Doctor: I Can Synthesize Infinite Entries

Chapter 347: Chapter 233: Into the Imperial Capital! Pierce the Heavens

”With these two sets of highly persuasive statistical data, I can finish my paper. Then, we can proceed in two steps.”

”First, we’ll use our connections to reach the leaders of the relevant departments at the National Medical Products Administration. We’ll report Pfizer Pharmaceutical’s new drug and file a complaint, pushing for a nationwide sales ban and a complete recall.”

”Second, we’ll contact top international journals to publish this paper. We’ll use these prestigious publications to condemn and attack Pfizer Pharmaceutical! We’ll drag them into a massive scandal, and the people involved will become public pariahs.”

Jin Yihong and Jia Jun stared at Wu Ting in disbelief. This young man’s planning was brilliant, his mind was shrewd, and his methods were masterful.

Of course, the most crucial elements were Wu Ting’s keen observational skills and his top-tier knowledge and abilities in pharmaceutical research and development.

He had managed to deduce the severe toxic side effects of Pfizer Pharmaceutical’s new drug based on just a few isolated clinical cases.

This wasn’t just keen perception; it was a spirit of inquiry that dared to challenge authority.

An ordinary person would never have even considered it.

It was, after all, a new drug certified as safe by the FDA!

Seeing Wu Ting’s courage and fighting spirit, Jin Yihong and the others were deeply impressed.

”In that case, let’s head to Qinghe City at once.”

”We’ll go to Qinghe City Jin Country General Hospital first to meet with Dean Liu, finalize the paper, and compile all the statistical data.”

”Once we have concrete results, we’ll go to the National Medical Products Administration. We won’t bother with department heads; we’ll go straight to the Director-General. I have the connections for that.”

Jin Yihong was also a person of swift and decisive action.

She had been bottling up her frustration for a long time.

”The sooner the National Medical Products Administration pulls Pfizer’s problematic drug, the sooner we can stop patients from being poisoned by it.”

Jia Jun, standing to the side, was also eager to get started.

The final team for this operation consisted of Jin Yihong, Wu Ting, Zhang Heng, Jia Jun, and Deng Feifei.

The group boarded the earliest flight to Qinghe City.

At a little past three in the afternoon, the group arrived at Jin Country General Hospital.

Dean Liu Rong came to welcome them personally.

Liu Rong was also furious and indignant about Wu Ting’s reason for visiting.

Liu Rong found Pfizer’s actions utterly contemptible—resorting to tactics that completely disregarded the lives and safety of innocent patients just to win a commercial battle.

Therefore, Dean Liu was willing to offer his full support within the scope of his authority and capabilities.

After Wu Ting’s team arrived, Dean Liu ushered them into his office.

Wu Ting first requested the relevant clinical data. With Zhang Heng’s help, he finished compiling and summarizing the clinical cases.

The data and statistics from the animal experiments in Jia Jun’s lab were also ready.

Taking Deng Feifei’s high-performance laptop, Wu Ting put the finishing touches on his paper.

Everything was ready!

Next, Dean Liu began contacting several of his hospital’s leading experts in the field of liver tumors. He also reached out to relevant universities in Qinghe City and the chief department heads from other top-tier hospitals, inviting them to come.

Given Liu Rong’s influence, the attendees were all heavyweights in the field.

Moreover, by a fortunate coincidence, the World Health Organization Western Pacific Region’s workshop on Clinical Practice Guidelines for Traditional Medicine was about to be held, meaning a large number of top professors and experts had already gathered in Qinghe City.

At Liu Rong’s invitation, they all came to Jin Country General Hospital.

Among them were some of Wu Ting’s old acquaintances.

Professor Liang Ang from Lin Province Pinfan Hospital.

Professor Ma Mengchao from Jiuhua Hospital.

There were also several chief department heads from Qinghe City’s top hospitals: Qinghe Third Hospital, Qinghe Friendship Hospital, Qinghe City Chaoyang Hospital, and Qinghe Tiantan Hospital.

These were all top-ranked hospitals in Jin Country, and each of these chief department heads was a major figure that an ordinary doctor might never get the chance to meet in their entire career.

Today, they had all gathered here because of Wu Ting’s explosive paper.

Liang Ang and Ma Mengchao were both cordial and pleasantly surprised to see Wu Ting.

”Wu Ting, Wu Ting... I can’t believe it’s only been a few short months, and you’re already stirring up something this big again.”

”I never thought I’d see a doctor from one of our own Jin Country hospitals lead a research team to declare war on two titans like Pfizer and the FDA. Wu Ting, you’ve got guts!”

Liang Ang and Wu Ting knew each other well, so he spoke frankly.

Ma Mengchao’s expression as he looked at Wu Ting was more complicated. Lately, Wu Ting had moved completely beyond his control and had far surpassed his expectations.

Ma Mengchao felt a bit dazed looking at the man Wu Ting had become, unsure of how he should even interact with him now.

”Professor Liang, Professor Ma, a lot can change in a short time. Our Dr. Wu is now an attending physician, you know.”

Liu Rong had spoken with Wu Ting frequently recently, so he knew about his promotion to attending physician.

Hearing this from Liu Rong, the other heavyweights began to tease, ”Director Wu!”

Being called ”Director Wu” by these major figures actually made Wu Ting blush.

Of course, this half-joking, half-serious title was a genuine reflection of their acknowledgment of Wu Ting’s capabilities.

Addressing him as Director Wu, in a way, made the exchange between the experts and Wu Ting feel more natural and collegial. This was a discussion among peers, at the director level!

Wu Ting knew he couldn’t let Dean Liu Rong’s arrangements go to waste. Gathering more than a dozen of the nation’s top department heads here would provide powerful validation for his paper.
