the others?”

Carson Flores replied, ”I let them go home first.”

Sounds of getting out of bed came from Leah Frost’s end, ”That guy, I told him to make sure they sent you home. Where are you? I’ll come and pick you up.”

Carson Flores hesitated for a moment before quickly saying, ”It’s too much trouble so late at night...”

Leah Frost cut him off, ”I’m your aunt; it’s no trouble. Just tell me where you are!”

Left without a choice, Carson Flores confessed, ”Aunt Leah, I’m not really drunk. I was just thinking it’s too late to come back and disturb Grandma and Grandpa’s rest. I...”

Leah Frost interrupted him again, ”Then take a taxi back. I’ll open the door for you. Don’t worry, Grandma and Grandpa’s room is very well soundproofed. You won’t disturb them. They’ve repeatedly told me this, and if you don’t come back, they’ll nag me all day tomorrow...”

With the conversation having reached this point, what else could Carson Flores say? He quickly agreed, ”Okay, I’ll call a taxi right away.”

”Mhm, waiting for you!”

Carson Flores hung up, called a taxi, and arrived at the gate of the villa. As soon as he got out of the car, the iron gate opened, and Leah Frost, in her pajamas, was leaning on her bedroom window sill, waving at Carson Flores.
