Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 450: Overwhelming Gap

Even though Nathan had the power of the absolute zero, it was useless compared to what the enemy had. It was still useless against an opponent with so much strength.

Nathan might have ten thousand ena, but his opponent might have a few hundred thousand ena, if not more.

He couldnʼt bridge the gap of 30 times or more ena with only the absolute zero.

As a result, Daniel was still dominating the battle.

The same applied to his familiars.

Fenrir pounced on Jisawn with his normal size. As expected, Jisawn caught his paw with his bare hand.

Without hesitation, Fenrir used the Gigantification, planning to use weight against him instead. However, it was useless.

A black circle suddenly appeared on Fenrirʼs head. It flew like a rope and wrapped around his neck.

”!!!” Fenrir tried to get away, but he couldnʼt abandon his duty. As a result, his neck was captured.

To Fenrirʼs surprise, even with all his weight, the black circle suddenly pulled his neck back and flung him into the air.

”Gah!” Fenrir gritted his teeth. Even with his tough skin, it was still painful.

In addition, he was being dragged like a little kid. Fenrir struggled to break it, so Jinwu soared into the sky.

”Begone, darkness!” Jinwu released his sun form, trying to burn away the darkness.

It flared up, but for some reason, the black rope recovered at a much faster pace.

Meanwhile, the four-winged fallen angel Jisawn had summoned took this opportunity to attack Jinwu.

”Darkness Containment.” The fallen angel clapped his hands. A black sphere suddenly appeared around Jinwu, containing all his heat. Jinwu was burning it, but to no avail as the darkness regenerated at such high speed.

”GO!” Nidhogg released his chaos flame and exploded around Jinwu to disrupt the flow of the darkness sphere, but even with both of their attacks, they couldnʼt break it.

”You should have focused on me instead.” A bull-person punched Nidhogg with his fist and knocked his head to the ground.

”Kh.” Nidhogg gritted his teeth.

Anubis had done the same thing. He used his domain to create the golden courtroom, as well as his five guardians.

But their opponent was a cat-person with black ears. She extended her nail and waved her paws around, leaving behind multiple claw attacks.

The guardian blocked two of them, but the fighter had one of its hands cut down. More importantly, the mummy magician and the archer were already sliced into pieces.

Seeing this development, the assassin wanted to ambush her, but she managed to track him down and grabbed his neck.

The assassin grabbed her wrists and tried to free himself, but to no avail. In the end, the cat-person crushed his neck and threw him like trash.

Fenrir gritted his teeth. Nathan had told them about the enemyʼs strength. He suspected that even a single familiar could defeat them. But all of them had to fight familiars of that level or the summoner himself.

Although he had expected this result, it was still frustrating. In the end, they were divine beasts. If not for the fact that the gap between them was at least twenty times or thirty times stronger, they wouldnʼt be this miserable.

Still, the one who suffered the most was Nathan.

Nathan gritted his teeth. Anubis was healing him, but at this rate, Daniel would break him much faster than Anubis could. If he lost his consciousness, it would be over.

Daniel punched him in the side. Nathan blocked it with both hands and even used the Absolute Zero to freeze him almost immediately.

However, Daniel, who had been expecting this power, simply broke the ice almost instantly. This was why one should reveal the trump card during the decisive moment.

If they revealed their card too early, the enemy would most likely get used to it and render it useless.

He broke Nathanʼs arm and a few of his ribs again. Nathanʼs body was flung into the air and fell deep into the snow.

Nathan coughed a few times as blood was already leaking out of his mouth, nose, and eyes. It was to the point where his consciousness had become a bit fuzzy.

Even with Anubisʼ healing ability, he was afraid he couldnʼt last longer.

Nathan gritted his teeth and still stood up. He looked at Daniel while snorting. ”It looks like youʼre nothing special. You canʼt even knock me down.”

”You brat.” Daniel clenched his hands into fists. If not for the order not to kill anyone for future summoning or other things, he would have killed him.

Nathan knew this and used it to his advantage.

The girls were not in the position to worry about Nathan either.

Kana had a total of four familiars.

The first one was a plant-like lady. She was facing Risa and Yin Zhen.

The second familiar was a muscular one-eyed ogre who personally handled all of Alavenyaʼs familiars. Her third familiar focused on Brunhild and Asmodeus, while the last one fought Alavenya personally.

Meanwhile, Sera was in charge of supporting the whole group. All that was left were Selena and Kana.

Selena moved forward and created a sweeping force from the bottom.

Kana halted her step and stomped the ground, creating a force that was rather similar but ten times more powerful than Selenaʼs sweeping force. It overwhelmed Selenaʼs sweeping force and created a wave of snow.

Selenaʼs avatar punched that wave and broke it apart. Its fist continued toward Kana, but the latter jumped into the air and dropped a kick on the avatarʼs arm.

In that instant, the avatar fell down with cracks all over its body.

Kana then used the half-destroyed arm as her footing to leap toward Selena.

Selena waved her wand while gathering her ena at the tip.

Kana didnʼt seem to be scared. She looked like she was trying to grab the head of the staff, which caused the ena to burst.

To Selenaʼs surprise, that burst was dispersed in an instant, which startled her. Kana grabbed the wandʼs head.

Because Selena refused to let it go, Kana used it to support her entire body and extended her other hand to Selenaʼs face.

”Jealous? An ant doesnʼt deserve to be jealous. I will let you see how I will love your man passionately.” Kana smirked and slammed Selenaʼs head to the ground.

Bam!
