Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 497: Chapter 493: Relationship Termination Agreement

Early the next morning, Huo Sining was already on her way out with the antidote in hand.

She had Wu Jun guide her to the rental housing in the resettlement area. As soon as they knocked on the door, someone inside cautiously opened a crack, ”Who is it?”

”It’s me,” Huo Sining said indifferently.

The door flung open abruptly, and Xu Lian stood in front of Huo Sining, seething with anger, ”You dare to come here?! Bitch, haven’t you made us miserable enough?”

On Xu Lian’s face were clusters of dark red bumps, some of which had burst, oozing black pus that reeked of a foul smell, truly revolting to behold.

Huo Sining was startled; she had thought that Yan Feng’s ”bit of interference” was merely something to give these people a stomach ache or the like. She hadn’t expected it to be this severe.

Meanwhile, Wu Jun beside her was unphased. Hearing Xu Lian’s insults, his face turned cold at once, ”Say that again, and see if I don’t take your life. Believe it or not?”

At his words, Xu Lian instantly shrank back, cautiously raising her head to glance at Wu Jun, clearly wary of him.

No wonder, after suffering at Yan Feng’s hands, these people didn’t dare to make a scene in the villa area once they realized they had been cursed with gu poison. They could only go to Chenghuang Temple to look for Huo Sining’s fish shop at Xianyu Shop. They were ready to make a big fuss upon finding it, but they hadn’t expected to run into the unyielding Wu Jun.

Wu Jun, unlike Yan Feng who preferred to play dirty tricks in the shadows, had been cooped up looking after Xianyu Shop and was itching for some action. So when he encountered these troublemakers, he didn’t hold back and gave Xu Lian and the others a thorough beating, to the point of being unrecognizable by their own parents.

It was only after the fight that Wu Jun realized he had beaten up Huo Sining’s own maternal aunt, which terrified him. He quickly called Yan Feng for instructions and then, following Yan Feng’s orders, arranged for Xu Lian and the others to stay in the rental housing of the resettlement area.

Xu Lian no longer dared to curse, and from the kitchen, Huo Yong who had been cooking also ran out. Seeing Huo Sining, his face lit up with hope,

”Ning girl, you’re back from the Imperial Capital, that’s great, finally you’re back. Quickly take us to a big hospital, this strange illness we’ve got can’t be treated by a small hospital! Your cousin is being tormented out of his human shape!”

Xu Lian couldn’t help but lash out at Huo Yong,

”Are you an idiot? She’s the cause of this illness, no hospital can cure it. Do you think she’d take us to see a doctor if you ask her? She’s a white-eyed wolf. I raised her for eighteen years, and this is how she repays me!”

A chill flashed through Huo Sining’s eyes, ”What are you doing in S City? Who allowed you to come here?”

Xu Lian’s gaze flickered, ”We were just traveling here. S City isn’t owned by you, you can come here, so why can’t we?”

Huo Sining chuckled derisively, turning to look at Huo Yong who averted his head with a glance that bore a hint of guilt and unnaturalness on his face.

Just then, Huo Longjiang, who had been silently coiled up on the coach, suddenly leapt up and began pummeling Huo Sining with a flurry of punches and kicks,

”You damn girl, bitch, hurry up and cure our sickness! And that big villa is mine; you better move us in right away, or don’t blame me for not being polite to you!”

Huo Sining’s heart turned cold. Huo Longjiang was young, how could he know about any big villa? Those words had to have been taught by Xu Lian. Xu Lian indeed had grand schemes, not only seizing the hundred thousand savings left by her mother but now also wanting to take her house.

”You think that big villa is yours? Then what else do you think is yours?” Huo Sining asked with a mocking smile.

Huo Longjiang couldn’t read between the lines of Huo Sining’s words and thought Huo Sining was really going to give him the items, so his eyes swiveled with pride as he said:

”As a woman without a husband, since you bear the Huo surname, all those things belong to the Huo family. Your house, shops, and even your shares are all ours!”

Although Huo Longjiang was playful, he had an excellent memory. Xu Lian had only mentioned it once in front of him and Liu Meiling, and he remembered it all, even though he didn’t know what shares were. But he could tell from Xu Lian’s tone that shares must be something very valuable. So now that Huo Sining asked, he blurted out everything at once.

Huo Sining had originally thought that Xu Lian bringing a bunch of relatives over was just to freeload, but to her surprise, the person was so greedy that they wanted not just money, but all her properties.

She didn’t know who had given Xu Lian such ambition, and found it amusing. Was Xu Lian’s brain damaged, or had someone else provoked her? Any sensible person would know that this was impossible, but what made Xu Lian think she was entitled to those things?

Unable to understand the logic of these people and now aware of their true intentions, Huo Sining couldn’t be bothered to waste words with Xu Lian and the others, ”The poison on you wasn’t administered by me, but I have the antidote.”

”You have the antidote? Quick, give us the antidote!”

Suddenly, a person burst into the room. Huo Sining looked up and saw a woman with a swollen, fierce face reaching out towards her, her eyes shooting with anger and bitterness.

Her facial features were indistinct, but from the voice and actions, Huo Sining could vaguely recognize the person as Xu Xia’s daughter, Liu Meiling.

Huo Sining was both surprised and sympathetic to find Liu Meiling there; the woman was known for valuing her appearance highly. Now turned into such a ghastly figure, it would be strange if she weren’t going mad.

”I do have the antidote, but there are conditions for giving it to you!”

Huo Sining looked coldly at the few people in the room:

”As soon as I left Baiyun Village, my residence registration was moved from Baiyun Village. However, it seems that some people still haven’t figured it out, thinking that everything of Huo Sining’s is hers, and even delusionally believe that I should hand everything over.”

”Even if I haven’t established myself independently and still live with the Huo family, my things belong to me, and no one can take them away. Don’t think you’re the only one who’s clever and everyone else is a fool.”

”If you want the antidote, it’s no problem, as long as you sign this agreement, I will naturally give it to you.”

As she spoke, Huo Sining pulled out an agreement from her bag and threw it at Xu Lian.

”What is this?” Xu Lian asked holding the agreement, puzzled.

Huo Sining said indifferently, ”A severance of family ties agreement. Once you sign it, I will have nothing to do with the Huo family. Your life and death will have nothing to do with Huo Sining from then on, likewise, I will have no obligation to help you!”

”What?!” Once Xu Lian heard this, she immediately became furious, ”You think you can just get rid of us like this? Dream on! I’m telling you, no way!”

Huo Sining sneered, ”That’s fine. If you don’t sign, then stay like this, I heard that the poison will worsen after three days. It’s up to you what to do!”

Having said that, Huo Sining turned and walked out without looking back.
