Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 2865: Chapter 2007: Administering Mild Punishment

The Moonlight Bird Princess, as a giant luxury international cruise ship, is said to be very popular. According to Fei’er, the most upscale royal suite tickets are incredibly hard to come by, and you have to book two months in advance.

”Didn’t you just get us tickets for the royal suite?” Bai Xiaosheng asked curiously.

They were traveling unpredictably across various countries in Oceania, with no idea when their work would end, so Fei’er naturally couldn’t book two months in advance.

And yet, all of them had tickets for the royal suites.

Fei’er smiled and said, ”I had someone help me, and besides, if you spend enough money, there’s nothing you can’t achieve.”

In short, she had a way, but didn’t want to go into details.

Bai Xiaosheng naturally didn’t press for more information.

”However, even with that, I could only book three royal suites. Weiwei and I will share a room, and you two gentlemen can each have your own.” Fei’er said, holding onto Lin Weiwei’s arm.

”You could stay with me.” Bai Xiaosheng promptly suggested.

Fei’er narrowed her eyes, ”alert” and said with a smile, ”Is it appropriate for you to say that in front of Weiwei and Lei Ying?”

Lin Weiwei knew Bai Xiaosheng wasn’t thinking what Fei’er assumed, so she smiled silently.

”I meant I’d share a room with Lei Ying, leaving one entirely to you.” Bai Xiaosheng laughed, ”What were you thinking?”

Fei’er blushed slightly and spat, ”Thank you for your kind offer, but you keep to yourself. I’d rather stay with Weiwei!”

Lin Weiwei had no objections.

”Then I’ll accept with all humility,” Bai Xiaosheng said with a shrug and a smile.

As they spoke, the group headed towards the boarding area, where a fairly long line had formed.

”Better get your tickets ready.” Fei’er reminded them as she began searching through her bag.

The tickets for Bai Xiaosheng and the other two were in Lin Weiwei’s possession, for her to manage.

Being the careful and meticulous person she was, Lin Weiwei naturally wouldn’t make any mistakes.

But as Fei’er rummaged through her purse, her expression suddenly changed.

”Where’s my ticket!”

Fei’er’s shout drew the attention of the three others.

”What happened, you can’t find your ticket?” Lin Weiwei asked urgently.

”I had the ticket in the lobby; how could it be gone now? I remember... I put it in my bag!” Fei’er replied anxiously.

Lin Weiwei immediately suggested, ”Perhaps it fell out somewhere. Let me go back with you to search for it!”

Just as they were about to board the ship, such an accident made the situation urgent.

Yet, who can always avoid mistakes? There’s no point in blaming anyone for it happening.

”I remember when I went through security, I had a prohibited cream, and when I took it out, I must have put the ticket on the table next to me.” Fei’er suddenly recalled, snapping her fingers.

Now that there was a clue, Lin Weiwei smiled with relief, ”Let’s quickly go and get it.”

”I’ll go myself. It’ll be quick. You guys go ahead and board; you don’t need to wait for me. I’ll make it in time!” Fei’er insisted, turning and running towards the lobby.

”Hey—” Lin Weiwei managed only half a call before Fei’er had already run far, so she had to give up and looked at Bai Xiaosheng.

”In that case, let’s board first and wait for her on the ship,” Bai Xiaosheng said, watching Fei’er’s retreating figure, speaking to Lin Weiwei.

Judging by the speed Fei’er was running, she should indeed make it in time.

Lin Weiwei could only nod.

So the three proceeded to queue and board the ship. Though it took some time, fortunately, everything went smoothly.

The first deck was crowded, so the three waited for a while, during which Lin Weiwei called Fei’er. Unfortunately, the environment was noisy, and the call wasn’t answered immediately.

”I think, let’s do this: let’s go to our room first and make the call there. It’ll be easier to ask or wait there.” Lei Ying proposed and continued, ”Miss Fei’er isn’t a three-year-old child, she travels all over the place for work, she can handle this small matter, no need to worry too much.”

Lei Ying’s words made sense, and Lin Weiwei nodded in agreement.

The three went to find an elevator to reach their room and drop off their luggage.

Their royal suite was on the top deck of the cruise ship, which was nearly twenty decks high, so climbing stairs would be exhausting. They naturally needed to take the elevator.

While looking for an elevator, perhaps the three somehow veered slightly off course and ended up walking quite a distance without finding one.

However, it was also an opportunity to explore, and it turned out to be quite interesting.

Along the way, the three ventured into a park within the ship.

It really was a park; there were lush plants, green trees, lush grass, vibrant flowers, and even gardeners tending to it. There was even a small hill made of soil, with a stream running through it, lined with pebbles on the bottom.

The three walked along, looking around in awe and marveling at the sights.

”Is this really on a boat? It feels like a garden in some city on land. Xiaosheng, Lei Ying, look! It stretches out so far, you can’t see the end. This park is huge. And it’s so beautiful here.” Lin Weiwei exclaimed.

Bai Xiaosheng coughed, jokingly reminded, ”Weiwei, you’re a billionaire; such astonishment isn’t fitting for someone of your status.”

What Bai Xiaosheng said was true; he had given Lin Weiwei and Lei Ying generous shares in various companies, bringing them great annual returns. Over the years, their wealth had accumulated to astonishing levels.

Truth be told, Lin Weiwei could potentially invest and buy a cruise ship like this in a few years.

Upon hearing this, Lin Weiwei pouted slightly and, half-jokingly, muttered, ”It’s just that my boss is too strict, always makes me fly everywhere. A cruise ship? Never seen one. You say, what’s the point of having so much money if you never have time to enjoy it? Sigh—”
