The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1697: Chapter 1697: The Computer Was Hacked and the Power Was Cut Off

”This...” The secretary didn’t dare to speak carelessly: ”I don’t know either, but we were indeed attacked by a top hacker, and now all networks inside the alliance have completely collapsed.”

Torre kicked a trash can, his face dark: ”I’ll call the Hacker Alliance right away.”

He intended to ask the other side what they meant by this.

A phone call went through, answered by the leader of the Hacker Alliance.

The power of the Hacker Alliance in Inderia was no less than that of the Trade Alliance, even though Torre’s head was about to explode with anger, he still suppressed his fury and tried to speak calmly: ”KZ, did your Hacker Alliance hack our Trade Alliance headquarters’ network and power?”

The people over at the Hacker Alliance were still researching whether the big shot who invaded their computer was the legendary SUN.

Being questioned again, they immediately retorted displeased: ”President Torre, what do you mean? Your Trade Alliance’s computers got hacked and you come to us? What, do we Hacker Alliance also need to ensure your network power is plugged in? Did you call the wrong people!”

When Torre heard the tone was off, he restrained his anger and his tone was not as forceful as before: ”Wasn’t it you guys?”

The leader of the Hacker Alliance laughed: ”All our people are here, who with nothing better to do would mess with your computer, are we just idle?”

Torre’s anger quickly subsided as he realized he had approached the wrong person.

Embarrassed by the other’s status, he explained awkwardly: ”Sorry, it’s like this, a minute ago our computers suddenly all collapsed, the power was also cut off via the main computer, this kind of thing is obviously the work of hackers, I thought it was some naive hacker on your side doing this, who knew it was a mistake...”

”It’s not our people.” The leader of the Hacker Alliance didn’t quite accept his explanation, but didn’t tear into him either, simply said coldly: ”Maybe you’ve offended someone, and you don’t even know.”

”Who could be stronger than the Hacker Alliance in this area...?” Torre merely asked rhetorically.

Little did he know the other person rudely remarked: ”Who knows! Recently in Inderia there might just be someone more formidable than our Hacker Alliance.”

More formidable than the Hacker Alliance?

Torre was momentarily stunned.

He hadn’t reacted yet, nor had time to ask further.

The other party, already displeased, hung up the phone.

He stood there holding the phone, unable to come back to his senses for a long time, rubbing his temples saying: ”It wasn’t someone from the Hacker Alliance, they say they didn’t do it.”

The secretary had been listening in from the side as he made the call.

Although she couldn’t hear what was said on the Hacker Alliance side, she could hear the things Torre said to them.

She had already guessed, now also somewhat at a loss, looking up at Torre: ”Then President, what do we do now?”

Torre propped his chin, silent for a moment.

He didn’t know what to do either.

It wasn’t the Hacker Alliance.

But they were clearly attacked by a hacker.

Here in Inderia, if it’s not someone from the Hacker Alliance, who else has the ability to collapse their network.

”Did you find the information I asked you to?” Torre suddenly asked.

”About Nathalie Quinlan, did you find her? Does she have any other identities, like...”

Torre himself felt he was overthinking: ”Like particularly skilled in computers.”

”President, you mean that Nathalie Quinlan is the hacker this time?” The secretary comprehended his implication, looking incredulous: ”No, I just asked someone to investigate her, hadn’t found anything yet, then the computers got hacked.”
