Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 403: Shocking the School

Even though they were being overwhelmed on stage, Nathan and Vivian could still see several people rushing out of the hall.

Both of them had the same thought. ʼThe fish has taken the bait.ʼ

Vivian had prepared this venue while Nathan had been preparing for everything that they needed to make the matter big enough for them to take advantage of.

Whether it was through Selena, Sera, or him personally, he had spread the word about this presentation.

And obviously, those people sent their spies to watch the presentation, wondering what kind of presentation Nathan had prepared in order to shock them.

Those people immediately used the teleportation circle without being bothered by the cost and teleported to their respective destinations.

The first ones to hear the news were the Silent Night Tea Party and the Merchant Association in the Frexia Academy.

…

Merchant Association.

Ricky stood up with a shocked expression. ”What did you say? A Magic Weapon that can change the world?”

The guy lowered his head. ”I didnʼt utter any lies. Iʼd witnessed everything with my own eyes, including how a normal guard is able to release a strike using ena.”

Ricky was shocked to the core. He never thought that the presentation they had been waiting for was something that could literally change the world.

Nathanʼs identity as a unique summoner had spread to the world, but after this incident, his name would be linked directly to Vivian, as both of them had changed the world. From just a unique summoner, he had become a figure that could change the world.

In that case, what could they, a mere Merchant Association in school, do?

”This is not good. The Merchant Association doesnʼt have anything to entice him anymore.” Ricky bit his lips. ”It was no wonder why he rejected our offers back then, stating that one week later we would change it. Instead of changing it, we would drop it. The Merchant Association truly couldnʼt afford him.”

Ricky leaned on his chair while rubbing his forehead. ”What are we supposed to do now?”

”Ricky…” August called his name with a solemn expression.

”What? Do you have an idea?”

August shook his head. ”Iʼm just trying to convey my fatherʼs message. He will handle this matter personally.”

Rickyʼs expression darkened. Considering Nathan had worked with Elder Thompson and Elder Dwarf Zalton, it wouldnʼt be weird if his father, the head of the Blacksmith Guild, knew about this.

In addition, Nathan had identified earthquakes, which allowed the research to go smoothly.

Of course, his father would definitely take action.

In fact, had Ricky passed this news to his father… No, his father would most likely find out soon and tell him not to get involved with Nathan anymore because he would have to personally handle this matter.

Ricky raised his head to the ceiling while sighing. ”We have been had. We should have pursued him and made sure he joined us before he became this big…”

”What should we do with the club?”

Ricky chuckled. ”They, too, are unable to do anything.”

…

Silent Night Tea Party.

As Ricky said, Caroline was meeting with the club president when hearing this news.

Both of them were speechless.

”He…” Caroline scratched the back of her head.

”He is already out of reach. Nothing we can offer will be able to entice him. In fact, a lot of huge influences will be coming for him to offer him something much better just to get the technology.

”As a noble, you should know what kind of military might one will possess if they equip their soldiers with magic weapons.”

Caroline nodded. ”If a kingdom possesses it, they will be able to dominate the lands. In addition, their fights against the aliens will be much smoother, which will allow them to get more cores. In addition, if they can make an exclusive deal, they will be able to stop anyone from using this technology.

”In addition, Vice Principal Vivian will be working with some people for further developments.

”With the first presentation alone, he has become someone too much for us to handle. In fact, there will be a lot of people supporting the first presentation as a way to show their interest in the magic weapons.

”Hence, it will make the registration process much faster. In fact, all the students in the academy might get their certification soon.” Caroline nodded with a serious expression. ”Now that I think about it, where is Rudeus?”

He chuckled. ”You are asking a dumb question there. He must have run back to his kingdom after hearing the news to report this matter. In the end, he is from the Liaystian Kingdom while we are from the Azilia Kingdom.

”In fact, even the Holy Kingdom might get involved in this matter.”

Carolineʼs expression turned serious. ”Are we going to back out after this?”

”Yes. In fact, your father might get involved directly. No, Iʼm afraid that the palace is busy today.”

Caroline couldnʼt help but recall what had happened in the past few days.

Nathan had been playing around as if he was preparing something. He must have realized this would happen.

However, there was one thing they might be able to do.

”Your father might even force you to seduce him with everything you have.”

Caroline smiled wryly. ”In the end, I canʼt escape my fate. Then again, itʼs not like heʼs a bad guy. If thatʼs the case, I should go to Sera and Selena to get along with them before anything can happen.”

Little did she know, Selena and Sera had prepared for this. Nathan had told them and left them with something to use.

For Selena, it would be the impact that this presentation would bring to Count Ashton. He would definitely try to kill them, but other than that, he wouldnʼt be able to do anything because the others would definitely willingly suppress him to curry her or Nathanʼs favor.

On the other hand, Sera received a letter from Nathan. And she had followed the instruction and handed it to the archbishop of the Holy Kingdom.
