Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 2871: Chapter 2009: Situation Has Changed (2)

What kind of strength is needed to achieve this!

That was no ordinary person just now, it was Bearman!

”What...qualities!”

After a while, Binge finally came to his senses and cursed under his breath without much confidence.

After cursing, Binge quickly turned around and forced a smile, ”Let’s not stoop to their level. Let’s send Miss Tiwei’er, Kuna, back to the room first.”

The others also came back to their senses and quietly nodded.

Before returning to their own rooms, they couldn’t help but touch the steel pipe that Lei Ying had smashed flat, their eyes filled with shock.

”Why don’t we report them for damaging public property, what do you think?” Kuna suddenly suggested.

Fain looked at the room Bai Xiaosheng and the others had entered with apprehension and shook his head, ”There’s no surveillance here, if we tell people that those Asians smashed it with their hands, we’ll be considered crazy.”

Kuna had nothing to say in response.

The four of them entered one of their royal suites, looking at the understated and comfortable decor, yet none of them felt uplifted in spirit.

The incident earlier still left them in a state of disbelief.

Kuna couldn’t help but murmur, ”How can we feel at ease staying here with those people. I think if Tiwei’er and I share a room, and Binge and Fain take another, it’ll provide some support and feel safer.”

Tiwei’er agreed without much thought, ”I think that’s a good idea!”

The two women spoke up, leaving Binge and Fain with nothing to say but to agree.

Actually, thinking of that big Asian guy, if he wanted to attack, even if they joined forces, they’d be a lost cause.

”Damn it, where did these freaks come from!” Kuna grumbled angrily.

Fain consoled, ”The next stop for this ship, and its final destination, is Wan Yu. They’ll get there too. Then they’ll be on our turf, and no matter how strong that big guy is, can he fight ten people? If we find twenty, he’ll have to kneel, and we can take our revenge and anger out then!”

Upon hearing Fain say this, Binge and the others felt better, their mood improved.

”Let’s not let those people affect our mood. How about we go have a drink!”

Binge suggested, and the others naturally nodded in agreement.

As they left, they passed by Bai Xiaosheng’s group’s door, casting a fearful and hateful glare.

But by now, Bai Xiaosheng’s group was already in another room.

Though the specifications for the royal suites were similar, this side’s large balcony had a view of the shore.

But once Bai Xiaosheng’s group got on the balcony, they realized the ship had already left port, moving away.

”Has Miss Fei’er gotten on board?” Lin Weiwei worriedly said, taking out her phone to make a call.

But a call came in instead.

The caller ID displayed the number as Fei’er.

Lin Weiwei hurriedly answered, Bai Xiaosheng and Lei Ying listened intently.

”Weiwei, is Mr. Bai Xiaosheng with you? I found the ticket, but I missed the ship.”

Fei’er’s voice over the phone sounded teary, extremely downcast.

”Ah, you really didn’t make it!” Lin Weiwei exclaimed, glancing at Bai Xiaosheng in surprise.

Bai Xiaosheng naturally heard it too.

”What should we do then?” Lin Weiwei asked instinctively.

Fei’er’s voice came through with resignation, ”There’s nothing else we can do. You enjoy the cruise, I’ll fly out, and should reach Wan Yu before you do. Let’s meet up there.”

”There’s nothing else we can do.” Lin Weiwei sighed.

Bai Xiaosheng took the phone and said to Fei’er, ”Miss Fei’er, don’t be too discouraged, we’ll meet in Wan Yu.”

”See you in Wan Yu, Mr. Bai Xiaosheng.” Fei’er’s voice perked up.

Bai Xiaosheng handed the phone back to Lin Weiwei, the two women chatted for a bit before hanging up.

”Ah, how could such a decent plan hit a snag.” Lin Weiwei lamented.

Bai Xiaosheng gazed at the shrinking dock and the deep blue sea, silent, lost in thought.

Later, the three went to see the last room.

In terms of specifications, all three rooms were similar, the only real difference was the orientation. The furnishings and amenities were consistent.

After looking at the rooms, the three explored other places on the top deck.

This level had everything, fitness and entertainment, but lacked dining venues.

The crew mentioned that the bar, café, and restaurant were on the lower deck.

The three went downstairs to familiarize themselves.

They boarded in the afternoon, and after a full circle, time flew by. They enjoyed a meal in the restaurant below.

The downstairs restaurant offered a sumptuous buffet, of high standard, reportedly available all day, unlimited time and quantity. It’s free for guests holding royal suite tickets.

Not just the restaurant, the bar and café offer the same.

Bai Xiaosheng’s group held luxury tickets, meaning they were VIPs among VIPs, with no extra charges for any services.

”This is nice. What we purchased isn’t just a ticket, but an all-access pass on this Moonlight Bird Princess. Really convenient.” Lin Weiwei seemed very pleased.

Bai Xiaosheng and Lei Ying felt the same.

After dinner, the three relaxed in the gym, took a dip in the pool, and later admired the starry sky on the ship’s upper deck before returning to their room.

On their return, they didn’t run into Binge’s group.

In reality, if those people didn’t seek trouble, Bai Xiaosheng’s group wouldn’t bother with them.

The royal suite was roomy and comfortable, and since none were prone to seasickness, they slept soundly and restfully that night.

The next day, early morning.

The three gathered at Bai Xiaosheng’s place, then went downstairs for breakfast.

For breakfast, they chose a café they saw yesterday, known for its excellent coffee, also offering English, French, and American breakfasts.

Of course, there was also Chinese breakfast, but after seeing the menu yesterday, they didn’t hold expectations for overly altered Chinese snacks. It takes a native chef to create authentic flavors, expecting surprises from Western chefs is risky.

At the café, they found it already had quite a few patrons.

But overall it was quiet, the seating areas were large alcoves, offering relative privacy, obscuring view of adjacent patrons.

Bai Xiaosheng’s group found an unoccupied spot and sat down.

During the meal, Bai Xiaosheng suddenly heard a familiar voice from the alcove behind them.

”Once we reach Wan Yu, we need to keep a close eye on those Asians, I can’t swallow this anger. We’ll find more skilled people and teach them a lesson. Binge, won’t we? I heard you’re the vice president of the Wan Yu boxing club, surely you know some exceptionally skilled fighters...”

The speaker was a woman, and Bai Xiaosheng couldn’t help but imagine yesterday’s most vocal face.

As Bai Xiaosheng listened intently, Lin Weiwei and Lei Ying noticed, piquing their curiosity.

That group from yesterday was at the neighboring table!

Lin Weiwei realized it and was about to speak when Bai Xiaosheng gestured for silence, stopping her.

”Kuna, rest assured, Fain and I will watch them, and Binge won’t let us lose face like this, besides Miss Tiwei’er also suffered because of them.” Another man’s voice was heard.

”I’ll ensure everyone vents their anger, otherwise what’s the point of me being the deputy CEO of HBB!” The man named Binge promised.

Bai Xiaosheng listened, his eyes slightly narrowed.

Though he wasn’t worried about their revenge, the fact that Binge was the deputy CEO of HBB caught his attention.

HBB is a renowned enterprise under the Zhenbei Group!

”Who exactly are those people, yesterday they stirred trouble with you gentlemen and ladies?” A middle-aged voice sounded.

Followed by an older voice with a cold snort, ”No matter who they are, daring to provoke Miss Tiwei’er, we absolutely cannot tolerate. Mr. Morgan’s family is not easily bullied!”

These words caused Lin Weiwei and Lei Ying to shrink their eyes, exchanging a glance.

Now they’re even involving Vice Chairman Morgan?

Without saying a word, Bai Xiaosheng pushed his tray aside, stood up, gestured to Lin Weiwei and Lei Ying, and left.

This situation was intriguing!
