The Cheat Emperor of the Culinary World

Fu Yu walked into the VIP room, and everyone in the room looked over simultaneously at the sound.

Yao Shi, upon seeing Fu Yu, hurriedly introduced him, ”This is our shop’s herbal diet master, Fu Yu, Chef Fu.”

The two people present were visibly taken aback when they saw Fu Yu.

So young?

As he was being scrutinized, Fu Yu quickly glanced at the two people present.

The middle-aged man wore a business suit with a perfectly tailored fit.

If it were before, Fu Yu would only think the man was dressed very appropriately.

But now, seeing the other seated leisurely, paired with such an obviously expensive high-end suit, even without Zhao Meng’s prior reminder, he could instantly tell that this person was either wealthy or distinguished, not an ordinary person.

The young girl sitting beside the middle-aged man was dressed in branded casual wear, wearing a mask that only exposed her eyes, with gray contact lenses, her hair and eyebrows dyed in light colors, her exposed skin extremely fair.

A girl skilled in makeup and fashionably beautiful.

The middle-aged man showed a smiling expression and proactively greeted, ”Chef Fu, hello, I was recommended by Director Wang, I heard you are very skilled with herbal diets, this time, I came especially to visit you by reputation.”

The middle-aged man showed no hint of arrogance, speaking moderately, very politely, simply stating his purpose for coming.

But he called Wang Nuannuan as Director?

Fu Yu thought of Wang Nuannuan.

Initially, it was Liu Yici who helped introduce Wang Nuannuan to come to him for customized herbal diets.

He only knew this woman was also wealthy.

But he really did not know what she did for a living.

Moreover, if it was a recommendation from Wang Nuannuan, why didn’t she give him a heads up?

Looks like he should give Wang Nuannuan a call later to express his thanks.

After all, someone kindly introduced a herbal diet business, and if it succeeds, it would be quite a profitable income.

In a flash of thought, Fu Yu nodded towards the middle-aged man, smiling politely, ”Oh, so you’re a friend of Director Wang, nice to meet you.”

While Fu Yu exchanged greetings with the middle-aged man, the young girl simply sat quietly by the side, with a dark look in her eyes, clearly not very optimistic about this so-called herbal dietary therapy.

The middle-aged man looked at his daughter’s demeanor, not showing it on his face, but internally sighed helplessly.

He also knew he was clutching at straws in desperation, but right now there really were no better solutions.

Yao Shi started introducing them again.

The middle-aged man was called Jin Yang, and the young girl was his daughter, Jin Nuannuan.

Fu Yu walked over and sat opposite to Jin Nuannuan.

It was only then that Jin Nuannuan took off the mask from her face.

As Fu Yu had guessed, Jin Nuannuan was very beautiful, but there were two deep scratches from her nose wing to the corner of her eyes on her left side.

They looked like they were made by something sharp, two fine lines, nearly the same length, and over time, it had faded to only a faint scar.

Fu Yu immediately frowned.

It was clear she did not handle it well after being scratched, resulting in the mark still being there.

Although such a scar mark looked pretty light, not very severe, but... wanting to completely remove it is certainly not an easy task.

Thinking of this, Fu Yu honestly said, ”With your condition, herbal diets can only improve and adjust, but to leave no trace at all, you need to go to a professional dermatologist for treatment.”

Hearing this, they all slightly frowned, ”Can’t completely eliminate the mark?”

Fu Yu nodded, ”Although herbal diets can treat many diseases, regarding scar removal, the treatments are long and slow to show results. Moreover, I can see that the mark on your face should have been left because it was not properly handled after being scratched, making it even more difficult to treat.”

Jin Yang listened, worried, ”We’ve been to the medical aesthetics, mainly using ointment, local injection, treated for a while, the effect was just average.”

”Chef Fu, if we have customized herbal diets from you, how effective do you think it could be to treat my daughter’s facial scar?”

Fu Yu pondered for a bit, then said, ”I do have a few recipes specifically for treating scar-removing dietary treatments, quite suitable, but the specific effects still depend on Miss Jin’s physique, the degree of absorption of the medicinal effects, along with the coordination of treatment from the medical aesthetics side.”

Fu Yu’s words were rational and well-founded, unassailable.

Moreover, he didn’t exaggerate or sell with all sorts of miraculous effects of herbal diets.

Such a steady attitude, rather easy to evoke a sense of trust in people.

The Jin family’s expressions were diverse, but they evidently revised their impression of Fu Yu positively.

Yao Shi was visibly surprised, he looked at Fu Yu with approval, he didn’t expect the young man to improve so much in such a short time.

Doing things too dead-on, words too full should be avoided.

Fu Yu’s attitude was just right, really capturing the customer’s mind well, easily gaining the other’s favor.

As expected, just as Yao Shi anticipated, Jin Yang showed great interest inquiring, ”Chef Fu, do those recipes you mentioned have good effects on improving scars?”

Fu Yu made a sound of agreement, ”Food can chase away evils and calm the viscera, delight the spleen and soothe the mind to nourish the qi and blood.”

”Dietary nourishment can adjust spleen-stomach functions, make qi-blood flow have a source, the source unblockable, essence-blood full, naturally keeping the body’s functions healthy and vigorous.”

”And the scarring process is the repair process of tissue damage, scars are the marks formed after the skin tissue heals from damage.”

”When the skin suffers damage deep enough to reach the reticular dermis layer, any wound healing will accompany scar formation to varying degrees, the scar matrix is connective tissue, primarily composed of collagen fibers.”

”Therefore, in choosing herbal diet remedies, it focuses on supplementing and enhancing collagen fibers.”

Rapping off a food incompatibility chart on the spot was obviously not feasible.

Fu Yu braced himself to recall some content about herbal diet treatments for scar symptoms he had seen before, referencing some herbal diets he cooked in the past, while introducing them to the customers, reciting some knowledge he previously memorized by rote.

Thankfully the language skills and rhythm control skills acquired earlier were indeed mighty!

What he said was both professional and sounded very reliable.

The Jin family father and daughter clearly showed a convinced expression.

Jin Nuannuan, at the start of the initial impatience, her eyes now lit up with renewed hope.

Jin Yang directly spoke, ”Alright, alright, Chef Fu, how should this herbal diet be customized, you arrange it.”

Fu Yu nodded, ”If there aren’t any other questions, I need to first understand the specifics of this scar.”

”As for customizing the herbal diet, it will require a reasonable arrangement according to the scar’s condition, as well as Miss Jin’s personal physique and dietary habits.”
