Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

So, Zhao Rong looked at Wang Meili and said, ”Meili, since you’ve invited me to shower at your dorm, it would be rude of me to refuse.” With that, he followed Wang Meili toward her dormitory.

Hearing his words, Wang Meili looked at him shyly. ”Zhao Rong, it was clearly you who hinted that you wanted to shower at my dorm, and that’s why I brought you here. How can you say that I was the one who invited you? After all, I’m a girl...”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong was bewildered. Did I hint at that? I was talking to Hua Zi the whole time. I don’t think I said a single word to Wang Meili.

Suddenly, it dawned on him. When he was talking to Hua Zi, Wang Meili must have thought he was talking to her. She had mistaken his replies to Hua Zi as being meant for her.

Just as Zhao Rong was about to explain, Wang Meili grabbed his hand. ”Never mind, Zhao Rong. Even though you hinted first, I’ll take the blame. Just pretend that it was me, Wang Meili, who invited you to my dorm to take a shower. After all, you’re the principal of the school now, a person of status. You have to maintain your image. As for me, I don’t have to be so careful. I’m not a public figure.” With that said, Wang Meili prepared to pull Zhao Rong away to her dorm for a shower and then to bed.

Although Zhao Rong knew it was all a misunderstanding, he decided to go along with it, considering it a beautiful one. After all, he and Wang Meili were mutually attracted to each other, and there was a definite spark between them. Plus, she had said more than once that she wanted to marry him.

Soon, the two arrived at the girls’ dormitory building. Although Wang Meili was now the vice-principal, she hadn’t had a chance to move yet, so she was still living in the girls’ dorm for the time being.

When Zhao Rong and Wang Meili entered the building together, the dorm’s assistant manager spotted them immediately. He quietly picked up the phone, dialed Lili’s number, and said, ”Miss Lili, I have some important news. Do you want to hear it?”

At that moment, Lili had just finished packing. She was ready to load her luggage into the car the next morning and head to the Ghost Hunting Academy in the Wang Family’s village. When she received the assistant’s call, she knew that as a dorm manager, he must have something important to report.

”Of course, I want to know,” Lili said immediately. ”Just name your price.”

The assistant didn’t hesitate to make an outrageous demand. ”Miss Lili, since this news is exceptionally important, my price is one thousand packs of spicy strips.”

Hearing this, Lili started to haggle. ”Assistant, you have quite an appetite! How long would it even take you to eat a thousand packs of spicy strips? Tell you what, let’s meet halfway. How about five hundred packs?”

Hearing the offer of five hundred, the assistant played coy. ”Miss Lili, for five hundred packs, you’ll only get half the information...”

Lili sighed in concession. ”Alright, a thousand packs it is. Now tell me.”

Hearing that Lili had agreed, the assistant said cheerfully, ”Miss Lili, I think you made the right call. This piece of information is definitely worth a thousand packs of spicy strips.” He then got to the point. ”Miss Lili, you need to get to the girls’ dormitory, quick! I just saw your Zhao Rong go upstairs with Wang Meili.”

Lili immediately hung up and turned to Yu Lan, who was in the middle of applying a facial mask. ”Yu Lan, forget the mask! We’re leaving Xijing University tomorrow, and Zhao Rong’s virginity is about to be taken by another woman!”

Hearing this, Yu Lan ripped the expensive mask off her face and leaped off the bed. ”What? That’s a line the three of us cannot allow to be crossed! We absolutely cannot back down!”

Nearby, Xuelian removed the cucumber slices from her face, stripped off her nightgown, and threw on some casual clothes. ”Time is of the essence! What are we waiting for? Let’s hurry! If another woman takes Zhao Rong’s first time, there’ll be nothing left for the three of us!”

Seeing Xuelian dash out, Lili didn’t even bother to change out of her pajamas. She ran out of the room in her nightgown, flip-flops slapping against the floor. As Yu Lan rushed out, she grabbed a bottle of makeup remover from a drawer. ”That little hussy! So you think you can seduce Zhao Rong? Just wait until I splash this makeup remover all over you and expose your true face! We’ll see if you dare try that again!”

Back in the girls’ dormitory building, after the assistant hung up, he suddenly saw Erni, the girlfriend of the school’s rich kid Zhang San, sneaking up the stairs with a white-collar guy. Instantly, the assistant sensed another business opportunity.

He immediately called Zhang San. ”Zhang San, I’ve got some important information about your girlfriend. Interested?”

Zhang San immediately put down his mahjong tiles. ”Name your price first. I need to know if the information is worth buying.”

”Ten thousand bottles of Wahaha AD Calcium Milk, ten thousand bottles of Little Foreigner Yogurt, and ten thousand packs of spicy strips,” the assistant declared.

Zhang San grew tense. ”Sounds like this information is pretty damn important.”

The assistant glanced at a stopwatch in his hand. ”So, you want it or not? This offer is only good for three minutes. I’m afraid that after three minutes, they’ll be finished, and by the time you get here, it’ll be too late to stop them from tumbling in the sheets.”

”Alright, deal! Tell me now!” Zhang San blurted out.

The assistant spoke succinctly, ”Your girlfriend just went upstairs with a pretty boy.”

Hearing this, Zhang San flipped the mahjong table, grabbed a watermelon knife from under his bed, and charged toward the girls’ dormitory.

After hanging up on Zhang San, the assistant spotted another peculiar pair: a very butch woman with short hair, holding hands with a woman so beautiful it made him want to rush to the bathroom. However, even their appearance couldn’t cloud his sharp business instincts.

He immediately called Ruo Lan, a beauty on the sixth floor. ”Ruo Lan, I’ve got a tip for you. You want it?”

Ruo Lan replied instantly, ”Assistant, did my girlfriend, Tong Ge, bring another pretty girl back to the dorm again?”

The assistant chuckled. ”Seeing as you live in the same building, I’ll give you a discount. How about one hundred packs of spicy strips?”

”Deal!” Ruo Lan agreed. ”Hurry and tell me, is it true?”

The assistant nodded, even though she couldn’t see him. ”It is. Just a minute ago, I saw a very butch woman leading a very feminine woman into the dorm.”

Hearing this, Ruo Lan started to cry. ”Tong Ge, you promised me that you would love only me, even if the mountains crumbled and the seas ran dry. How could you fall for someone else so quickly?”

With that, Ruo Lan pulled a fruit knife from under her bed, held it to her own throat, and charged toward Tong Ge’s dorm room.

After hanging up, the assistant was calculating his day’s profits, a wide grin spreading across his face, when Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian suddenly burst in.

Seeing the three of them, he poked his head out of the manager’s office. ”Ah, the three beauties, you’re finally here! I’ve been timing it. You should still be able to make it.”

Seeing the assistant, Lili asked impatiently, ”You still haven’t told me! Which bitch seduced Zhao Rong?”

The assistant smiled. ”Who else could it be? It’s Wang Meili, the one who’s supposed to be leaving tomorrow.”

Hearing Wang Meili’s name, the three girls were surprised, but they also breathed a collective sigh of relief. ”Oh, it’s one of us...”

After this brief moment of reflection, they raced up the stairs to the third floor and arrived at the door to Wang Meili’s dorm.

Inside, Zhao Rong was clumsily trying to fix the water heater. ”This damn thing!” he cursed, fuming. ”It could have broken any other time, but it had to fail at the most critical moment! It knew perfectly well that Meili and I were about to take a shower and then...”

Meili was also complaining from the living room. ”Oh, Zhao Rong... you know, we could still... even without a shower.”

Wiping the sweat from his neck and chest, Zhao Rong replied, ”If it were winter, doing it without a shower would be fine. But it’s summer! We’re covered in sweat. Not showering first would really affect the mood... and the quality.”

With that, he went back to struggling with the burnt-out water heater.

While Zhao Rong was sweating profusely in the bathroom, the three girls at the door—Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian—were whispering amongst themselves.

”Let’s listen at the door for a bit,” one suggested. ”See if we can hear any noises. If we hear moaning, we’ll just leave them be and let it happen. After all, Meili is our good sister.”

Just then, inside the bathroom, Zhao Rong, who had been trying and failing to fix the water heater for a long time, let out a frustrated shout. ”OH... MY... GOD!”

Hearing Zhao Rong’s voice, especially his cry of ”Oh my God,” the three girls outside looked at each other, completely baffled.

”That doesn’t make sense,” Lili muttered, confused. ”In this sort of situation, shouldn’t the woman be the one crying out? Why would Zhao Rong be the one to shout? Is it possible the Q-tip gets more pleasure out of cleaning the ear than the ear does?”

Inside the room, Wang Meili, sitting on the sofa, saw that Zhao Rong was getting nowhere with the water heater. ”Forget it,” she said. ”If you can’t do it, just let it be.”

When the three girls outside heard, ”If you can’t do it, just let it be,” they frowned.

”Could it be that Zhao Rong is all bark and no bite? He looks so powerful, but is he actually a three-second man? Otherwise, why would Meili say, ’If you can’t do it, just let it be’?”

At that moment, Zhao Rong threw down the pliers and screwdriver in his hands. ”Fine! It’s all my fault for not being good enough. I can’t even fix a stupid water heater.”

When the three at the door heard Zhao Rong say, ”It’s all my fault for not being good enough,” Yu Lan suddenly understood. She smiled and said, ”It seems like Zhao Rong and Meili tried to do it, but they weren’t successful.”

Xuelian also looked relieved. ”Thank goodness they didn’t succeed. All four of us like that Zhao Rong is still a virgin. It’s not the lack of something we’re worried about, but the unfairness of it. If Wang Meili had succeeded, we would have been heartbroken.”

Hearing this, Lili said, ”Since Zhao Rong and Wang Meili didn’t succeed, what are we waiting for? Let’s rush in and congratulate them!”

The three girls spoke in unison, ”Right! Let’s go in now and see for ourselves! If that assistant dared to trick us, we won’t let him get away with it!”

With that, the three of them burst open the door to Wang Meili’s dorm and charged inside.
