Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 2050: Chapter 2043: Filing a Complaint

An Hao spoke to the child.

”Mom, you don’t need to worry. Teacher Yuan is very good to us! Today, it was Teacher Yuan who protected us, so Wang Xiaohu’s mom didn’t hit us!” Ning Chenyang explained honestly.

”It seems this Teacher Yuan is really good!” Zhang Yun had a high opinion of Yuan Yunong.

”Looks like it. Maybe before I was a bit... You were too emotionally sensitive!” An Hao laughed embarrassedly.

”It’s okay! You were also protecting your family! Preventing trouble before it starts! There’s nothing wrong with that!” Zhang Yun agreed with this approach.

...................

Liao Ting led her child past the entrance of the Ning Commander’s house, and Wang Xiaohu began to act spoiled, crying and refusing to leave.

”Mom, you have to hit them! They bullied me!”

Liao Ting stopped walking, thought about it, and realized going in now would be unwise.

How could she bring a child to someone’s doorstep to fight?

In this compound, she’s not afraid of anyone, but she still has some reservations about the Commander.

”Let’s just let it go this time. Tomorrow I’ll ask the teacher to talk to them about compensating a bit of money, to buy you some toys! Don’t hit now, hit them hard next time!” Liao Ting said.

”No, I want to hit! I want to hit them today! If you’re useless, I’ll go find grandma!” Wang Xiaohu persisted.

Liao Ting was also furious, typically she’s quite eloquent, after all, she’s a manager of a company, managing over a hundred people.

She often scolds her employees.

But it’s strange, today facing An Hao, she opened her mouth, but couldn’t say a word for a long time.

It was like her mind short-circuited!

People said, the daughter-in-law of the Ning Family is a military doctor.

She knows business and surgery, and is quite clever! Always smiling at people, but when she’s angry, she’s formidable.

Back then, she wanted to see how formidable this person was, but she felt she was defeated without even exerting herself.

The more Liao Ting thought about it, the more irritated she became, she forcefully pulled Wang Xiaohu: ”Stop talking nonsense! Mom has tolerated enough today! If you don’t listen, I’ll let your dad fix you when we get back!”

Wang Xiaohu was afraid of his father Wang Zhong, so upon hearing that his dad would fix him, he obediently closed his mouth.

He’s the type who only remembers eating, not the beating, getting into trouble right after being punished.

Liao Ting dragged Wang Xiaohu back home, both her father-in-law and husband were not there, only her mother-in-law was at home stretching her legs.

Mother-in-law Zhuang Wenhui used to dance ballet in the arts troupe when she was young, looking good and having a graceful body, refusing to age even after getting old.

She rarely did housework, mostly the service soldiers were busy with these chores.

When she heard her grandson was back, Zhuang Wenhui quickly put away her stretching, wanting to hug her grandson for a chat, but seeing the child like this, her eyes widened bigger than brass bells.

”What’s happened! Your face is bruised, and how come your teeth are missing?”

As Wang Xiaohu grew up, grandma found the real culprit, burst into tears and made a blood-stained complaint: ”I was beaten by Ning Chenyang and Ning Chenguang!”

”Oh dear! How could they hit so hard! Did you hit them?” Zhuang Wenhui was both angry and furious.

”No! My mouth is broken, and my teeth are gone. The teacher took me to see a doctor! How could I hit them!” Wang Xiaohu sobbed.

Seeing her precious grandson suffer so much grievance, Zhuang Wenhui felt her heart like it had been ripped away by someone.
