My Players Are So Fierce

Chapter 3008 -1002: First Power Armor, Then True Gundam—Are You Treating Our Design Bureau Like Monkeys? (Table Flip)

Loyal Brother’s efficiency in action is unparalleled.

By the afternoon of the second day after the release of preliminary materials for the new version, a series of blueprints personally replicated by him were delivered to Lord Qin in the form of photos and, after a series of highly reliable transmissions, reached experts in another world.

The interpretation and study of futuristic technology has always been challenging, so the professionals invited to attend this “offline tasting meeting” are bona fide bigwigs. They were invited to a safe house, exchanged pleasantries after taking their seats, and were then assigned to different rooms according to their separate fields of research.

There, official personnel distributed various collected materials to the group, mostly processed photos, along with some replicated technical documents.

Viewing is allowed, discussion is allowed, but photographs cannot be taken, and items cannot be taken away. Moreover, before entering each room, an exceptionally strict confidentiality agreement must be signed.

The bigwigs are all seasoned figures; just seeing the setup and process let them know that something big is going to be announced today. They swiftly signed the agreements and eagerly prepared to appraise those mysterious things.

But after they personally saw the disclosed documents, the bigwigs, who were looking at each other in dismay, realized they had underestimated the matter.

“So, did we really find a crashed Cybertronian on the far side of the moon?”

In a room related to advanced mechanization, several bespectacled bigwigs looked at their complex technological documents; one gray-haired elder pushed up his glasses and placed the “Pioneer-class Creator Power Armor” schematic on the table.

While rubbing his temples, he jokingly said:

“Not to mention, if it weren’t for today’s genuinely hardcore setup, I would have thought this was some new April Fool’s joke. Do you guys really think this thing could be made with such exaggerated specifications in reality?”

“From a purely mechanical standpoint, it’s at least theoretically feasible. They’ve given us some blueprints, and these parameters surely aren’t just randomly written nonsense.”

Another bigwig took a sip of tea to calm his nerves, looked over the technical document again, and said:

“But with this output power and its light-energy batteries, within at least fifty years, not to mention replicating it, we can’t even determine the technical route. We haven’t figured out cold fusion yet, considering these celestial technology-like things are purely wasting time.

Before solving the energy issue, theoretically feasible things are just used to swindle funding.”

“Distinguished experts, let me remind you again, today we are not discussing whether these technologies can be applied concretely.”

The official personnel in the room gently reminded:

“Gathering everyone here during their busy schedules is to verify whether the technical data of this weapon is authentic, without considering the energy issue first. Let’s assume we have already mastered similar technology…”

“Ah? So, have we truly mastered something more sci-fi than science fiction?”

The first bigwig to speak had his eyes widened, exclaiming:

“Could I have predicted correctly? Did our people really find something incredible after going to the moon?”

“Ahem, just hypothetically.”

The official personnel helplessly pointed to the documents on the table, saying:

“I can’t say much else; please complete the technical verification first.”

“Um… young man, may I boldly ask you a question.”

The tea-drinking bigwig squinted as he glanced out the window, he said:

“There are at least thirteen rooms here. If each room has seniors like us discussing similar things, it means you’ve acquired at least thirteen fields of technical documents that, under current technology, can only be understood as ‘sci-fi.’ On top of that, although the photos have been processed, I can still notice a uniform timestamp.”

“Right! There’s also an issue with the translation.”

A thin bigwig removed his glasses and said:

“This is clearly translated from another language into Chinese; despite the effort to make it clear, there are still some evidently coined terms, such as this… ‘unknown technology high-energy matrix and kinetic force field generator.’

Honestly, when I was reading this thing, I almost bit my tongue. If these weren’t official documents, I’d have thought I was reading a third-rate sci-fi novel.

But then again, since it’s an official event, I believe that this is definitely not something conjured up by a few writers brainstorming.

From what I’ve currently seen in the technical documentation, I can ascertain that this set of Pioneer-class Power Armor’s parameters appear extremely exaggerated, but if all the technology here can be realized, then it couldn’t be fake.”

“Yes, even the best sci-fi literature can’t fabricate such overly hardcore technical theories.”

The tea-drinking bigwig coughed, lengthened his voice, and said to the now-sweating official personnel:

“I say, since we old fellows are already here, can’t you show us some ‘real stuff’? What value do mere blueprints have? What’s truly valuable is the application of these technologies. Honestly, if I could achieve high-energy battery miniaturization, why still create this low-cost-effectiveness individual weapon?

Wouldn’t it be better used to build a weapon platform?
