Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

I have to admit, when Fang Zheng saw this report, even he himself was shaken to the core, shivering with shock.

After all, this was a report that integrated the essence of wisdom from the highest echelon of scholars from the entire Earth, and the references to various data within it were so—Fang Zheng didn’t even know what to say.

For instance, in this report, astrophysicists spent a great deal of effort and mathematical formulas to prove the timing and possibility of the cosmic explosion’s occurrence.

Historians turned over historical records, one by one, to verify them against what Fang Zheng had said, and even archaeologists opportunistically brought out buildings with advanced manufacturing techniques, similar to Pyramids, that ”completely mismatched the human civilization level of the time” for verification.

Not to mention linguists...mystic scholars...these people banded together and, on the foundation of Fang Zheng’s wild speculations, managed to fill in the entire worldview!

According to the report, the world’s timeline began with the cosmic explosion. Then, after the explosion, powerful creatures that inherited mystical powers became the King of Salary and banished the darkness, establishing the magnificent Divine Race civilization on Earth. At that time, humans were merely ordinary mortals, symbolizing the era of mythology. However, after that, the first-generation King of Salary fell, and those who inherited the flame appeared. This generation centered around the Atlantis Empire as the second-generation Firebearers. However, because their powers weren’t as strong as the first generation, the flame extinguished faster, ultimately causing the Great Flood that destroyed the whole world.

After the Great Flood, the world entered the modern era, the Third Age, but the people of this era had lost the power of the flame and thus became ordinary ”Ash”!

Based on this timeline, the First Era left no buildings because, from what the Giant Dragon had shown them before, the first-generation King of Salary probably possessed some special power that allowed them to craft their buildings in special spaces or places unknown to mankind.

The Second Age, however, left behind ancient relics like Atlantis and the Pyramids, and even a considerable number of mythological legends. As for the Third Age, the experts’ conjecture suggested that the dark hunts for Witches and Vampires during the Middle Ages might have been the last inheritors of the flame. Unfortunately...by modern society, they had completely disappeared.

As for what ”Primordial Fire” is exactly, experts have diverse opinions. However, they are sure it might refer to something specific. Regardless, ”Primordial Fire” is the key to suppressing the terrifying monsters inside Earth, as well as protecting humans so they can live safely on Earth. Now that ”Primordial Fire” has vanished, the monsters sleeping within Earth are about to awaken, and at the same time, extraterrestrial monsters seem to have detected their existence. Now, they can only rely on their own strength to protect the world!

The entire report was an extensive document of tens of thousands of words that read just like a Fantasy novel. Fang Zheng was so dumbfounded while reading it that if he didn’t know he had just made it up on the spur of the moment, even he might have been taken in by it.

However, even though Fang Zheng wasn’t duped, that didn’t mean others weren’t.

At least in the face of this hefty report, the higher-ups of various countries were clearly dumbfounded.

Even the Originstator, Fang Zheng himself, was almost brainwashed. Naturally, these people were even more unfortunate. If they weren’t certain they were looking at a report, they might even think they had read a fantasy novel.

What is the King of Salary? What exactly is ”Primordial Fire”?

However, at least in the end, they found a bit of useful information...

”So you mean to say, because this ’Primordial Fire’ has been extinguished, these monsters are appearing on Earth one after another?”

Putting down the report in his hand, the President looked solemnly at James and the others before him. As for the Ancient Era, things like the cosmic explosion, creation of the world, were too distant from him and had nothing to do with his reelection. What he was most concerned about was the problem of various monsters popping up on Earth every now and then.

”Then, can we find this ’Primordial Fire’ and rekindle it?”

”This...”

Faced with the President’s question, James and his deputy glanced at each other and then shook their heads.

”I’m sorry, Mr. President, but that’s probably not possible.”

”Why not?”

```
Hearing this response, the President was clearly not too pleased. After all, he had patiently read through the entire ”novel,” and if nothing else, the concept of ”Primordial Fire” had left a considerable impression on him. If it were possible to ignite the Primordial Fire once again, then not only could Earth be safe, but perhaps they could even harness the principles behind it to wield a far more formidable power, perhaps rivaling that of a ”King of Salary”!
”First of all, we’re not clear on what exactly the ’Primordial Fire’ is, nor do we know where it’s located. And to be honest, I’ve always had a feeling that the ’Primordial Fire’ is not exactly... benevolent...”
At this point, James hesitated for a moment.
”If all our speculations are correct, then both the First and Second Ages inherited the flame, but in the end, they all disappeared, died out completely, without a single surviving tribe. If the mythological records of the Ancient Era are accurate, then those people should have had more powerful abilities than us, logically they should have been able to leave some resources for their descendants, not fail to survive at all. So... we suspect that the ’Primordial Fire’ may very well possess some kind of contagion mechanism we’re not yet aware of. It could even be that, quite literally, they need to burn themselves to preserve the integrity of Primordial Fire.”
”Oooh...”
Upon hearing James’s answer, the President shivered. He had originally thought that Primordial Fire was some kind of weapon, but if it meant turning oneself into a flaming Superman... that was a completely different matter.
”So, about that Giant Dragon, is there a possibility of forming an alliance with it?”
”I’m terribly sorry, Mr. President, but that possibility... To be honest, I think it’s very slim.”
”Why?”
The President frowned again at this point, as the creature had been lying idle at the Hong Kong Base, never venturing from its lair. To the President, this seemed like a sign of goodwill toward them. Shouldn’t they do everything in their power to entice this Giant Dragon at this time?
”In fact, that’s what I used to think as well.”
Watching the President’s expression, James couldn’t help but give a wry smile.
”But upon reflection, Mr. President, it’s likely we have nothing to offer that would entice this Giant Dragon. Moreover, from the information it revealed to us earlier, this Giant Dragon has been alive for a very long time, we’ve even suspected that it witnessed the destruction of the First and Second Ages! And yet, it has survived through these catastrophes, all the way to the present day. If it had wanted to, it could have sheltered some remnants of the First and Second Ages, but it didn’t. And I suspect that even the coming of the dark age wouldn’t affect it in the slightest, to be honest, we’ll probably have to rely on ourselves in the end!”
Hmm... It seems their deviation wasn’t too outrageous.
Listening to the conversation between James and the President, Fang Zheng nodded in agreement. He had only meant to play a small joke on the people of this world, not lead them astray into some bizarre style. That’s why Fang Zheng specifically pointed out that it is the dark age, and humanity lacks the power of Supernatural Power—this was to prevent these humans from deviating and seeking things like Magic... At least as far as Fang Zheng could see, there was no existence of Supernatural Power in this world.
Pursuing such a direction would inevitably lead to fruitless efforts.
Originally, Fang Zheng had planned to warn them if the humans of this world were led astray by him. But now it was clear that there was no need for that anymore, so his next move was to deal with the Blossom Beasts.
However, for Fang Zheng, dealing with these Blossom Beasts was a bit more troublesome than dealing with King Kong, Godzilla, and Muto.
Although these Blossom Beasts themselves were not very powerful, the problem was that the Wormhole connecting them to their original planet was too small, so small that Fang Zheng and the Swarm Army simply couldn’t pass through it. Not to mention that, according to the movie’s setting, this Wormhole seems to have some sort of identity verification feature, so Fang Zheng couldn’t even pass through if he wanted to.
But Fang Zheng had prepared a strategy well in advance... Remember how the Zerg stole from Ayr back in the day?
Fang Zheng planned to replicate the great tactical feats of his predecessors.
After all, dropping in to change one’s fortunes was also a Zerg tradition.
