Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 299: Chapter 263: Just Arrived at the School Gate and Taught the Thugs a Lesson

After stepping out of the Mercedes-Benz RV, Zhao Rong looked at the cursing thug and pulled a photo from his pocket. It was the picture of Lu Xiaoqiang the chairman had given him. The man in the photo had dark skin and wore a pair of black-framed glasses.

Zhao Rong looked up at the thug not far away and thought, Damn, this guy who claims to be Lu Xiaoqiang also has dark skin and wears a pair of black-framed glasses.

He continued to examine the photo. The man in it had thick lips, and his neck was covered with flat warts. Zhao Rong glanced back at the thug in front of him; he also had thick lips and several flat warts on his neck. At this, Zhao Rong was overjoyed.

As he walked toward the thug, he thought to himself, My God, this mission is way too easy. I haven’t even reached the Sports Academy, and I’ve already run into the so-called Lu Xiaoqiang.

So, Zhao Rong stepped forward to confirm, asking the thug, ”Are you the student Lu Xiaoqiang from the Sports Academy?”

Hearing that the person who had just stepped out of a Mercedes-Benz RV knew him, the thug Lu Xiaoqiang immediately puffed up his chest and boasted, ”I’m the biggest troublemaker at the Sports Academy, feared by all and a terror to ghosts, the one who kills without blinking—Lu Xiaoqiang, also known as Little Whirlwind!”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong’s heart leaped with joy. Just now, when I got into the RV, the chairman specifically instructed me that if I caught Lu Xiaoqiang, I should beat him up first, no questions asked, to vent the chairman’s anger. We could talk afterward.

Clenching his fists, Zhao Rong asked again for confirmation. ”Are you sure you’re Lu Xiaoqiang from the Sports Academy?”

The thug Lu Xiaoqiang looked at Zhao Rong and thought, Is this guy scared of me? I never expected my reputation to be so great. I’m not only notorious within the Sports Academy but also intimidating outside of it...

Therefore, Lu Xiaoqiang took a step forward, puffed out his chest, and tilted his head toward the sky. ”I am Lu Xiaoqiang,” he said arrogantly. ”You think you can lay a hand on me?”

After confirming for the third time that the man before him was indeed Lu Xiaoqiang, Zhao Rong grabbed him and drove a fist into his stomach.

Struck by the heavy blow, Lu Xiaoqiang clutched his stomach and doubled over. ”Damn it, you really hit me?”

Next, Zhao Rong grabbed Lu Xiaoqiang’s hair and slammed his knee into the thug’s face twice. Instantly, Lu Xiaoqiang’s nose began to gush blood, and his face swelled up. With his nose bleeding, Lu Xiaoqiang stared at Zhao Rong and shouted, ”Damn it, didn’t you say you knew me? Since you know my name and that I’m a notorious thug around here, how dare you hit me?”

Before Lu Xiaoqiang could finish, Zhao Rong picked up a brick from the ground and smashed it against his back several times. ”This is for stealing the chairman’s corporate secrets! For betraying the chairman! For being a disloyal, unjust, and unfilial corporate spy! Now you can taste the high price for selling out Hongda Company!”

Beaten to the ground, the thug Lu Xiaoqiang wailed, ”I’ve been collecting protection money for years, and I’ve always been the one hitting others! But today, not only do you refuse to pay, but you dare to assault me?”

Zhao Rong kicked the man lying on the ground with all his might. ”I’m not just going to beat you,” he snarled. ”I’m going to drag you back to Hongda Company and hand you over to the chairman! We’ll let the law deal with a corporate spy like you! Hopefully, you’ll get a life sentence!”

Bleeding all over the ground, Lu Xiaoqiang said pitifully, ”I just blocked your Mercedes-Benz RV to collect a little protection money! Do you really have to beat me this badly, send me to court, and sentence me to life? Is it that serious?”

At that moment, the other thugs who had been standing by in a daze finally rushed over. Pointing at Zhao Rong, they cursed, ”You dare hit our boss? Are you asking for death?” As they spoke, they pulled out machetes, daggers, and hammers and charged at Zhao Rong.

Seeing them charge at him, Zhao Rong turned and warned them, ”I came to the Sports Academy for the corporate spy, Lu Xiaoqiang. This has nothing to do with you. If you know what’s good for you, get the hell out of here!”

When the thugs heard that their big brother Lu Xiaoqiang, the guy they ate, drank, and gambled with every day, was some kind of corporate spy, they were stunned. The thug with the dagger said in surprise, ”No way. The boss just likes to read some books on business... I never imagined he was actually a corporate spy.”

The one with the machete recalled his time with Lu Xiaoqiang. ”To outsiders, Big Brother Lu Xiaoqiang always seemed like all brawn and no brains... But today I learned he was hiding another identity. A corporate spy... who would have thought...”

The thug holding a hammer took three steps back. ”Looks like Big Brother Lu Xiaoqiang has definitely messed with some powerful interest group,” he said. ”Otherwise, they wouldn’t have sent such a badass assassin to teach him a lesson. I think we three should run. If we stay here, we’ll die with him...”

With that, the three thugs dropped their weapons and fled.

Seeing his underlings flee, Lu Xiaoqiang scrambled up from the ground. He hugged Zhao Rong’s leg, kowtowing as he spoke. ”Big brother, you must have the wrong person! I’m just a small-time thug named Lu Xiaoqiang, not some corporate spy! Besides, I only came to the Sports Academy on a special admission because my grades were bad. If I were smart enough to be a corporate spy, I wouldn’t be messing around here!”

Saying this, the thug begged Zhao Rong to let him go.

Zhao Rong smiled at the thug before him and delivered two loud slaps across his face. ”Do you think I’m an idiot?” he said. ”Did you really think you could fool a bodyguard as smart as me with just a few words?”

With his mouth now bleeding from the slaps, Lu Xiaoqiang felt he couldn’t clear his name even if he jumped into the Yellow River. At this moment, he didn’t hate anyone except the person who had given him the name Lu Xiaoqiang all those years ago.

Just as the thug was feeling helpless, Miss Lili, the beautiful Yu Lan, and the beautiful Xuelian got out of the Mercedes-Benz RV one by one.

Miss Lili stepped forward, grabbed Zhao Rong’s left hand, and said, ”Brother Zhao Rong, teaching these road bullies a lesson is enough. You don’t have to be so harsh. After all, he’s just a student...”

The beautiful Xuelian looked at the thug, who was beaten black and blue by Zhao Rong and was now unrecognizable. She shook her head, helped him up from the ground, and said, ”You’re really clueless, aren’t you? Of all the people to demand protection money from, you chose Brother Zhao Rong. You really brought this on yourself...”

The beautiful Yu Lan took out some alcohol and iodine from her pocket and began to clean the wounds on the thug’s face. ”Young man, you live and you learn. Just focus on being a good student,” she said. ”You should know that if you run with the gangs, you’ll have to pay the price sooner or later...”

Only then did Zhao Rong stop. He said to the three women, ”You shouldn’t feel sorry for this thug. He’s the one we came to the Sports Academy to find—the corporate spy Lu Xiaoqiang, the one who sold out Hongda Company’s secrets...”

With that, Zhao Rong handed them the photo from the chairman.

Realizing Zhao Rong had made a mistake, Miss Lili quickly corrected him. ”Brother Zhao Rong, you’ve really got it wrong! Don’t you remember? When we were leaving, my father, the chairman, told you that the corporate spy Lu Xiaoqiang had undergone extensive plastic surgery before infiltrating the Sports Academy...”

The beautiful Yu Lan also reminded him, ”Brother Zhao Rong, didn’t the chairman also say that the spy Lu Xiaoqiang was originally under 1.7 meters tall but had limb-lengthening surgery to reach 1.8 meters?”

And Xuelian, looking at the thug with pity, added, ”Brother Zhao Rong, it’s obvious this thug hasn’t had any plastic surgery...”

Finally, the three women said in unison, ”So, Brother Zhao Rong, you beat up the wrong person!”

Zhao Rong was stunned. Scratching the back of his head, he said awkwardly, ”Damn, if you hadn’t reminded me, I would’ve completely forgotten about that... It seems I really did beat up the wrong guy...”

Zhao Rong decided to compensate the thug. He reached his right hand into his pocket, touching the Magic Ring, preparing to take out ten thousand yuan for the man to go to the hospital.

However, when Lu Xiaoqiang saw Zhao Rong reach into his pocket, he immediately thought, Oh God, it’s over! He’s definitely pulling out a weapon! He must know he beat up the wrong person, so now he’s going to kill me to silence me!

In a flash, before Zhao Rong could react, the thug turned and fled like a rabbit.

Just then, Zhao Rong had pulled ten thousand yuan in cash from the Magic Ring, ready to compensate the thug for his physical and emotional damages. He never expected the thug to refuse the money and run away. Watching the man’s retreating figure, Zhao Rong put the ten thousand yuan back into the Magic Ring.

Looking at the Sports Academy in the distance, he said to the three women beside him, ”Since the academy is right ahead, we can let the driver go back. Let’s grab our backpacks from the RV and walk the rest of the way.”

With that, Zhao Rong led the three women toward the Sports Academy.

Meanwhile, Mu Xiping, known as the number one lecher of the Sports Academy, was wandering around the entrance, looking for a beautiful girl to take advantage of. But after searching for a while, he couldn’t find anyone who caught his eye.

Just as Mu Xiping was about to give up, he suddenly spotted three stunning beauties trailing behind a short man in the distance. Instantly, Mu Xiping’s eyes lit up. He gazed lecherously at Miss Lili, the beautiful Yu Lan, and the beautiful Xuelian, muttering to himself, ”Three beauties, just in time. I’ll let you experience my Groping Dragon Claw...”

With that, Mu Xiping spread his hands into claws and lunged, aiming for the women’s chests.
