Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Capítulo 2005: Chapter 1998: Gossip Behind One’s Back

Indeed, the physical endurance of a soldier is extraordinary.

Hmm, and the arm strength isn’t bad either.

Those two kids are also great, but unfortunately, their physique is a bit lacking.

Teacher Liu packed up her things, walked out of the kindergarten, and just happened to see Yuan Yunong standing under the phoenix tree at the entrance, staring blankly at Qin Jian.

“Hey, be careful, or you’ll get stuck staring,” Teacher Liu teased her with a smile.

Yuan Yunong snapped back to reality and gave Teacher Liu a sidelong glance: “Sister Liu, don’t talk nonsense. Commander Qin is a married man.”

“That’s right! Commander Qin is a married man! Little Yuan, Sister Liu has to remind you, you can look all you want and think all you want, but don’t get yourself into trouble.” Teacher Liu said with a playful smile.

“Sister Liu, what are you talking about…” Yuan Yunong said with a helpless smile, “Do you think I have some ideas about him?”

“What? You don’t?” Teacher Liu smiled meaningfully, “Just now, who was it whose eyes were glued to him? Were you watching the adult or the kids?”

“Of course, I was looking at the kids. Besides, he was holding two kids at once, I was worried he couldn’t carry them back.” Yuan Yunong said.

“You sure have a lot on your mind. Alright, your little thoughts are written all over your face. Commander Qin is famous in our military district for being handsome, and he’s the son of the military district’s Commander. There are rows of girls who like him. But, it’s all for nothing, you’ve seen his wife! A top student from the Military Medical University, a doctor at the affiliated hospital! A perfect match!” Teacher Liu explained the situation to Yuan Yunong, worried she’d fall for Qin Jian.

So that this unmarried young girl doesn’t start daydreaming here.

Yuan Yunong said helplessly: “Sister Liu, you’re making it sound like I’ve really fallen for him. I don’t have those kinds of thoughts.”

“Really?” Teacher Liu didn’t trust the words of these girls who often say one thing and mean another.

Even though Yuan Yunong seems more mature than the other girls, she’s still young and unmarried. A man like Qin Jian, who is handsome, mature, with an impressive family background and excellent qualifications, can easily win their hearts.

Before, there was a young girl in the kindergarten who fell for Qin Jian at first sight.

After learning about his family’s situation, she could only suffer in unrequited love.

She secretly admired him for two years, and finally, with lingering fantasies about Qin Jian, she married another man.

On her wedding day, she still couldn’t get over Qin Jian in her heart.

In her words, it was that one look that ruined her life.

Now it’s Yuan Yunong working alongside her, this girl is very well-behaved, talks and acts with great maturity, knowing when to advance and retreat.

She liked Yuan Yunong a lot but didn’t want her to go through the same thing as the previous young girl.

“Really.” Yuan Yunong said with resignation, “I already have a boyfriend. In another two years, once we’re a bit older, we’ll get married.”

“Are you sure?” Teacher Liu asked,

“How could I be lying? Why don’t you trust me? Sister Liu!” Yuan Yunong looked at her with a hint of grievance.

“You’re not young anymore, why wait two years! Women are like flowers, they should marry when they’re in bud. Once you bloom, you’re not far from withering.”

The light in Yuan Yunong’s eyes dimmed slightly: “He’s very busy! So… I can only wait for him. I can’t help it, I’m so in love with him.”
