The Cheat Emperor of the Culinary World

Since the customer has already come to us, all I need to do is provide them with effective herbal cuisine service.

After all, this customer was introduced to me by Wang Nuannuan, and if the deal is sealed, it will be a considerable income.

Wang Nuannuan is so enthusiastic, so I definitely can’t embarrass her.

The foundation of interpersonal interactions is built on mutual help and trust.

As a new chef like me, reputation is accumulated bit by bit in this way.

The Jin family father and daughter reviewed the customized herbal cuisine by Fu Yu and didn’t have any objections.

So Fu Yu additionally reminded: ”In Miss Jin’s condition, since you want to have herbal cuisine, you need to pay extra attention to your regular diet.”

Upon hearing this, Jin Yang immediately perked up, looked at Fu Yu, and said, ”Chef Fu, whatever advice you have, we’ll definitely pay extra attention once we get home.”

As he spoke, he formally picked up the paper and pen prepared on the table, ready to jot down notes.

Fu Yu nodded: ”For scar removal through diet therapy, one must pay attention to daily eating habits and distinguish between promoting and non-promoting foods. Avoid beef, lamb, dog meat, seafood, etc.; avoid spicy and irritating foods like chili peppers, onions, and leeks; avoid alcohol and smoking.”

”Additionally, in terms of fruit, like durian...”

”And it’d be best to go to a professional beauty institution, a more reliable one, for effective medical recovery and skin care...”

Every time Fu Yu mentioned a point, Jin Yang would write it down.

Meanwhile, Jin Nuannuan, the person concerned, was clearly a bit distracted at this time, staring at Fu Yu’s face, not sure what she was thinking.

After carefully jotting down all the points to note, Jin Yang was very satisfied with Fu Yu, the herbal culinary master: ”Alright, I’ve noted everything down carefully. We’ll definitely pay more attention when we go back! Thank you so much, Chef Fu.”

Fu Yu smiled and asked, ”Mr. Jin, since you’re planning to customize herbal cuisine, shall we discuss a specific dining time first? I have a lot going on here and can only come by once a week to cook herbal cuisine.”

Fu Yu explained his situation in detail.

Upon learning that Fu Yu had several other customers undergoing herbal diet therapy, Jin Yang quickly said, ”Our schedule is quite flexible, feel free to arrange it as you see fit.”

Yao Shi, who had been sitting quietly beside them, timely spoke up: ”Since the herbal cuisine has already been customized, if President Jin isn’t in a hurry, why not stay for lunch today and try the herbal cuisine?”

Jin Yang naturally had no objections.

So he turned to ask Jin Nuannuan, ”Xinxin, what do you think?”

Jin Nuannuan nonchalantly nodded, ”Sure, it’s almost noon anyway, let’s eat here.”

With the matter settled, a server came over and led the Jin family father and daughter to a private room, to wait for a while to taste the herbal cuisine.

Yao Shi then called the procurement staff according to the herbal cuisine recipe Fu Yu provided to arrange for the purchase of herbs and ingredients.

Since the music restaurant started handling herbal cuisine business, Yao Shi quickly established contact with a reputable local pharmacy with guaranteed herb quality.

The procurement staff can pick up goods from the pharmacy anytime there’s a need.

After finishing the call, Yao Shi sighed in relief, unable to hide the smile as he patted Fu Yu on the shoulder: ”Not bad, smoothly took on a big order. Let’s go, head over to the kitchen first, if you need anything, Chef Zhang will help you with it.”

Fu Yu followed Yao Shi out of the VIP room.

The two chatted as they walked.

Yao Shi first inquired about the cooking time for the herbal cuisine, and upon learning that it was quite laborious, he quickly called for Li Xintong.

”Manager Li, go check out which private room President Jin from the VIP room has been arranged in, then go and communicate with them to order. We’ll waive the bill for their lunch today.”

Li Xintong, as the front-end manager, was adept at handling such things, and after listening to the instructions, she hurried off.

Yao Shi led Fu Yu down the corridor to the front hall.

By this time, customers had already started coming into the restaurant for meals.

From the private rooms, laughter and dining noises occasionally filtered out as they passed by.

As they reached the entrance of Private Room 105, Yao Shi spotted the server who had earlier taken the Jin family father and daughter to their room, and signaled for Fu Yu to approach.

Upon seeing the boss, the server was about to call for someone but was motioned to remain silent.

Yao Shi quietly asked, ”Has Manager Li come over?”

The server quickly replied, ”No!”

Yao Shi nodded and instructed, ”Attend to these two guests carefully and accommodate their requests as much as possible.”

The server nodded repeatedly, ”Yes, boss.”

After giving instructions, Yao Shi prepared to leave with Fu Yu.

Just then, from the open private room door, Jin Nuannuan’s voice came, growing closer: ”My aunt is superstitious all day, how good can her best friend be? Only you would believe what they say. Herbal cuisine! If herbal cuisine were that effective, what would be the point of those medical beauty institutions? And those hospitals, who would want to eat medicine and get injections? Might as well all start eating herbal cuisine!”

Standing at the door, Yao Shi and Fu Yu both had their expressions change!

This woman changes faces faster than flipping a page!

She was obviously cooperative in the VIP room earlier and seemed satisfied with the customized herbal cuisine.

Why did she suddenly change her tone?

Jin Nuannuan seemed to have reached the doorway as her voice became clearer: ”I actually think these two scars are fine, some concealer can cover them up. Anyway, the black ink can’t be found, just consider it a keepsake. Only you believe that eating a couple of dishes can make the scars disappear, it’s not magic, medical beauty can’t even do it, how could this work...”

Yao Shi gave a look to Fu Yu, signaling him to leave together.

Internally, he felt his impression of the Jin family father and daughter plummet.

If they didn’t believe in the efficacy of herbal cuisine, why did they bother coming to customize it in the first place?

Since they had already decided to try herbal cuisine, what was the point of saying these things now?

Yao Shi couldn’t help but shake his head.

Such people are best dealt with less in the future.

No wonder the previous information revealed that the father and daughter had caused a big fuss because they weren’t satisfied with the results of medical beauty treatments.

Now it seems they are indeed troublesome individuals.

It remains to be seen if they’ll be satisfied after trying the herbal cuisine.

Clearly, one can’t take things lightly around them!

With that thought, Yao Shi stepped forward, ready to leave.

He walked in front, with Fu Yu following behind.

Just as Fu Yu reached the private room entrance, Jin Nuannuan came out from inside.

They locked eyes.

Fu Yu: Haha.

Jin Nuannuan: ...

Sitting inside the private room, Jin Yang was originally seeing Jin Nuannuan to the door when he unexpectedly saw Yao Shi and Fu Yu passing by.

Thinking of his previous conversation with Jin Nuannuan, his expression immediately changed.

It was like awkwardness had opened the door for embarrassment, and embarrassment entered the house!
