Reborn As Super Heiress

Although Huo Sining didn’t believe it in her heart, after Qibao returned home from school, she still pulled the child into the study and found many test questions online for him to do.

Once or twice, Huo Sining might have thought it was just a coincidence, but when he got them right every time, there was a problem.

Huo Sining suspiciously glanced at Qibao, was this kid joking?

Huo Sining, unconvinced, found a whole set of primary school test papers, and first drew out the second-grade exam papers for Qibao to do. In less than an hour and a half, he completed all three papers, a full two hours faster than the specified time on the papers, and to Huo Sining’s disbelief, this child, who was only in first grade, answered all the second-grade questions correctly.

Huo Sining felt a bit deflated and secretly wondered if the second-grade test papers were too easy. After thinking about it, she continued to give Qibao the third-grade, fourth-grade, and fifth-grade questions to do.

To Huo Sining’s shock, after Qibao saw those questions, he answered them very quickly. In the entire question-answering process, he used only less than one-third of the time, and most importantly, when Huo Sining checked his answers, she found that in Chinese, math, and English, he scored almost perfectly!

At this point, Huo Sining was overwhelmed by Qibao and no longer dared to doubt the teacher’s words. She only wondered if she had seen a ghost, as this little kid, with his obedient and dazed appearance, who didn’t usually talk much and loved to act cool, didn’t show any signs from which one could tell that he was actually a prodigy (⊙o⊙)!!

”Who taught you?”

Huo Sining had to look at Qibao with a suspicious gaze: ”In the Miao Village, no one should have taught you this, right?”

Huo Sining was very clear about Qibao’s background. According to what he said, at his age, before his father and mother passed away, it should have been impossible for him to be exposed to these things. Later, after his father and mother passed away, he was almost sold by the village chief, making it even more impossible for him to learn these things, which was why Huo Sining found it strange.

”No one taught me, I found a book in a pile of garbage and read it myself.”

Seeing that Huo Sining seemed not to believe him, Qibao felt a bit aggrieved and looked pitifully at Huo Sining: ”Does sister not like Qibao reading books? If sister doesn’t like it, then Qibao won’t learn.”

Huo Sining was not blaming him; she just found it a bit odd. Qibao was only six years old, yet he had such an extraordinary intelligence. She had never heard of a child without any enlightenment education being able to self-study and succeed, but looking at Qibao’s expression, he didn’t seem to be lying.

But this little kid being so smart at just six years old, making him study with a group of first-grade students was truly a grievance for him. No wonder this child had been in school for almost half a semester and hadn’t made even a single friend, always keeping to himself. He was indeed a bit precocious.

Seeing Qibao’s pitiful expression, Huo Sining couldn’t help but soften. Since it was like this, why not directly let the child take the high school exam? But Huo Sining was a bit worried. The child was so young, if he really entered high school, he would surely be bullied in a group of teenagers. It was said that people with high IQ often had low EQ. Since Qibao was so young and naive, he would definitely not dare to speak up if he was bullied.

After thinking it over, Huo Sining made a phone call to Su Qingqing and briefly explained the situation. Soon, Su Qingqing brought Su Jinyuan to Hushan Villa.

”Wow, Qibao, you are amazing! I really want to know who your father is, to have such a genius son like you!”

As soon as she opened the door, Su Qingqing rushed into the living room to hug Qibao, only to be dodged by Qibao, who turned to one side, leading Su Qingqing to hug nothing but air.

Huo Sining did not expect that Su Jinyuan would come too, and with a box in his hand, she glanced at the box with some surprise, not knowing what Su Jinyuan wanted to do by coming with Su Qingqing.

”A friend of my brother’s is in a research lab and recently designed an IQ testing device. When he heard about Qibao’s case, he helped borrow this for you.”

Su Qingqing indicated the box in Su Jinyuan’s hand by mouthing, and Huo Sining showed a hint of understanding in her eyes, nodding to show that she understood.

Su Jinyuan didn’t say anything more and took out a helmet-like device from the box. Huo Sining saw that the helmet had many buttons, switches, and interfaces; she had never seen such a peculiar thing before, making her somewhat nervous. She asked suspiciously: ”Can this thing work? Is it safe?”

Su Qingqing nodded with a smile: ”I know my brother’s friend too; he used to be at our school’s Biological Research Institute. This device he designed has a national patent and safety quality certification, rest assured!”

Huo Sining nodded, understanding somewhat but still a bit uneasy. However, with the guarantee from Su Jinyuan and Su Qingqing, she felt she might have been making a fuss over nothing.

Meanwhile, Su Jinyuan adjusted the data on the device and then placed the helmet on Qibao’s head. When the switch was turned on, the data on the helmet immediately began flashing rapidly. Numbers began to flash quickly on the electronic screen, and the device stopped after a long three minutes.

Seeing line after line of data on the device, Huo Sining was completely stunned, and even Su Jinyuan’s face turned dark.

— An error occurred during the test, please re-enter data for adjustment!

”What’s wrong?”

Seeing the odd expressions on their faces, Su Qingqing couldn’t help but ask.

Su Jinyuan assumed he had entered Qibao’s personal information incorrectly, restarted the machine, and re-entered the data, yet the result of the test still was:

”An error occurred during the test, please re-enter data for adjustment.”

”What’s going on? Didn’t you say this is an international professional device? And it was working fine just on our way here.”

Su Qingqing glared at Su Jinyuan, her face burning red.

Su Jinyuan also looked a bit embarrassed, and Su Qingqing felt speechless. She had just boasted in front of Huo Sining, saying that this device had passed national testing, had safety and quality certification, absolutely without any problem. But now it couldn’t even measure a child’s IQ, this electronic product was really unreliable.

Su Jinyuan looked at Qibao with bewilderment, assuming the device really had some issue, randomly placed it back in the box, and said frustratedly:

”Maybe this thing just happened to break down, I’ll take it back for my friend to repair, and we’ll test Qibao again once it’s fixed.”
