Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 5035 The Commander Of The Opposing Army

The Celestial Transcendent stared at the Galaxy Wormhole before him when he suddenly opened his mouth.

”The second Galaxy Wormhole has been sealed before it could stabilize, but the seal wouldnʼt last long under the grinding force of the vast spiraling spatial tunnel. Quickly deploy scouts across the realm and instantly report all anomalies, especially wormhole and dimensional portal type anomalies.”

”Understood.”

Realm Master Malzor Hexadra hurriedly responded and instructed his subordinates.

The subordinates quickly spread out with messaging talismans held in their grasp, quickly sending and collecting information from the rear and further out into the realm. Their Hexadra Clan had a well-organized intelligence network, so even if the desolate air affected the messaging talismanʼs reach, it didnʼt affect their efficiency, as they had long prepared since it was already nearly two months from the time desolate air started wreaking havoc after the Divine Emperor of Deathʼs tribulation.

There was only a week or so left before it marked the sixtieth day of the start of the Half Desolate Era, which was the unofficial address given to this big incident at the moment.

Soon, the entire realm was scoured, and reports poured in with innumerable anomalies.

Although there were a few wormholes, there wasnʼt a third Galaxy Wormhole incident, temporarily allowing the Celestial Transcendent to shelve his worries. There were a few dimensional portals that appeared way before today, but they were already dealt with as they were sealed or forcefully closed.

Not many portals of Minor Dimensions could withstand attacks of a Primarch powerhouse.

Hence, they need not worry about this matter.

There were also Vacuous Beasts falling down from the ruins of the Primeval Universe Ruins, but they were not at the Exalt Stage and were quickly taken care of by the patrolling troops.

The Celestial Transcendent didnʼt think the Hexadra Clanʼs response was bad. In fact, they were even efficient. He was only worried about the Realm Master defecting, which in case will force the entire Hexadra Clan to defect since they wouldnʼt be spared according to the Common Laws of the Galaxy, which he inscribed himself.

Betrayal wasnʼt forgiven, and the entire power will be implicated.

Since Malzor Hexadra was the Patriarch of the Hexadra Clan and also the Realm Master, the Hexadra Clan will not be spared if he chooses to defect. His actions will have consequences resounding throughout the clan unless, of course, his elders and ancestors firmly opposed him and presented his head on a platter, but was that possible considering he was already a matured Realm Master whose prowess reached the Hierarch Stage while still in the Absolute Primarch Stage?

Still, the Celestial Transcendent also looked peeved sometimes, thinking it would be way better if the Hexadra Clan defected since he could uproot this cunning evil all in one fell swoop. However, the price of it is another galaxy gaining a foothold in an Upper Realm.

How did the humans conquer this galaxy from the Seraphims?

It was precisely because they gained a foothold in one of the realms that they managed to spread to the other realms and, in the end, finally managed to conquer the Greater Realm and take the entire Celestial Transcendent Galaxy for themselves.

Hence, he knew the humans should not definitely allow the Nine-Headed Hydra Galaxyʼs Nyssadra Clan to take control here.

Since they were capable of using poison, it would be very difficult to reclaim the realm if it were lost. With heaven and earth energy practically dwindling out to abysmal concentrations, the poison would take billions of years to clear out.

But at this moment, he also remembered the number of ways a Realm Core could be used.

This was a contribution from the Divine Emperor of Death to the human race. Unfortunately, he couldnʼt reward that person. As much as the information was significant, the other party was an Anarchic Divergent who grew to be a Desolate Divergent and brought the Semi-Desolate Era, which caused countless people to suffer.

Moreover, the information provided was still useless since they had no way to communicate with the Realm Core Spirit.

This left them at an impasse but if he could find the method, then the human race will probably become nearly invulnerable to siege of the other galaxies and become able to maintain their supremacy for a long period of time and even try to expand the frontlines to other galaxies so the Celestial Transcendent Galaxy can stay peaceful as much as possible and have less suffering as he intended from the very beginning.

”Hmm?”

At this moment, the Celestial Transcendent narrowed his eyes.

There was movement within the opposing army as the magical beasts began to part, allowing someone to stride forward to the front.

The others also reacted.

Realm Master Malzor Hexadra raised his hand, indicating for the army to not be restless and be ready at a momentʼs notice to strike.

The Elders, Grand Elders who led a number of Six-Headed Hydras that were at the peak of the Empyrean Stage, floated in the skies. Six Elders acted as the heads, one Grand Elder acted as the neck, which was the foundation of the Grand Battle Formation, and the 6 Six-Headed Hydras acting as the body, limbs, and the tail energized the war formation completely to a level where they could unleash terrifying prowess.

The manifestation of a King-Tier Six-Headed Hydra nearly took form in the air as it encompassed the members of the Hexadra Clan. There were as many as twelve of these Grand Battle Formations, each one capable of wreaking havoc.

However, this was quite the cruel formation since it expended the bloodsoul essences of the Six-Headed Hydras. But they need not worry easily since the hydras possess six lives and have a vast amount of energy due to their innate water attribute.

As both armies show signs of readying, a giant figure could be finally seen.

Seated on a platform carried by a number of Exalt Beast Turtles in four corners, there was a Nine-Headed Hydra in its full glory, its nine heads swaying and weaving among each other while its body rested like a lazy dragon.

Its massive body was draped in scales that shimmered with a purple-obsidian to an ocean-jade glow. Each scale was as large and harder than a Peak Exalt Grade Ore. Unlike the rugged, feral, and dangerous look of hydras, its figure possessed the sleek, lethal grace of a predator.

The most striking feature, however, was the nine heads that rose from her neck like flowering blossoms. Each of these nine heads was adorned with a set of magnificent obsidian horns that branched upward. These horns pulsed with a faint light of darkness.

The nine pairs of golden-purple eyes were like smoldering embers of amethyst.

”Hoho,” A melodious voice echoed, ”If it isnʼt our little kin, Six-Headed Hydras. My subordinates kept saying that the wormhole had connected to the traitors of our Nine-Headed Hydra Galaxy. I didnʼt believe it at first, but it finally makes sense. Mhm, are you the Realm Master of the Hexadra Clan? Well, what are you waiting for? Hurry up and beg for forgiveness. Thereʼs a chance you might be forgiven, and if you hand over the Realm Core, Iʼll even bestow you with my Emperor-Tier Blood Essence. What do you think?”

”…”

Many were stunned.

The Commander of the opposing army was a female magical beast? But on second thought, it didnʼt matter to them if the opposing Commander was a female or not, since they couldnʼt help but quiver as their bloodline trembled, making them feel extremely suppressed.

Even if they wanted to fight, it would be extremely difficult under the bloodline suppressed of this Emperor-Tier Nine-Headed Hydra, a Grand Ancestral Rank Magical Beast, and a True Exalt Beast!

Realm Master Malzor Hexadra appeared indifferent.

However, only those who knew him well would know he would jump at this offer like he had found the love of his life.

Emperor-Tier Blood Essence of a Nine-Headed Hydra? Which hydra could resist!?

”Who are you?” Regardless, Realm Master Malzor Hexadra growled as he went against bloodline pressure.

It was still easier for him to counteract this pressure since he was an Absolute Primarch, one tier higher than a True Exalt Beast that was comparable to a Supreme Primarch.

And with the Celestial Transcendentʼs three avatars standing around him like he was secretly protecting him when in reality he was going to seal him in one move, which would give some hidden entities here to act against him, he didnʼt dare act rashly.

”Hahaah~”

The female Emperor-Tier Nine-Headed Hydra Commander laughed amusedly, her laughter sounding more opulent as though she was a rich young lady, but with a piercing vibration that made the hearts of the Hexadra Clan shudder.

”Iʼm the Realm Master of the Third Hydra Upper Realm of the Nine-Headed Hydra Galaxy, Felza Nyssadra. Human fey, you would do well to remember my name and respect me like Iʼm your deity lest you become my next male slave of the night when I capture you.”

”…”

Realm Master Malzor Hexadraʼs expression darkened.
