Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

The Vice Principal sent Ghost Catching Taoist Priest Sanyi flying with a front kick, and he crashed heavily to the ground. Clutching his ribs and spitting out a mouthful of blood, he looked at the Vice Principal and said, ”Vice Principal, I had no idea you had been pretending for all these years. We all thought you were just a fragile, effeminate man, but now I see you’re a violent brute…”

Before Taoist Priest Sanyi could finish, Zhao Rong snapped his fingers and commanded his assistant, ”Assistant, next.”

Hearing this, the assistant immediately dropped the half-dead Ghost Catching Taoist Priest Zhengyi and moved toward Ghost Catching Taoist Priest Sanyi. As he walked, the assistant cursed, ”You Ghost Catching Taoist Priests are downright evil! Following Principal Zhao Bo, you’ve killed who knows how many new students at the Ghost Hunting Academy…” With that, the assistant leaped onto Taoist Priest Sanyi and began ruthlessly punching him in the face.

The Vice Principal then turned his attention to Ghost Catching Taoist Priest Quanzhen. Grinding his teeth and glaring, he said, ”Taoist Priest Quanzhen, out of you four, you are the worst.

”Back when I was putting on an act, I endured no small amount of bullying from you. There were even times your bullying was so severe that I almost couldn’t keep up the act.

”But to find the true killer of my wife and daughter, I kept telling myself that I must bear the small grievances for the sake of the greater plan. So, facing your harassment, I swallowed my pride and bore it over and over. Today, at last, I don’t have to endure it anymore!”

Facing the Vice Principal’s fierce pressure, Taoist Priest Quanzhen retreated, pleading fearfully, ”Vice Principal, you are a magnanimous person, please forgive me! If I had known you were just putting on an act, I wouldn’t have bullied you. If I had known you were this tough, this formidable, this violent, I certainly wouldn’t have bullied you…”

Hearing Taoist Priest Quanzhen’s words made the Vice Principal even more furious. He roared, ”Does being honest, being weak, or being easy-going mean a person deserves to be bullied, deceived, and beaten?”

With that, the Vice Principal performed a front flip, landing right in front of Taoist Priest Quanzhen. He grabbed the man’s hair with both hands, pulled his head down to his waist, and then furiously began smashing his knees alternately into his face. The Vice Principal’s knees were like two motors, rapidly and ceaselessly pounding Taoist Priest Quanzhen’s face.

In just a short while, the Vice Principal had beaten Taoist Priest Quanzhen so badly he was disfigured and collapsed unconscious on the ground.

Having finally gotten his revenge, the Vice Principal took a long, deep breath and said to his assistant, ”Assistant, this villain is all yours.”

Hearing this, the assistant climbed off Taoist Priest Sanyi and walked over. ”Vice Principal, you’ve already knocked him unconscious. How am I supposed to deal with him now?”

The Vice Principal immediately grabbed a nearby bottle of mineral water, poured it on Taoist Priest Quanzhen’s face, and said, ”This guy has a bad habit of playing dead. Now that he’s awake, Assistant, he’s all yours.”

Seeing that Taoist Priest Quanzhen was indeed playing dead, the assistant was momentarily stunned. Man, this guy’s habits are just like mine. He likes playing dead, too. But when I play dead, I always show some flaws… You, on the other hand, play dead so convincingly. You’re a real professional. With that thought, the assistant proceeded to give the feigning Taoist Priest Quanzhen a thorough beating.

Next, the Vice Principal faced the last of the four, their leader, Ghost Catching Taoist Priest Laoshan. He picked up a brick from the ground and approached him. ”Boy,” he said, ”are you thinking that one day you’ll take my place and become the Vice Principal of the Ghost Hunting Academy?”

Seeing the brick in the Vice Principal’s hand, Taoist Priest Laoshan trembled with fear. He begged for mercy, saying, ”Vice Principal, please don’t misunderstand! Even if I wanted to take your place, that would have been while Principal Zhao Bo was still around. Now that he’s gone, you’re the boss! All of us, the four great Ghost Catching Taoist Priests, will listen to you, follow your lead, and be your underlings…”

Having said that, Taoist Priest Laoshan bowed and scraped, looking at the Vice Principal like a fawning dog.

The Vice Principal scoffed. ”Kid, don’t think for a second I don’t know that you’re the most scheming, trickiest, and most malicious of the four. Many of the harmful plots were drafted by you. And you were definitely involved in the conspiracy to kill my wife and child.”

Upon hearing this, Taoist Priest Laoshan immediately knelt before the Vice Principal. While kowtowing, he pleaded, ”Vice Principal, it’s not my fault! The blame lies with Principal Zhao Bo! He was overcome with lust and coveted your wife. That’s why he had me trick her into coming to him. But I never expected that beast, Principal Zhao Bo, would first violate your wife and then harm her.”

Hearing this, the Vice Principal recalled Zhao Bo’s final words. He said aloud, ”Before he died, Zhao Bo told me that my wife and daughter had discovered his secret, so he killed them. But you claim it was because he was infatuated with my wife’s beauty that he killed her. Which is the correct answer?”

Hearing the Vice Principal’s eagerness for the truth, Ghost-Hunting Instructor Laoshan immediately used this as a bargaining chip. ”Vice Principal, if you spare me, I’ll tell you the secret right away!”

Nearby, Zhao Rong overheard this and realized the mystery of the Vice Principal’s family’s murder had suddenly become even more complicated. He also couldn’t figure out the real reason they were killed.

At that moment, the Vice Principal could no longer control his emotions. He snatched a dagger that had fallen to the ground, held it to Taoist Priest Laoshan’s neck, and snarled, ”Speak now, or I’ll take your life!”

Taoist Priest Laoshan knew he had leverage. He wasn’t afraid and instead teased him, ”You can kill me if you want, but then you’ll never learn this earth-shattering secret.”

The Vice Principal’s hands trembled with rage, yet he was powerless to act.

Just then, Zhao Rong walked over. He patted the Vice Principal’s shoulder, then looked at Taoist Priest Laoshan with a relaxed expression. ”I have a way to make him confess truthfully,” he said, before instructing his assistant to bring over a large urn.
