Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 2866: Chapter 2007: A Slight Punishment (Part 2)

Bai Xiaosheng muttered some complaints and immediately touched his nose.

”We managed to get a seat this time. When you don’t want to work hard anymore and think about exploring the world, you might as well invest in a cruise ship and enjoy it every day.”

”Thanks, boss, for drawing me a delicious dream.” Lin Weiwei snorted, leading the way towards the elevator hall.

Bai Xiaosheng shrugged his shoulders and immediately said to Lei Ying, who was watching with interest, ”What, you don’t want to work hard anymore either, or do you also want to get a cruise ship?”

...

Bai Xiaosheng and the other two finally found an elevator hall, but it was reserved for VIPs, with a turnstile requiring a ticket scan.

Their tickets were the highest level, so they passed through effortlessly.

Ahead of them, a group of people had already scanned their tickets and entered. There were four young people, two men and two women, accompanied by a composed middle-aged man and an elderly gentleman.

However, the young people seemed to be the ones in charge, laughing and talking in front while the middle-aged and elderly men followed silently.

The four young men and women looked similar in age to Bai Xiaosheng and Lin Weiwei, and they were all Caucasians—handsome and beautiful, with sophisticated attire and dazzling accessories, clearly from privileged backgrounds.

Bai Xiaosheng and his friends glanced at them casually, not paying too much attention.

After all, they’re just passing encounters; it’s unnecessary and impolite to focus too much on strangers.

The six were in front, and Bai Xiaosheng and his friends were behind. After entering the elevator hall, they saw two elevators, and the display indicated that the elevators only stopped on decks above the fifteenth floor, which included the royal suites and deluxe suites.

On the way, Fei’er had introduced everyone, explaining that the so-called deluxe suites on the ship weren’t much larger than regular rooms; they simply had terraces and panoramic windows and were in better positions.

Only the royal suites were akin to five-star hotel accommodations, offering top-tier luxury experiences.

Since this elevator hall was reserved for VIPs and relatively hidden, apart from that group and Bai Xiaosheng’s party, there was no one else.

Moreover, just as they entered, one of the elevators had already come down and opened its doors.

The six people ahead walked in without stopping.

The elevator was spacious enough to hold more than ten people, so even with six inside, it still felt roomy.

Bai Xiaosheng and his friends naturally intended to go up as well.

However, before Lin Weiwei could step inside, a woman with a high nose and an arrogant expression took a step forward, blocking their way.

The long-haired woman raised her chin and said arrogantly, ”There is no room for you here; take the next elevator.”

Lin Weiwei was taken aback momentarily, then frowned in defiance, ”There’s clearly half the space inside; why isn’t there room for us? Why should we take the next elevator?”

The long-haired woman sneered continuously, ”Why? Because we’re not used to sharing an elevator with people like you. The fresh air here is limited.”

This was clearly an insult!

Lin Weiwei was furious and, seeing the elevator door about to close, raised her hand to block it, shouting angrily, ”What are you saying? You owe us an apology!”

”Can’t you Asians understand? Should I make it sound worse? You better not, I’m someone with status and manners!” the long-haired woman sneered.

Such words were infuriating.

Lin Weiwei couldn’t help but want to argue with her, to teach her how to behave and speak properly.

In the elevator, another Caucasian woman with her hair pinned up raised her eyelids and said to Lin Weiwei coldly, ”Let go, you’re blocking our elevator, Asian, woman!”

This woman seemed to be the most arrogant among the group, and as she spoke, the others followed suit.

The two Caucasian men, who had initially noticed Lin Weiwei and brightened up but refrained from flirting out of respect for their female companions, now spoke up without hesitation.

A slightly taller man politely ”advised,” ”Miss, please take the next elevator; blocking the elevator door is not good.”

The other slightly darker-skinned man also said, ”A refined lady should not act like this!”

Even the middle-aged and elderly men at the back spoke up at this moment, showing no courtesy whatsoever.

”Let go of the elevator door, have some manners!”

”This is not your home; do you think you can do whatever you want?”

The two older men, relying on their age, adopted a condescending attitude, chastising the young Lin Weiwei while ignoring the hurtful words said by their young female companions.

With so many voices speaking simultaneously, Lin Weiwei was overwhelmed, not knowing whom to refute.

Bai Xiaosheng and Lei Ying, standing behind Lin Weiwei, exchanged a frown.

To be honest, Weiwei was being restrained! The other side was completely out of line!

Weiwei was bullied in front of her own people, and by a group, including four big men. How can this be tolerated!

Lei Ying immediately wanted to step forward but was stopped by Bai Xiaosheng.

At this moment, the elevator next door dinged.

The elevator had arrived, and the doors were even open.

Bai Xiaosheng and Lei Ying exchanged glances, Lei Ying understood and nodded.

”What kind of attitude is this...”

Lin Weiwei was still shaking with anger, about to loudly argue with those six people.

”Weiwei, let’s go, let’s go, the elevator is here.”

Lei Ying stepped forward, grabbed Lin Weiwei’s arm, and directly pulled her away to another elevator.

Lin Weiwei stomped and shouted angrily, ”Lei Ying, don’t pull me, they insulted us, I want to teach them how to behave...”

Lei Ying didn’t give her a chance to speak and took her to another elevator.

Bai Xiaosheng stood before the elevator that the six people were in, calmly watching them.

”What are you looking at, Asian!” Among the six, a man with a cold gaze glared at Bai Xiaosheng and shouted.

Since it wasn’t in front of a beauty, he was naturally not polite at all.

The others also looked at Bai Xiaosheng disdainfully, thinking he wanted to stand up for his companion.

Was he going to curse at them or start a fight?

They were all unafraid; after all, they outnumbered him.

This seemingly weak Asian, however he acted, he would suffer losses.

Unexpectedly, Bai Xiaosheng said nothing and turned around and left.

As the elevator doors slowly closed, a man inside sneered, ”Ha, Asian, coward!”

Expressionless, Bai Xiaosheng tore a button off his clothes and walked to the other elevator without looking, flicking the button with his hand.

The button instantly shot out like a meteor, slipping in through the gap as the elevator doors closed.

”Ouch!”

The woman who first insulted Lin Weiwei suddenly felt a pain in her lips as something brushed past, feeling a burning pain.

Soon after, with a ”boom,” another man screamed, clutching his forehead.

The elevator wall then emitted a crisp collision sound, and the object, using the rebound force, hit another woman’s nose, finally flying up to hit another person’s eyelid.

The middle-aged man and the old man at the back hadn’t figured out what happened; they only saw the young people in front clutching their faces or heads, screaming miserably, looking utterly embarassed.

The two of them were dumbfounded.

Then something fell to the ground, making a crisp sound, and even spun a few times on the floor.

When it stopped, the old man widened his eyes and finally saw clearly, muttering in surprise, ”Button?”

Bai Xiaosheng stepped into another elevator and casually pressed the door close button, as the three inside heard four successive cries.

Lin Weiwei was stunned for a moment, while Lei Ying directly looked at Bai Xiaosheng.

The elevator doors closed and ascended.

”Did you do it, Xiaosheng?” Lin Weiwei couldn’t help but ask.

Bai Xiaosheng turned and smiled, ”Dare to bully our Weiwei, either they’re blind or need their mouth smacked, I won’t bother reasoning with them, let them suffer a little.”

Bai Xiaosheng then looked at Lei Ying and said, ”If there’s a next time, then to hell with the gentlemanly disguise, we’ll beat them up.”

Lei Ying smiled and nodded directly.

Lin Weiwei smiled broadly, feeling much more comfortable inside.

However, unintentionally, Lin Weiwei glanced at the clock in the elevator, suddenly gasped, ”Oh no, how is it this late already! Fei’er hasn’t contacted us yet, will she make it!”

At this moment, the Moonlight Bird Princess had already closed its boarding channel.

In the security hall, Fei’er stood calmly with her arms crossed, looking through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the cruise ship about to set sail.

Seemingly, she wasn’t in a hurry at all.
